This is a great business. Our first visit turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The receptionist is Sheila and she is extremely personable and knowledgeable. Her understanding of hearing issues and hearing aid products makes her more than a receptionist. I set up the appointment for my brother, Mark, and accompanied him when he got his evaluation by Peter Curlender, the hearing specialist. Peters professional demeanor and extensive knowledge left no doubt whatsoever that we were in capable hands. It turned out my brother has profound hearing loss but there was no way he could afford the hearing aids. This is when Peter informed us that Mark could possibly qualify for hearing aids through the Miracle Ear Foundation. We had no idea. Yesterday, about four weeks since our first appointment, Mark received his hearing aids. This experience, the people we dealt with, the quality of the product and the generosity of the Miracle Ear Foundation has changed my brothers life in a profound way.

Sheila was a pleasure to work with. This place is such a blessing. They are such nice people and go above and beyond! I highly recommend this place to anyone who need hearing aids. Thank you so much. My set was just ordered, I cant wait till they come in!

I went into the store today with my 100 mother-in--laws hearing aids that needed some assistance and cleaning. She is unable to visit the store, and her hearing aids are older. Sheila was so amazingly helpful and worked with me to find the most suitable solution. Peter, the audiologist, even collaborated in the situation, and was super-helpful in solutions that would work for her particular situation. They could not have been any more helpful and expert! I would recommend this office, especially Shiela very much. Caring people are hard to find and they are at the top of my list of caring. Hooray for them!!

I made an appointment to have my hearing tested because my husband insisted that I had a loss. When I got there I was greeted by Sheila who was more than happy to make me a cup of coffee. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the process and products. I noticed how patient she was with another customer that was being very rude and difficult. She never got upset or short with him. By the time he left he too seemed happy. I had my hearing test done and I found out that I did not need hearing aids. Even though I was obviously not going to buy hearing aids he still took his time answering all my questions. I know that if I ever need hearing aids in the future these two, Peter and especially Sheila are the ones I want taking care of me. They know how to treat people and definitely have your best interest at heart.

I struggled to hear and was unable to financial get hearing aids. Sheila worked tirelessly to get me approved through the Miracle Ear foundation. Now I am hearing great! I am so blessed to have come into this location and have Sheila and Peter work so tirelessly on my side to assist me with hearing aids! Please go see Sheila and Peter in Stuart. My initial reaction that this place is so clean and beautiful! The decor is welcoming and calming. The office manager Sheila is sweet and helpful. She is very knowledgeable about the company and it’s products. Peter is kind and took his time to explain hearing loss. I did not need hearing aids and Peter and Sheila continued to answer my questions and explain the importance of annual hearing tests. I will send all my friends and family here with confidence they will be well cared for.

Have been wearing hearing aids from other places. I travel a lot for work and pleasure. It would always be a hassle to get help with my hearing aids if I wasn’t home. I recently stumbled upon this gem! I always looked passed Miracle Ear thinking they were overpriced. Today my world has come full circle. I broke my hearing aid and stopped in. I met Sheila and her personality shines bright. She was more than eager to help me. She was able to clean my hearing aid and made it look brand new, it wasn’t broken just needed a good cleaning! She offered to check my insurance and I found out I had a benefit I didn’t know about. She offered me an appointment with Peter. He was kind enough to explain all the extras that come along with being part of the “Miracle Ear Family.” I can travel and get my hearing aids taken care of at any Miracle Ear. They will clean and service my hearing aids for life and they have a replacement insurance if I lose one. I have not been offered anything close to that from other hearing aid places. They have the best technology and in my opinion they employ the best staff also! Thank you so much Sheila and Peter for taking the time out of your day to help me! Went in for hearing aid information for my grandmother and left with more information that I ever could of imagined and so many great options and the staff was so friendly, understanding and most importantly helpful! my grandma loves her new aids and has no problem hearing anymore !!!

Shiela assisted me setting up an apt so i could adjust my aids. She has a great way with people. Very personable and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to accommodate me since i traveled quite a distance and was able to set up an appointment for next week. Hold on to this one!

I work with the elderly and took my client there to get new hearing aids. The office staff was very friendly, compassionate, professional, and took care to answer all questions and offer information. My client received an examination and was fitted for new devises. The devises were tested to ensure they fit properly and sound levels were appropriate. With follow-up appts, the staff has continued to be just as courteous and helpful as the first time we went in. They continue to make any adjustment necessary to ensure my client is completely satisfied with his purchase. The office is very clean, neat and organized. I highly recommend this office.

