Disgusting billboard. Every day on my way to work I have to see an image of a giant dead bug. I try to avoid looking at it. Very distasteful

Service is awful, wrong techs would show up on wrong days... Called to cancel service several times, still keep showing up at the gate trying to come and billing.

Salesman has great knowledge. Technician that came out was amazing. Spent time to explain things and has taken care of my problems. Would highly recommend Home Paramount to anyone.

I worked for this place for 2 years and it was one of the WORST jobs Ive ever had. Poor communication throughout. They set their schedule with a service based in MARYLAND when I work in FT. LAUDERDALE. Now my last day of work has disappeared from my last timecard. Smh.

The Stuart Florida staff, especially Joe, Managers Vanessa and Sandy have been working with me and my flea issue since June 2020. They are professional, have empathy towards my situation and have gone above and beyond my expectations. P.S. Joe is the Best!!!

Vanessa and the entire team did such a wonderful job at my house. I had a infestation of spiders and ants and almost immediately they were all gone.From the first meeting to the treatment to the follow up phone calls to see how it’s going to the easy scheduling it was an absolute pleasure.

I am so very pleased with Home Paramount! Ive had Nozzle Nolan, Terminex, etc. and none of those come close to Home Paramount. Very professional and very thorough, reasonable, and gets the job done right the first time!

As working for this company if your wanting to be cheated out of your money you should use this company there has been days where i have sprayed water because this company is too cheap to buy chemicals.not to mention the health hazard they place on little children there is a day care right next door and i have personally seen the manager dump left over toxic chemicals right into the dirt those poor kids dont deserve to be exposed to any harsh chemicals zero regard for human life. my hope is the law will shut them down.

We were the first Palm CIty customers when they opened for business in the region. The service was great - the plants and lawns thrived. We also had pest control for the house - inside and out. Over time it was VERY evident that the chemicals and fertilizers being used were being diluted and were becoming ineffective. We had to have FREQUENT call backs. Even the service person admitted it to us. The inside-home service equipment being used also deteriorated so much that we had to clean carpets and stairs for stains after the application - dripping and excess chemicals. We cancelled and went elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Great company but was not experienced with roots mites. Call them for all your pets control needs.. just not mites 😬

I wish I could give this company 0-stars.You can just not trust the sales people.They will sell you the world and make false promises. After reviewing some of the other people reviews I found that we where in the same boat.The company sales person sold us a $125 annual contract. The annual contract includes a home inspection and treatment every Quarter.This was completely false since we quickly found out that $125 is for the initial inspection and treatment and that every quarters payment will be $75.If the second visit was on schedule like they promised and as thorough as the first visit then maybe I could justify the payment but the Guy was here for 5 minutes. That is a charge rate of $15 per minute, that is called daylight robbery.Come one Paramount Pest Control. Wake up Guys.Happy to be rid of you guys.FYI we are with Terminix now and it has been a great experience.

Sandy identified multiple needs on her initial evaluation. I have the utmost confidence in the initial home inspection and the service your company will provide. Sandy returned to complete the 1st treatment of our home. I am again pleased with the service/treatment that we received todaySandy clearly explained what is involved in servicing my home, time lines, payments, and upcoming visits. Of paramount importance to me are my two dogs & cat and what kind of reaction they might get from.the chemicals. Her reassurance was greatly appreciated as if my pets were her pets.Sandy is a fantastic representative of your company. Sandy is an excellent resource and extremely helpful, she went above and beyond and all in a very timely manner. The contract was provided same day as inspection with treatment service the next. They even went back days later to clean up any unsightly remnants as this was a rental unit being shown for occupancy. Upon returning for inspection, Sandy noted that the carpet cleaning folks had not locked up the unit and the lock box was now broken (apparently the box was a challenge to the carpet cleaners). Sandy installed her own lock box with matching code in its stead. Who does this these days? Extraordinary service deserving of my complete gratitude. I highly recommend Home Paramount - they have secured my business hands down!

This is the worse company ever, I receive a voice mail from a team member saying someone is coming out on the 27th of June to spray my house. On Friday June 28th I receive an email stating I owe $68 dollars when no one was at my home and you would need a key to open my gate. I spoke with Dan and his response was that the tech log in that he spray the outside of my home and I kept telling him the only way my home can be spray is if i open my gate. I spoke with the manager Todd who basically said the same thing and kept saying he can send someone out when I specifically told him I dont need their services anymore. I use to use their services ever other month and I realize the chemical theyre using is no good, after 3 weeks of treatment I start to see pest why would i want to keep wasting my money with them.

SCAM!!! *STAY AWAY* I had a contract with this company for over 2 years. First of all theyre overpriced in all aspects of their services. At the end of my 2nd year with this company I started noticing a pattern.I had always wanted to be home when my perimeter was being sprayed. They started coming on times when they knew no one would be home and leaving sorry we missed you notes that they were here and the property was serviced. Yeah okay...They have this BS automated system that calls you to let you know that they will be out to service you property on such and such date. In order to confirm that you know this you have to press 1. Never have I done this. I dont answer phone numbers I dont know. No one else has access to my phone.I had no idea anyone was even at my property and serviced it. That is until I received my bill via email. What?!I called the customer service number immediately and cancelled my service and requested to speak with the manager of the local office that services my area. No call. Ever.So months go by, Im now getting bills in the mail. I continue to email and call that I wish to speak with the manager. Still... No call back. Nothing.My bill has now gone to collections and they want even more money because now its past due.Now today after 6+ months later some dude calls me on the phone from the office *not the manager* about the issue. He has no interest in admitting that no one in fact sprayed my yard and is insisting that I knew per the automated system. Again... never answered the phone and no voicemail?He also proceeds to tell me that the date they serviced my yard his technician clocked into the job. I told him BS no one was there and didnt even leave one the sorry we missed you tags.We are at this point at a stalemate. Added bonus from him, since I cancelled my account and am no longer a customer so their is nothing he can do. Well here I am.So if this is the kind of service youre looking for, look no further. Dont believe me read the other recent reviews.

I should have known better than to go with this company.

This has been the most frustrating company to work with. They show up with no prior notice, so I miss the appointment every time. The only reason I knew they showed up on Saturday was because of my Ring. I never received and email or call. Furthermore, I never got a call from the gate, so not sure how they got on the property. Their costumer service lacks and I would consider a company that cares about their costumers and their time.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Local manager and technician are beyond reprehensible. When they found out that we contacted their supervisor at their corporate office to complain about their service, they showed up and told us we would get a visit and begged us not to report negatively. No follow through on service requests and very unprofessional.

So angry right now I dont know where to start. Been waiting for service since Friday. Have been rescheduled 4 times. One excuse after another. Have been a customer for over 3 years. Not sure if I will continue. What ever happen to customer service.
