Called their service and quoted us for the locksmith to come and do our room for 29.99$ For picklocking our door. They said to wait for the locksmith to call until then. But then around 2 minutes after, we found our spare key for the bedroom and called to cancel. However, nobody call us from the locksmith!We called back to the service twice, first guy hung up halfway canceling while stated there is a guy coming already, and the second person tried to charged us 29.99$, which I did not recall them saying anything about charging a fee for cancelling and that price was the quoted price for picklocking. I told them I did not receive any phone call from the locksmith and we called back to just to cancel. I’m furious of this service, even though the lady did say she will cancel, I don’t even know if they’ll send me some invoice to be charge. I would next time try to find the key 3-5times more before calling this company.

This company literally had us waiting outside our truck for over 3 hours telling us the locksmith was “on their way” the whole time. We finally gave up and called another company who was amazing!! Don’t use these guys. Bad bad business.

The keys work! All 3 of them. A bit on the expensive side but worth the convenience.

The experience was good. It was not difficult to understand directions and complete the process!! I would recommend this service to anyone!

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER. PRICE GOUGING. CHARGED $229 FOR A QUICK 10 MINUTE SERVICE. HE WAS OVER AN HOUR GETTING TO ME, AND CHARGED MORE BECAUSE I AM A CONTRACTOR...I tried to call the phone number provided for customer service by the technician, and got an acupuncture clinic. I finally got the correct number, and was told by the manager that the $200 charge was within the range. The range is between $19 and $200, with the $29 service charge. NEVER USE THIS KEYME.COM BUSINESS. Especially if you are driving a company vehicle. The last time I got locked out cost me $85, which I considered reasonable.

My husband called this service because he locked his keys in his truck. They told him there would be a $29 service fee and the tech would give him a final quote when he got there. They said a tech would be there in 30 minutes but it took an hour and 15 to get there. It took the tech all of 5 minutes to pop the lock and then he told my husband it would be $229!!!! When my husband complained about the exorbitant amount he was charged, the tech gave him a number to call which turned out to be a chiropractor office! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! So he called back the original number, after being COMPLETELY ripped off and deceived by the tech, to inquire how exactly they determine the pricing structure. They said they charge the $29 service fee then anywhere between $19 and $200 depending on how difficult the job is. It literally took 5 minutes for the tech to get into my husbands vehicle and he was charged $200! Apparently a 5 minute job is the most difficult for this company since he was charged the maximum price. This company completely took advantage of my husband! So he wrote a review on this site. They gave him another number to call and when he called they said those are the prices and there is nothing we can do about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

Didn’t know what to expect using a machine, but I tried it so I wouldn’t have to go elsewhere. Both keys worked so I was very happy! Only complaint and it’s not a big deal, is I wish they had designs in stock rather than having to be mailed.

I ordered the guitar keys and they were quit larger than a normal key. Now I may need to have additional keys made that are a standard size. The service was good.

Not on time but good service.
