Scott and team were excellent! He did a great job in the initial meeting of being up front and giving me the facts I needed to make the right decision. I looked at three companies and in the end chose Water Clinic because of the great pricing and appreciated the honesty without the gimmicks. Highly recommend if you need a water softener installed!

After being disappointed with other companies more than once we called them. They fixed all our water problems years ago and continue to always provide such professional, reliable service at reasonable prices. They are also truly nice people. Weve been using ACW for over 9 years and have had a great experience with all of the technicians. Tim, Jason, and Jim are all absolutely amazing, kind, polite, professional, and hard workers.

Asked them to give me a quote on service and repair water softening equipment that was installed at my home. They came quoted 600 for full repair but then charged over 700. This did not deal with the problem and the existing fault remained. Another service engineer came out and charged a further 400 for the repair that I had already paid 700 to be fixed. This meant that had I known it was going to cost 1100 I would not have bothered to have had it repaired but because of the poor workmanship of the original engineer I was forced to pay through the nose to the tune of 1100. I complained and was offered 81 dollars compensation to cover the parts fitted in the original repair that were unnecessary according to the supervisor. He told me he would review the matter further an get back to me. Weeks later I am still waiting. I feel I’ve been baited and switched. The supervisor claims that is not how his company works. Even the second engineer said the original service engineer had a reputation and was no longer with the company. The check for 81 dollars came with no letter or explanation. A shoddy company in my opinion and one I would never do business with again.

While bicycle riding I came across a unique water softening and filtration system that was connected to the outside of a neighbors home. The telephone number was posted on the unit. Having had a Culligan system in the past, I thought that Atlantic Coast Water system was unique. I called and a representative came to my home and analyzed the water and gave me a price quote. The price quote was reasonable for the unit. Since the installation, my water has been great; soft and free from impurities. The unit is small and efficient, requiring no electricity! The staff at this company has been helpful, pleasant and extremely courteous. Any problems have been addressed in a timely manner. I have been completely satisfied with this company. Thank you very much.

Firstly, I love, love, love my kinetico system. Know why? Because, regardless how much water I use, it is always conditioned. Twin alternating tanks, a knock-out combination against my nasty well water in Ft Pierce! I have only great things to say about this company. They have been servicing my water softener for over 4 years and are always on time and get the problem solved. The monthly service is reasonable and their emergency service is a nice piece of mind if something goes wrong on the weekend.

Scott Jackson, General Manager sold us the twin tower unit. Everything went smoothly with installation on time. One minor thing, was the towers had to be bolted to the house. My husband had to go get a longer bolt because we have Hardi Plank siding and the bolt the installer used did not secure the units.I dont remember Scott telling me about the cost of the filters that are required. $29.95 Is a little steep after paying over $6,000 for the ststem.The great news, after 30 plus years of using well water no more orange hair, cloths, toilets, & sinks!!!Thank You Atlantic Coast Water

Stay away at your own peril. The level of incompetency I encountered with this company is beyond anything Ive ever experienced. And Ive worked in government for over 20 years.In January 2014, I was billed for services without my knowledge or consent. After complaining, the charges were taken off my credit card.In January 2015, I had my water softener and RO filter serviced. In March 2015, I had water squirting up out of my kitchen drain. A misplaced drain line caused the problem. A tech repaired the problem and offered to look at the softener. He ended up replacing parts on the filter valve. I gave him my credit card for $132 and thought the bill was taken care of.A month later, I was contacted by the company to say that I had not paid the bill. Upon further investigation, they said they forgot to run my card.After dealing with that mess, I checked the water softener and found it was leaking around the filter valve. The original tech returned and checked the valve, told me it was cracked and the replacement would be $708. It was working just fine before he worked on it. I paid on the phone by credit card and was sent a bill the next week.Since January 2015, I have paid this company over $1200 for lousy service, broken parts, and questionable billing practices.

We have tried just about every water company and for one reason or another they have disappointed. So far we are extremely pleased with Atlantic Coast Waters knowledge of our water system and the expeditious servicing when requested.
