What I really would like to know is why do you guys cancel peoples mail without even giving notice??? And why would you just send somebodys stimulus check back when there are good people who need them and have waited long enough just for you guys to say oh sorry we dont put mail in this box anymore and right we didnt even see the need to let anyone know this....

Our mail was on hold and was supposed to have been delivered on 7 July. No mail has been delivered this is the eighth. I cannot get through to our post office. This is ridiculous.

Had absolutely excellent service from Brian just now. I was mailing a package to Canada and he took his time explaining the options and helping me decide what option was best for me. He also handled a very rude customer before me very well. Brian deserves a raise!

Worst postal branch EVER! I’m a reseller, I ship numerous packages every week. First they gave me an attitude about the shipping label (printed from their site) Then tried to charge me more saying my postal scale is wrong.(again the scale from them) I normally use Hobe Sound branch where I have always been satisfied with the service. Never will use this branch again!

Like most other comments, I have also had many things lost in the mail... right now my Mail isn’t even being delivered! I it says a package was put in my mailbox Friday morning at 10:33 I have called and emailed but it is lost for good. when I moved in here I wasn’t receiving any mail as well a couple months after I moved into my apartment, a mail lady knocked on the door and left a package and when I got to the door she was already in her car by the time I came out, (I am on the second floor by the way) and I asked her why I haven’t been receiving mail. I was waiting for a check, she said I turned your mail off because we didn’t think anybody was living here but I’ll turn it back on now that I know you’re here. ( ILLEGAL)and then she goes oh yeah I think I saw that check it was returned to the sender

Actually actively horrible people. I specially said I wanted to go with the lowest postal rate and they tried to charge for first class and tracking, if you have to use this location, just use the automated machine if you want a fair charge.

They lost a priority mail envelope. Undeliverable as addressed, although the computer showed the correct address, and the same day regular mail was delivered.Then the pkg is not scanned for three days and finally shows up in Tampa. I still do not have the package.

Went to the post office this morning. I was there before they opened, waiting patiently. As I entered the door I was not sure which way to go (as I had never been to this location) and the rude woman behind the counter told me where to form the line. As I approached the same woman she started in on me again being extremely condescending saying, where is the package going? where is the package from? how are you mailing it? All in the same breath without giving me a chance to get a word in edge wise. She handed me a marker and said write out who its from and who it is going to. So without saying a word (agitated with her attitude) I did what she asked. As I am standing there she starts losing her mind on me for not putting the to and from in right locations which she did not previously explain. I then start to lose my temper and ask her why she has been condescending to me three different times since I walked through the door?? We then enter a shouting match (yes she was shouting from behind the counter at me in her USPS uniform). I asked for the manager who basically defended her actions. I explained to the manager that I normally go to the USPS office in St lucie West and they are always extremely polite to me there. I also explained to the manager that this was the WORST experience I have ever had with USPS! She showed no remorse and sided with her psychotic coworker. If you go to this location stay as far away from the woman behind the counter named ROBIN as you can! She has a bad temper and blond hair. I have never in my life seen such a miserable person at 8:30 in the morning! I have also never seen a USPS employee that got loud and shouted at the customers. The manager should have handled the situation more professionally too as she did not make the situation any better. I would avoid this location at all cost as professionalism and common decency are not in their vocabulary! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!

I was not home for a certified letter and they left a noticed to pick up at the main office. When I went to pick it up they could not find it. The manager came out and said they mistakenly forwarded it to my new address??? which was not possible as I didn’t have one. Came to find out they are so disorganized that they lost the certified letter. I was able to track it and found out it travelled all over the state of Florida and was ready for pick up in Tallahassee, 330 miles away!!I went in to talk to the manager again and see what could be done to get this certified letter delivered to me. The clerks in the front were saying she didn’t want to come out and deal with this issue and asked a visiting manager to help me out.Comes down to, that my letter was stalled somewhere and may or may not be returned to sender. It’s a pity that a certified letter is being treated this way. It’s a bigger pity that someone is promoted as a manager and can’t run an office efficiently and being held accountable for such lack of courtesy and professionalism.There seems to be a reoccurring pattern with this manager and this post office looking at all the reviews. Please, this problem can be resolved by calling the 1-800 number and file a complaint as I did today. The USPS does listen and does investigate.

