They were told over 1 month ago that they were selling a Rawhide treat that killed a dog, in the Rawhide Alternative isle. They claimed they moved them to the Rawhide area. This picture was taken a few days ago. Theyre putting their own consumers pets at risk knowingly. Shame on them!!

Very nice store and well stocked. I do much of my shopping online but I wouldnt hesitate to come here again.

I like the ease of ordering my cats food online and going to the Jensen store to pick it up.Always very quick to notify via email that your order is ready for pick up. The associates are very nice and professional. Store is clean and organized.A few times the cat food flavor that my cat likes has been out of stock, but for the most part they have a good stock availability compared to other pet food outlets and definitely more than supermarket. I highly recommend Petsmart at this location.

My review focus’ mainly on the training services and overall staff and stock.We completed the puppy beginning course and have nothing but amazing things to say about Jody. She works wonders on all the pups AND their people. For my first dog, I’ve learned a great deal from Jody in 6 weeks and really look forward to broadening that experience with more classes. The classes are very hands on. YOU are there to be taught - which is awesome since you don’t leave not having any idea on what to do after. I highly recommend visiting Jody. She cares about all the pups that come her way, even if you are there for a consultation.As for the rest of the staff? They’re also amazing. Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The store is clean and often restocked and organized. I also love that it has prescription diets available!Overall, it’s a great place to shop. I’ll be trying the grooming soon!

Went for training for my dog. I think he now loves the trainer (Jodie) more than me. She has good treats and she doesnt yell at him.

Wasted an hour+ of my time driving there and back for a grooming only to be turned down because they can’t get their own policies straight.Get your communication straight and be sure that all staff are on the same page!

This is our local store and we loved it however I have to admit I am not loyal LOL I shop wherever I can find the best products for our guinea pigs who are quite picky the cat and dog in our house are much more easy-going. We do shop here often and it really pays off if you pay attention and come over when they have sales

If you love your pets give Petsmart,a try .I was able to call them and get the cat food my cats love at a great price, they signed me into their system. It was clean and the associate was very helpful. The website is easy to use and they offer curbside pick. Give them a try and you will love the store as I do.

Found the Thunder Shirt for our new rescue, just in time for July 4th! Such a friendly staff. Adoptions taking place & its so easy to fall in love with these animals.

I’ve been taking my baby here since he was a puppy to get groomed. He is older and a lot testier now and I understand that but they are short staffed and short on patience. They will not take the time to even try and that’s sad!

The store is fine. Great even. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store is always clean. BUT... The parking and lot are a complete train wreck. Nobody gives a *beep* about you or your pet. So be careful!

That were not clear or specific about the bill, they should give you more details. The waiting was long even though I had an appointment, it was talking 15 minutes to check in for every customer.

Store is usually well stocked. Great variety of treats. Pet friendly, you can bring pets on leashes shopping with you which is always nice. Staff are usually friendly. They dont carry specialty foods but they do have a wide selection of brands of foods for all types of pets. They have a lot of types of supplies needed for pets from Dogs, cats. Reptiles, fish, to small animals. Grooming and training as well.

The store is well stocked with a good variety of brands. Very clean. It tends to be warm inside the store so its not a great place to browse. If you need assistance you have to find someone to help. Prices are high but they price match to Chewy. (A 14 lb bag of cat food was $13 more in the store!) Todays Cashier was really friendly but in the past that has not been my experience. Not my 1st choice pet store.

The staff is very friendly and I love their vet section. You can pay one monthly price and your pet can be seen as many times as you need for whatever you need I really love that. Sometimes you have to pay a little bit more because not everything is covered by your insurance plan but it is still way cheaper than having to pay for things outside of having their insurance plan.

Nice big store

Took my puppy for her very first grooming experience. Heather was very kind and professional and she made my little pup look beautiful! She provided me with knowledge and advice, given that I’m a first time puppy owner. I will most definitely be going back to have Heather take care of my little girl again very soon! Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

Its nice and clean, organized.. The only thing I dont like is the prices.. everything there is really expensive. Even the toys.

Everyone wore a mask and the cashier was knowledgeable about my cat and remembered me from previous visits.

