DO NOT use this company for anything! Ordered shirts 3 months ago and they still have not sent. called them and all they say is their printing supplier hasnt sent them yet. THEN FIND ANOTHER PRINTER!!! ridiculous customer svc. They dont even have the decency to contact their paid customers to explain the issue. BEWARE!!

Ordered items at Jr. Olympic event. No way for the salesperson to print or email receipt. I had to take a photo of what salesperson wrote out on binder paper. Then when the order did not arrive, I was told I would get a refund. My child doesnt want the money back, they want the memorabilia from the event. How do you not get the significance of that?

Purchased 3 shirts for $33.00 a piece at my son’s World Series. After ONE wash (based on the instructions) they are absolutely RUINED!! They refuse to contact me back or give me a refund. Absolutely disgusting. It was a once and a lifetime for my kiddo and now the $100 for shirts was pointless!!

Do not use themPurchased two shirts for the Florida He baseballstate championships for 2021 for my kids as a remembrance. After a couple washes that they put over the 2020 season it is not a 2021 memorabilia shirt. They use the previous shirts that got canceled because of covid. So instead of printing out new shirts they just put a patch over the dates. These shirts are purchase as memories and now our memories have been scratched off to a previous date go figure

Ordered a Shirt at an event on 06/02/2021. Havent received the shirt and when i reached out via email still nothing. i shared the email confirmation and a photo copy of my receipt from the event.

This place is horrible, clearly they have no concern with providing their product on time. A 4 -6 week lead time has turned into 12 weeks and counting. We should have listened when we were told to use another vendor. Lesson learned don’t make the same mistake unless you have plenty of time
