GREAT PEOPLE, VERY GOOD SERVICE, AND 100% CLEAN WHEN THEY LEAVE.

They were able to schedule promptly and came out on time. We just bought the house and wanted it cleaned before we moved in. Asked if priors owners left anything in kitchen to place it on table and wipe out the cabinets.I would pay extra, no problem. They were there 4 hours. I was so relieved to know this was one last thing I had to deal with. I got to the house and not ever the light switches were wiped down. Emailed them photos in 3 different emails. Not one reply. I never once asked for my money back and still no reply.

Left the carpets soaking wet which led to moldy smell. Dirt and grime left on floor along with sticky contact. Would not recommend especially if you are moving and need a deep cleaning.

Molly Maid was a lifesaver! I scheduled a cleaning with another company that didnt show up at my appointment time and needed to find someone else that could come out the same day. Jeff at Molly Maid was able to make that happen for me. Even when there were a few hiccups they were patient with me and helped me get my apartment clean before I moved out. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Had an urgent need for services and they worked me in to the schedule on a moment’s notice. Very friendly and helpful customer service. Team 10 was awesome. Took extra care where needed and finished exactly when they said they would.

Team #5 DEEP cleaned my house from top to bottom!!!! They dusted fans and picture frames, moved my couches to vacuum, mopped, and scrubbed everything in sight. They worked hard for hours and were so friendly! I am posting this photo of my shower because I had forgotten that I do NOT have frosted glass doors--lol. They are so squeaky clean! I will be calling them again soon to set up more regular cleanings. Thank you Team #5!

I have used molly maids of the treasure coast for almost one year now after moving to a new home too large for me to clean myself and they are fantastic. Kristine and Jennifer are so friendly and do a great job. They go above and beyond making sure my fur babies are well loved during their cleaning process and when they pack up and leave after finishing they make sure the dogs are safely inside before exiting the house. I travel quite a bit and when the cleaning team is there I get updates and pictures from “my dogs” :) and the girls always let me know when they leave that the dogs are safe and sound. I would recommend them to anyone.

My Molly Maid team is willing to make the extra effort with those hard to clean surfaces in a multi pet household. Our tough to clean (dog drool) tile floors became a personal mission...Mission Accomplished! Thank you for all the extra efforts you make and thank you for being so friendly with my pets.

Molly Maid did an amazing job on my parents house. My mother had recently broken her shoulder and told me that she just felt like her house was dirty because she couldn’t clean it. Molly Maid came in and cleaned everything. Mom was so happy. I will definitely use them again!

They did not do a good job, and the manager has refused to call us back. I paid for a deep cleaning, not for two women to roam around in slow motion while chatting with each other. They missed a lot. I even took photos. I dont usually complain unless Ive talked to management and not gotten satisfaction, but this was ridiculous and management wont return my calls.

I only wish I called them sooner! After breaking my foot, the thought of cleaning gave me anxiety. I was able to call them with 48 hours notice. They are dog friendly too! I got the one time cleaning but now Im debating on getting a cleaning plan I loved it so much.

The ladies were quick yet thorough, and friendly. I’m more than satisfied with the clean. The pricing can’t be beat. I can’t say thank you enough for the great job!

We have a brand new home in Tradition and wanted to try to keep it looking as nice as the day we moved in. There were several cleaning services in our area and I arbitrarily selected Molly Maid of the Treasure Coast for our initial interview. After interacting with its owner, Jeff, we felt confident in giving them the first opportunity to show us what they could do. As Jeff told us in that first interview, we were to give them chores that we did not want to do ourselves and for us NOT to pre-clean prior to their arrival (as my mother used to do). The team of young ladies that they sent over were speedy yet highly efficient in their approach to the list of things that we wanted them to tackle. In fact, so much so, that we had to find other things for them to do to complete their scheduled time. They are not opposed to cleaning our windows from both inside and outside and washing the tile floors and baseboards prior to their leaving. They never complain and are personable and friendly and always give us a 10 minute heads up prior to their arrival. We were going to be away during their last scheduled visit and I felt comfortable in leaving our house key with the office. It was so nice coming home to a clean and neat looking home...

My experience will “Molly Maid of the Treasure Coast” has been 5 Star ever since the owner Jeff came to my front door for the initial visit. I know I’m not alone when I say that as any individual looking for any type of in home service, I was a bit leary. Let’s face it, customer service just isn’t what it used to be. And coming from a customer service background myself, I have very high standards and expectations. The moment Jeff stepped foot into my home those concerns vanished. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, explaining how he and his wife became owners of the company, how their employees are like family and that their number one goal, of course is customer satisfaction. He patiently walked through my home with me, room by room, asking specific questions about how I liked things cleaned. He actually gave me answers to questions I didn’t even know to ask. When the consultation was finished he gave me a very reasonable estimate and we scheduled the first initial cleaning. Before leaving he said, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. And that after that first cleaning he or someone from the company would be calling me to see how things went and that if I wasn’t satisfied with the service, they would send out a different team to get it right. Well, I was beyond pleased! My girls, as I call them, are fantastic. Always greeting me with a smile, always on time and my home is alway sparkling when they leave. They even wipe down the front door as they are closing it. So I can definitely say my very high standards and expectations were met, and then some.

Set up a cleaning several weeks in advance only to get a no-show. Called back to reschedule after we moved out and they took my credit card and then refused to clean because the power has been turned off.So basically they have my credit card and refused to come wipe down countertops and whatnot.Not sure why they wanted my credit check info if right after I gave it to them they refused service. Super sketchy. Going to need to watch my bank account like a hawk now.
