The owner is extremely hands on and not to mention family run business which makes it that much better ! I am very picky when it comes to my home but when my floors were completed I had zero complaints!!

I had Style engineered bamboo flooring installed by Guy Dockerill FloorXperts Stuart Florida May 2012. Within two months the floors started to darken. Called Guy, he came to house and told me I had water damage and suggested I call my insurance company. Insurance company had damage inspected by engineering firm and concluded, ground water moisture through slab. Upon further investigation I discover floors where not installed as recommended by manufacturer. No moisture barrier; $300 worth of paint on concrete sealer. I am now spending $18,000 to tear out and replace floors.Pat armstrong