Sheila Harrod the office manager was incredible. She came to the car and took my hearing aids inside and brought them back cleaned and looking like new. She also helped me acquire the cleaning tools I needed because I had lost mine. We are from Wisconsin and that did not matter. She treated me with the utmost respect and I couldnt be happier.

Sharon, Peters assistant is an extremely helpful person. I wear glasses, and with the hearing aids, glasses and the masks, it is very easy for the hearing aids to fall out. That happened to me twice and someone happened to see it fall to the ground. They are very expensive to replace and Sharon was able to give me some tips on what to do that it wouldnt happen. That is the second time she has been helpful. First time, they kept falling out and Sharon gave me helpful tips so that wouldnt happen. Since the tips it has not. As far as I am concerned she is a keeper.

My mom was quarantined at the assisted living facility (I was out of state) she had just dropped off her hearing aid for repair before Thanksgiving. Peter was kind enough to bring the repaired Hearing aid to the facility and waited to be certain my mom was happy with the way it sounded. Sheila even called my mom to make sure all was well the next day! They are a great team and It’s nice to see how during a pandemic, the staff at the Stuart, Florida office go above and beyond!

The hearing aids are better than other places. Peter is the best person to tell you about your options and makes you feel comfortable. Has always been available to meet my needs. I am glad to speak to anyone that has doubts about going to Miracle Ear to see Peter.

I was in my car in front of this location Friday morning. I was watching through the window for about 15 minutes (they werent open yet) I watched as the employee was cleaning and disinfecting every surface that people touch. The knobs on the water cooler, the coffee machine, places that I wouldnt have thought of. I just want to say, if youre wondering where you can go for a hearing aid and not be concerned with germs, this is the place! I know if I am in the market I would feel comfortable going here based on what I witnessed! Thank you for doing your absolute best and making sure your office is a safe place for people like me and my parents who are so vulnerable to Covid! Thank you, thank you!

I am impressed with the purchase options and technology available. They offer options to allow the tv to stream directly to your hearing aid. I can control my hearing aid from my smartphone. The staff uses precautions due to Covid and that makes me feel comfortable going to my appointments.

I can not say enough good things about Peter at Miracle Ear Stuart. He is remarkably accommodating and extremely helpful, all with the customers welfare in mind. And I also want to praise his assistant, Lori, who greets you with an award winning smile and makes you feel like part of the family. I would not hesitate to recommend Peter for anyone considering hearing aids. He is honest, intelligent, and will not try to sell you something you dont need, and his exams are second to none.Update March 16, 2021 I had a 9:30 a.m. scheduled routine appointment with Peter today for a yearly hearing exam and mentioned to him that my hearing aids did not seem to be picking up particular sounds. Peter, who was his usual self, smiled and said lets correct that in about 2 minutes he handed me back the aids, and when i placed them in my ears, I thought he had given me a brand new set. There isnt anything Peter doesnt know about the inner workings of hearing aids. It usually takes him under a minute to correct things, but he had to correct both and not just one. unlike most other companies that will nickel and dime you every time you come in, Charge is not in Peters vocabulary. He happily does this because he genuinely cares about his family. When you leave,, your aids are sparkling clean, again at no charge, unlike all other companies. I can not imagine having to do business with anyone else. I always look forward to engaging in conversation with Peter when I visit, who makes you feel like you are visiting with a friend and catching up. I would be remiss if I didnt give accolades to his administrative assistant, Sheila, who greets you with a smile and always calls to remind me of my appointment . She always asks how I am and what can they do to make my day more enjoyable, something no one else does. After all these years, Peter has not lost any of his luster and his engaging personality always shines through.

Outstanding service!!! Dr. Curlender is laser focused on the patient, from evaluation of condition to making sure all options are understood. I have never felt more comfortable in a hearing center, (have been to four). If you have hearing issues there is no better place to be.

My hearing has been awful due to my 35 + years as a professional helicopter pilot.My hearing at low frequency is good,hearing at high frequency is way less than good.I was recommended to Dr Peter Curlender by a friend Butch Bailey and I still thank Butch.I live in Jupiter Florida (not the planet)and travel the 30 miles to Dr. Curlender mainly because he is so knowledgeable,thorough and kind and I feel like he and his staff are family.The hearing aids that Peter originally fitted to my ears were good.Eight days ago Peter set me up with new hearing aids and the Genius Control App for my Samsung five phone,and what a wild unbelievable sense of hearing.When I got home the sounds like running water,the refrigerator and so many other sounds that I have not had the pleasure of hearing in so many years.I highly recommend Dr.Peter Curlender and his friendly office crew.Dont put it off as I did, my middle name was WHAT.
