The bed-in-a-box they delivered looked like it had been thrown in the gorilla cage for a few days before they decided to deliver it. The bottom had completely come apart and had been taped back together with just enough tape to keep the contents inside, which were clearly visible. Not to mention all the puncture holes that suggested the mattress wasnt going to be usable. You could tell the delivery guy was not comfortable with me meeting him for the delivery. Fed Ex ended up hauling the UPS mistake away. Oh yes, I dont recommend UPS.

The website said my package was out for delivery so I waited all day for it. It never showed up and couldnt find out that my package was still at the local warehouse until after 7. Ill never use UPS if possible. The U.S. Postal service is the best by far.

I was riding my bike on NW Fork Rd Stuart on 9/15/2020 and the driver of the UPS truck #-162879 tag #-GDU-726 passed me on a two lane road while there was oncoming traffic. He was 6-inches from my handle bars. I filed a complaint with UPS case #-1628386332261. I am not happy with the response from UPS. The driver should call me and personally apologize. By the way Florida law requires you to give a 3-foot clearance between the vehicle and the pedestrian or in this case the bike rider.When he dropped off his delivery he parked half on and half off of the road on the wrong side of the street. I ask him why he tried to run me off the road to which he replied You should ride your bike on the sidewalk. So beware and take a good look at this guy and if you see this guy get out of the way.

I had orientation on the 10th and i was out due to family emergency and i wanted to reschedule but this is the only number i know to call for stuff like this and the automated system does not help at all so now i have to make my way to the center to confirm my job status🤦🏽‍♂️So frustrating

I’ve used this UPS warehouse for several years. One couldn’t ask for better employees! They’re all friendly, very helpful, and make a trip there definitely pleasurable. Thank you, UPS, for hiring such great employees!

Every time I try to give UPS a chance they mess it up! Package was supposed to be delivered before noon according to the website. I put off appts to later in the day to be present to sign for the package. 5:00pm rolls around and theres no sign of my package. I had to have the package redirected to a ups access point so it was sent back to the delivery center to be delivered to the access point the next morning. Received a notification that It was being delivered today at 9:30am. At 11:30 received another notification that it was being redirected back to the delivery center instead of the access point?!?!?!!! Called to ask why and the representative said, No, it will be delivered to the access point for pick up by 1pm today. Its now 5:30pm. Called the access point and the manager said that they have not received any packages for me and that ups only delivers once a day by 1pm each afternoon. Called the UPS customer service rep and she said, Oh no, it will be delivered by the end of the day. Full of lies when the UPS website reads redirected back to the delivery center with no explanation! Tell me where my package is and Ill come get it myself!!!*update 7:30pm: As read on other post here, now they are claiming that I refused the package and its being returned to sender! You cant make this stuff up.

Absolutely pathetically ran. I had a medical package that was supposed to show up between July 2nd and July 6th at the latest, Its now the 10th and the package says its been in transit in Stuart since the 7th. The manager Amber refuses to get on the phone, Even having her manager Ben lie and say shes in the Vero store ( Which the supervisor there informed me she was for sure at the Stuart location) Ill call back and inform him and he then says oh shes on a conference call. Ive left my number and name and have not had a return call. No one has informed me of anything about my package Ive had to try and inquire about it all and get no answers. Hopefully corporate can do something about it. If youre having issues and Amber is still the manager do not expect anything to get done or even hear from her.

A large garage style building where UPS drivers pick up their deliveries. One can drop off packages for delivery and have them weighed and pay the shipping costs or drop off packages which have appropriate mailing labels which are prepaid. Usually there is only one person working with the public so you may have to wait a fee minutes. However service is pleasant.

My package was suppose to be delivered by Friday for which I’m leaving Saturday and now my package won’t be here till Monday. When I called to resolve this issue, Susan didn’t even let me finish my sentence before rudely screaming No at me. Horrible customer service.

Wear a mask to protect people and then employees gotta make snyde comments“I talked to china this morning and they said they had no additional cases.” While the people in line join in on the teasing. My wife is pregnant and has asthma and im not risking it with a closed building. Very unprofessional acted like a child even though he was a grown man. Not to mention my two year old son im looking out for. Defended why i wore and then he continued to downplay me wearing a mask like im overreacting. I know you cant teach your employees to be mature that comes from the parents but come on this guy has grays acting like hes 16.

I have been awaiting a very urgent package all day..literally watching for the truck while monitoring online...then status changed to delivered left at front door...no UPS truck has come down this street. Sooo...either driver is a liar or delivered to wrong house. This has happened before and I have no confidence in this company

Dont use this UPS Center - Employees are SCAMMING! On 1/9/19 two out of 3 packages were delivered to the intended address. On 1/10/19, I received confirmation the 3rd package was delivered to the front porch. The package was never delivered. On 1/14 a notice was mailed stating the package was refused, person unknown, to pick up the package by 1/22/19 . One 1/16 the tracking information online still said delivered on 1/10/19. On 1/22 the package was not at the Miami Ave, customer center. Turns out the staff mailed it back on the 17th. Now the online tracking says package refused. Nothing but lies and cover ups from UPS regarding this mail fraud.

Called day before delivery was scheduled to have packages held. They did indeed hold my packages. I was told to call the day of scheduled delivery at 8:30 am to insure packages were held. Called at 8:30am like I was told and was told I had to call back at 9:15am to get that info which if it had not been held would have been too late and would be on the truck for delivery. (I would not be home). I gave 4 stars for them actually holding, I did not give 5 because of the misinformation. Overall happy with them thus far been using them for years.

Terrible service my package was to arrive 7/25/2019 from ups in Stuart fl on Miami ave never did the package get delivered I call customer service to find out we’re was the package all lies they claim they could not find the package in there warehouse but on the tracking it shows a destination scan and in Arrival scan when I called to location to find out what’s going with my package they said it was still in route to Stuart which is a lie because it got scanned as in arrival to its destination they are full of lies and a bunch of dummies work there something fishy is going on with these people thieves people beware it’s best you go with usps instead better service I’m calling corporate to complain

Aweful customer service. We had a package that was shipped by 2 day ground. 5 days later, shipping says it is out for delivery. Around 2 pm, tracking said it was delayed. I called their corporate office and they said it will be delivered by 9pm that day. Called their warehouse to confirm and they said the said the same. 8pm rolls around, I call their warehouse again. They inform me that my driver had gone home for the day. After going to their facility and arguing for 2 hours about where my package was, they inform me it is on a truck to orlando. We had to drive to orlando to intercept our package in order to have product for our black Friday promotions.
