Starting at PBS has been such a fantastic experience. I have never experienced such a great amount of support and access to resources as I have at PBS. The are truly there to help, they have the most helpful regional coordinators and their senior analyst are always available to answer any clinical issues that may arise. I am always updated on available CEUs and insightful research available right on their website. It is truly a blessing to be part of the PBS team.

After six months, two BCBAs and four RBTs we decided to end services as my child was beginning to become physically aggressive towards me and others. His Speech, Occupational and Physical therapists were all noticing changes in his behavior that began with avoidance and turned into hitting, kicking and biting.Looking back the communication between BCBAs and RBTs was lacking. There was no consistency or routine. We feel that we did everything we could do to get this team to see our child and to accommodate his needs and interests. This team focused on filling the needs of the insurance companies before the needs of the individual that they were supposed to be helping.

Ive been with PBS a couple years now. I can truly say this organization values quality and places the family first. The CEO and founder Dr. Michael Nolan is not a typical exec suit that you never see but someone that would gladly do anything for his families and employees to ensure the best quality of life is given in-home and the workplace. The organization has experience rapid growth in the last 5 years and leadership teams continues to find ways to improve their processes in their overarching goal to better the ABA field and its stakeholders. Whether you are looking for an organization to provide services or you are looking for a place with a rewarding career, look no further than PBS Corp.

Disappointed on how the Owner Dr. Nolan treats staff, has changed dynamics of company, and has taken money from employees when they go above and beyond for their clients while Dr. Nolan sits on his Yacht. He doesnt care about helping and serving families and changing lives of children/ this has become secondary to his business of making profits for himself. He has become consumed with growing the company and making profits, taking away from employees and has breached ethical standards for services of clients. I suggest you DO NOT work for PBS or inquire about services due to the lack of support, the inconsistency, and displacing staff from dynamic changes in company. Its a very sad situation where families should be first, but his profits are first, families are just a conduit to the company making money and not putting clients first! There is a lack in management, fidelity and follow up with administration. The support of admin is sub-par and lacking training for staff. DO NOT WORK FOR PBS and or attempt to apply for services. It is a waste of time. There are many other companies out there that are in the field to better clients and put clients first!!

PBS really cares about their clients, always going the extra mile. I can tell you the owner, Mike Nolan, and the entire management team also cares very much about the employees and their career path with the company.
