Had a blowout on I 95 at night, and these folks were Life savers. The dispatcher Carmen (hope I remembered the name correctly) was extremely helpful on the phone, and the driver was courteous, friendly and professional. Polite, helpful, great service and a fair price.

What a joke... What a hassle just to get items left in your vehicle after a accident... There office is a old Moldy motorhome..They are completely rude and unprofessional... I recommend anyone but them

My boyfriend had an 8X20, 4 ton shipping container in his backyard that needed to be moved from a very tight space in the backyard, which was not a simple task. This job required someone with a very high knowledge of rigging and of the hydraulics on the tow truck to complete. All Hooked Up Towing staff removed the shipping container from the backyard, then were able to transfer the shipping container to another trailer. All Hooked Up Towing was the solution to a stressful delimia. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of towing.

Super expensive for rv ers

Excellent service and right on time!!! I locked my keys in my trunk and the serviceman came on Labor Day early in the morning in just 30 minutes!!!I was thankful that he was able to open the car door. Very courteous and polite!!!

Fast and friendly...wouldve been nice to be warned milage included from where the truck starts though. Other then that awesome

Driver showed up within the hour and spent two hours trying to figure out how to pull my boat trailer out of a boat ramp. He worked at it hard but to no avail and called in help from his office. That person suggested he unhook my ford 150 and hook to the trailer. He thought he was hooked to an axel but it was a support beam. Bottom line 6 month old $5,600 trailer totaled. Management was no help.

Jason helped me tow my bike he was very professional in making sure no damage was done to the bike. He also was very cool and down to earth. If I ever need another tow i know who to call!!! Service was excellent definitely recommend

Save your money & time.Called this place to find our what their prices were and said I would call back. When I finally did call back to get a tow truck the lady told me it was going to be an hours wait and HUNG UP on me. When I called me in an hour time a man answered the phone and advised me that they never assigned a driver because they did not have any information. Then when my boyfriend called back again a few mins later they refused to speak nor assist us when it is their incompetence that cause the issue in the first place.Like I said. Save your money and save your time!! Especially if you’re looking for quality customer service because this place DEFINITELY does not have it

Matt helped me out a great deal today, gave me some general car advice over the phone and was very courteous and funny during our time with him . Id say that the price was also good! Definitely recommend if you need it in the area (ask for Matt!)

I will never use this place again!! Didnt even get my car towed and they charged me $65.00 for just showing up. Which was after waiting an hour and a half. My gear shift cable broke so the guy was able to get my car into gear for me so I could drive it to the mechanic. But making me wait almost two hours and charging me as much as a tow is ridiculous!!!

Expensive and ridiculous policies. Make sure you have exact change because of course they dont tell you anything over the phone

This tow yard is nothing but a scam from terrible communication skills and rude employees working the office with little to no knowledge of what they’re doing to the sorry excuse of an establishment rat infested trailer with no information whatsoever posted anywhere and to top it off when your done getting scammed they need excact payment down to the cent because they don’t have change this place is the worst tow yard I’ve ever had the experience of using!!!!!