I bought an envelope to mail my package, with a prepaid label. The woman rings me up for the envelope but tells me I will have to either buy an overpriced tape roll or go home to attach the label and come back.... I mean how does this facility call itself a postal service if it cant help me attach a shipping label to the envelope I purchased from them!? Charge me $.50 for the small amount of tape! Or include that cost in the price of my envelope... Unbelievable. There is no air conditioning in the facility and the line took 20 minutes to get through. It literally felt like I was waiting in line to get to Hell. Such a shame, I hate to leave a bad review but the establishment has no respect for its customers time or experience!

I have shipped hundreds of thousands of boxes through this post office. Not a single one was delayed as a result of their mistake. That is absolutely amazing, and far better than what I can say for the local Fedex and UPS.

ZERO customer service. Either rude and defensive on phone or they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. Pathetic. No wonder the USPS is like the Titanic. One star is TOO HIGH of a rating. Now my mail carrier is a different story.

Called three times and the phone rang about 10 times then it disconnected me. We then went in person to inquire about a package and did not get a satisfactory response (“it would have gone out with the anonymous mail” but when asked what that meant only got the same phrase repeated back.).

My complaint concerns the terrible mail delivery on the street that we live on. Packages that are Out for delivery do not get delivered. A note is left that no one was home, - for packages that dont even need a signature! Then the package is NEVER delivered. You go to the Post Office looking, and they know nothing. Three times packages have NEVER been delivered in the past three months. Gone, never to be found. And, the people at the Post Office do not care. I can not control what service the people who send me things use, but from now on I will be using UPS or Fed Ex, because USPS is not responsible.

I honestly believe employees at this location sit around and think of ways to harass and inconvenience business owners. My office is in a large corporate type building. We were told that we had to post date our meters so that the date is the day after we do the work, all because the mailman who comes very early in the morning cannot accept it if it dated the day we actually sent the mail??? He needs to come later or give us a mail box. If I put the mail in a box would they refuse to deliver it if the date was different from the day they opened it, I hope not....I am thinking of ways to email, scan and ACH my payments so as not to have to use this antiquatedservice.

We moved from the west coast of Fl to Stuart 6 days ago, my husband went to the Johnson St. Post office filled out all required paperwork paid the fee to get a new mail box key as the selling AGENT did not give us one? My husband is NAVY VET, he gets his med by mail from the VA. After waiting several days he went back to pick up the new key & mail. The women would not give him either product even through he had his tracking number. We had to go to the VA HOSPITAL IN WEST PALM TO seek help, what I find strange that our country is in the middle of a drug crisis & mail box keys are unaccounted for? As a R.N. this is unacceptable. Our mail man was fantastic, made sure he got his meds, hand delivered them to us. Still no key...what is going on, who is in charge in this location, do they do drug testing? Thank God no illegal drugs being sent but they did not know that. STILL NO KEY. They are rude nasty people that are employed there that would not be breathing the air if it wasnt for our service forces.

1. An inordinate amount of time spent by receipt in redirecting mis-delivered mail.2. Forgetful counter service personal - Examples: repeat failures to scan Priority mailings when they dropped off at the facility.3. Service personal continually forgets to include mail in premium forwarding services.

I had the worst experience with this post office. Packages being shippped around to different post offices because the postal carrier decided that no one was living in my house. A package I should have received on 12/22 I received on 1/1. Ridiculous.

I went to the Stuart post office today and was helped by Jennifer. She was extremely helpful and personable. She had an upbeat personality which really made the experience so much better. When a couple of customers were waiting on line, she asked someone from the back to come to the front and help the next customer. Jennifer is an asset to the Stuart post office! Thank you!
