This is our 3rd time purchasing a system from this company. (3 different homes) As always the owner of the company came out, surveyed the site and advised us of the proper system for our needs. We reached an agreement and he promptly brought in the system, dug up water lines and such to install and got the whole job done quickly. David and his coworker did an outstanding job in replacing my older aerator tank, water system tanks and pump with a new and enhanced water system with Goulds multi-stage pump. David had high attention to detail and made excellent use of the real-estate. David also installed a pressure relief valve as part of the deal. The plumbing of the PVC was awesome. This new system yields clean water that is properly pressurized throughout the house.

Dave is the man!!...Saturday of Memorial Day weekend...and we lose all water to the house.Call Dave late afternoon and tell him the situation. We had a water test done that came back with bacteria in our water. We were told by neighbors to call David and I am so glad we did. He was extremely nice and took time to talk to us on the weekend then came out early in the week to fix our system. He communicated with us daily until he was able to come out. I came home from vacation to water that smelled liked nasty eggs and David came to the rescue!! I got 3 estimates and David’s was by far the best, plus I was told by another company that I need a new motor, but David said a tune up was all that it needed. David was referred to us by a friend while we were out of town on vacation and had a problem with our well pump. David came out, checked it, and figured out that the pressure tank was bad which had caused the pump to keep running and thats what burned up the motor. Owner called and arrived when promised. My system was thoroughly checked out and a new system was recommended. My current equipment is 21 years old and has always provided excellent water quality. David can repair my current system and save me money over his competitors price. Im not sure when city water will be required (survey completed one year ago) so I dont want to spend for a short period of service from new equipment.

Knott’s water service was there for me when my well pump died on Sunday. He answered my call the first go around and was extremely quick and responsive. Not only did he have exactly what I needed he also had me take pictures of my current pump to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed and nothing more. And his price was more than fair. I have experienced nothing short of A+ service and kindness working with Knott’s!

Dave and his employees are top notch. I was looking at paying as much as $1500 to install a new 1hp water pump. Luckily I was able to find a used 1hp pump and he came over tested it for me and installed it for under $150. I can’t thank him enough for his honesty and quality of work he provides. To top it off I found out he can save me money every month on the service for my softener and of course he has my business for as long as we need his services.

Called Knotts Water Service to come out and evaluate my existing Water Softening system on a new home. The system was probably 14-16 years old and wasnt running, Davids assessment was that the components needed to fix and make the system operational wouldnt make sense as a new updated system would be a better investment. Our 40+ year old pump started pumping sand and mud and, after reading previous reviews, we called Knotts Water Service. After locating our well it was re-sleeved in a matter of an hour or so. Our water softener system was also flushed and tested the water. They were on time and called to advise us when to expect them. Would recommend Knotts to anyone needing a well serviced.

I had called in the morning and the owner/operator of the company explained how he had a few no water calls ahead of me but stated that he understood that I had no water as well so he would try to fit me in. He was very professional and called me to update me until he was able to make it in the early afternoon. I had a problem where my well pump was not priming after replacing my water softener and pressure tank. He quickly had the problem fixed and let me know what problems I was having and advised me that I need a new pump. He went ahead and tested my water and gave me some recommended settings for my fleck unit which is in addition to what I needed help with. Had a new water softener put in about 2 years ago. Lowest price around and he only suggested what we needed. No high pressure sales...About a year after install I had a leak, they were very responsive and fixed same day.I just called him today after 2 years with a possible well pump/expansion tank issue and he gave me suggestions to try to fix before he would have to come out and repair...Very nice person to deal with..