This review is strictly for the Grooming section: I would have given a zero star if possible. I made a grooming appointment for my senior dog Oliver. Oliver wears a leg brace he uses to walk due to an old injury. Oliver has no trouble standing, walking small distances as tri-pod so we have never had an issue at any Petsmart Groomer until this Jensen Beach location. I was met with a hello and told immediately that there was an issue. They wouldn’t groom him because of his leg injury. I booked the appointment with a note explaining the injury as I do with every other grooming appointment and at all 5 Petsmarts he’s been to so far. NO other Petsmart Groomer nor any other REPUTABLE groomer has had an issue with his brace when we take him. I was told by a curt groomer that the other locations were breaking “the rules”. Her mind was already made up but she went through the motions of grabbing a manager who was nice but also towing the line. My dog Oliver was denied grooming for the first time in his 5 year history of grooming with a leg injury. I would have appreciated a phone call prior to letting us come in to the appointment. There would have been no hard feelings but wasting my time, being cute and rude is just poor customer service. Never going back to this location. Waste of time.

I wanted a one year prescription of trifexis. They refuse to sell it to me. I have a banfield plan and my dog was checked for heartworms I can buy it online for up to two years for slightly less than theyre willing to sell it for.I want to skip a year on the banfield plan and they know this. Maybe if they didnt know this I might be able to get a years worth.I was lied to by another store claiming they were including my pet meds and nail trimming only to find out 3 months later that was false. I paid significantly more for a package deal than I would have if I had just did what I normally do. I paid in full but I didnt get what I felt I paid for. I am trying to make the best of a bad situation and at least get a year prescription after my banfield care expires so at least I can get back some of my losses this year.Part of the reason I went with the banfield plan is so my records could be kept online. The online side is blank. Overall I dont recommend buying into the banfield plan if this is how its going to be.

The best grooming my pup has received EVER!!! My husband and I are full time travelers. We’ve taken our mini schnauzer, Pepper, to 28 states in the last year. He’s been groomed regularly since we got him years ago and Taylor gave him the best grooming he’s ever had. We had him groomed in Stuart last year while visiting the area and were very pleased with the service so decided to take him again on our trip this year. Taylor is awesome. I hope she’s still there on our next trip to St Lucie/Stuart. Plus she’s a sweetheart. Thank you, Taylor from the Riley’s and Pepper.Give her a raise!

Friendly staff excellent for pets and owners

We have taken our dog to Petsmart for grooming for the last four years. We have been fortunate to have Heather. She is so calm and reassuring to him and does a great job on his grooming needs. He always looks fabulous. Highly recommend her and the grooming department.

First time I vicit Store in US 1 Jensen Beach and They help me with all my needs specially the cashier was nice and even came and help me do my Chihuahua tag on the machine with all her patience🐕👍

I take my little girl up there every Sunday to socialize since she has lost both her brother and our rescue in the past few months. She is timid, but she loves the attention and the cookies the girls at the register always give her. She walks out of there like her day is complete which brings a smile to my face.

Very cool but I cant get pets

It was dog adoption today and there were about 8 wonderful dogs that so need a good home. We applied and will wait to hear about a furever friend. There are so many good dogs that need a home so people should adopt instead of going to breeders.

Upon making an appointment for my dog to see the doctor banfield automatically assumes that you want to leave your baby (pet) in a cage so they can look at the dog when its convenient for them. Would you leave your son or daughter in a cage?

I go to the Banfield Vet nestled in this PetSmart and they do a great job.

If your looking to adopt a cat this is a great place to check for one. Caring Fields Felines brings in sweet kittens and young cats for adoption. Your $60 adoption fee gets you a coupon book full of freebies for your new pet too.

The staff at PetSmart were amazing and treated me very well. I brought in my out-of-control and newly adopted husky to shop for food and supplies. I was struggling with the pup and kinda lost since it was my first dog. The staff helped me buy everything I needed and helped me secure a large crate into my trunk. Outstanding customer service!! Thank you for the assistance and I’ll definitely be back.

My go to fish store. I dont generally go to the big guys but the staff in this store are highly knowledgeable and very helpful. Phenomenal care is taken in the aquatics department. 💯 totally recommend this PetSmart.

People are friendly, you could bring your pet. They have groomers there. I did not try the groomers yet. But they also have training classes that we just started.

Always have what I need.....great advice from their staff....all u need to do is ask. They have one of the best dog trainers in the business ......ask for Jody......she rocks and when youre done with classes your dog will be a much better pet.....and you might even learn a few things along the way.
