Chris is the most arrogant and obnoxious Property Manager that I have ever worked with. I should have known when I was signing the lease with Georganna in a pet store that they were a couple of kooks. Shortly after we signed the lease I asked a question that Chris didnt like and he threatened to cancel the lease agreement. I should have let him do it and I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation. In one of our phone calls he YELLED at me so I hung up on him. Then when my husband called him back he YELLED at him too. Real professional. Im not saying Im perfect. We lived in a cutthroat HOA and I may have left my car parked on the street or used the wrong color curtains and blinds on my windows. But the way Chris speaks to people is so sarcastic and disrespectful I dont know how he keeps a job, he must be self employed. Chris needs anger management training. I dont believe the other reviews, they must be employees. If you dont believe me just speak to him for a few minutes, Im sure the real Chris will show up. If you are considering a property with South Florida Realty Management DONT DO IT!!! The only reason he is getting one star is because it wont let me put no stars.

Chris is a great property manager and responds quickly to any issues or questions that arise.If I ever own another home in the area, I know who I will call to manage it for me.

Chris was amazing in helping us deal with an extremely difficult situation (a defrauder/scammer moved fraudulently into our Florida house, thanks to a worthless real estate agent, and started a campaign of terror against us). Threats, attempts at intimidation and blackmail, nothing worked against Mr. Lundstrom who resisted all his attempts, was steady in his support of us, provided excellent documentation about everything and eventually was a big help in helping us get rid of the sorry individual (who also likes to post false negative reviews on people who oppose him, see B.W. below) with the help of a persistent attorney. Even though he came in after we were stuck with the individual, Chris was a rock, a great support, and we would work any day with him to find and manage a new renter for us (unfortunately, we are suffering from PRSD, or post-renter stress disorder, and cannot face the idea now!) Thanks again Chris, you were the best.

Chris and his team have found long term renters for one of my properties, and even found my current homestead for myself and family as well. They handled all the paperwork, applications and pre-screened all of my possible tenants to make sure I was getting the best possible rental candidates. Haven been bitten by bad renters in the past, I am so happy that they were so meticulous in the screening process! We plan on using SFRM for all of our future properties.
