Fast and fast

First I should let you know the physical location can not change or modify your ticket. That is preformed by a sales men on the phone from wherever. I arrived at 11:30 did NOT LEAVE WITH A TRUCK TILL 3PM !!! The first truck was broken!!! But No one called to inform me of that, I couldnt even get the Penske truck location to scan my insurance card and send it over to Penske corporation. She informed me they Dont scan email or really do anything at this location besides just sit in there chairs 🤔.

I loved their trucks. Easy move!

Absolutely cluster ....of a rental place. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Lazy, they dont explain that if you chose to return the tank less than full you have to wait on their guy to go fill the truck before they will close out your ticket. Its not like enterprise where theyll just go fill it up and then add the inflated gas prices later.

Renting a lift gate from them on Saturday easy to get to easy to read they do charge you like $50 for a estimated mileage I wound up driving 9 miles in the truck when I brought the truck back and try to charge me for gas they said I had used 4 gallons of diesel fuel I spoke to two people one person was somewhat cordial about it second person was little indignant about it but they did in the end take the charge off of my bill so I wound up running from them again and the second time I didnt have any problems however I did put 6 gallons of diesel fuel in their truck which I dont think I drove cuz I only drove 20 miles that particular Journey

I set an appt in the morning and the truck didn’t make it for hours after the set time, the staff was unbelievably rude and seemed to not care at all, to top it off the credit card machine was not working and the staff refused to reset it after multiple cards were used. I found out that this is a franchise branch off of Penske...

Very friendly and helpful on the front end, but screwed me after my return. The 26 truck has transmission problems and most of the license plate was missing. Furthermore, I was charged for more miles than I actually drove and then was charged an additional $30 to fill the tank even though Id filled it to the top just before returning it. Stay away from this place.

Excellent customer service at Penske. You may pay a little more but the way they treat you is worth it.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the counter wouldnt punch in our credit card numbers after the chip wouldnt work. He made us go get cash. He was horribly inefficient and not very good at his job. Go elsewhere.

Returned my truck here. The lady in the front office was very quick and helpful with the process!!
