Great transportation company. Very friendly and professional.

My husband’s medical status suddenly declined in the month of July 2021. He now is wheelchair dependent with the need for transportation assist to accommodate his wheelchair dependency. TRANSMOBILITY has consistently provided transportation to MD appointments, medical procedures with the Professional, Caring, Compassionate, Respectable Drivers to accommodate our needs. We have been Blessed with the support of TRANSMOBILITY during this Medical Nightmare.

I previously added a not so good rating for this particular company. But in all reality that was a my emotion talking, and I have utmost respect for the people that run this and the people that are the guys that transport people. I had an incident where I wasnt able to remember that I had things in the vehicle, the gentleman came all the way back from Miles and Miles just to make sure that I was taken care of. They go above and beyond and they are very exceptional company.

While trying to cope with my paraplegic self,this company charged me a cancelation fee without informing me!The last thing anyone needs is a company charging fees without disclosing them.

My husband was in cardiac rehab and using a wheelchair. he needed to see his surgeon. tansmobility arrived ahead of scheduled times both ways. the van was spotless. the drivers were cheerful, and professional. they teated him as though he were their own family member. i highly recommend them!

From the very first call I was impressed with every aspect of this business. As a third generation resident of Jupiter Island, I could not be more pleased than to have discovered the absolutely first rate service of TransMobility available right here in Hobe Sound.

Last year August I broke my right ankle, so no driving for a few month. TransMobility was the second company chosen by my insurance after I refused to be a passenger of previous ( I am not announcing their name) company which drivers were scaring me to death. The last ride I received was on US-1 with 70 miles per hour - and I am not kidding! Nor am I overly squeamish.TransMobility drivers are heavenly!! Professional, curteous, absolutely punctual!! Yes punctual and outstanding reliable!I received text and calls in advance! Communication with the drivers were exquisite!To the company owners a shout: your drivers are the best assets one can hope for !! I am sure you must know that already!!For everyone else: if you ever need a ride call TransMobility in Stuart!!

My experience with TransMobility was very pleasant. Joe Johnson was just a little early -which is so much better than being late- and waited patiently although not very long. He has driven me once before a couple of years ago. He is very friendly and accommodating, which I think is a plus for the company. An excellent driver as well. For the return trip, I called the office and the receptionist too was very, very pleasant as well. Joe was there in 5 minutes.Thank you trans mobility.

I had to have my 95-year-old father transported from the Tradition hospital to a rehab facility and the process could not have been simpler. I called, told them what I needed, and they were able to get the transfer done within a couple hours. And then, less than 24 hours later, I had to transfer him to a different facility (the first one was terrible) and again they were able to pick him up in a couple hours. The guys - Willie and Clarence - were just wonderful with Pop and they handled him with kid gloves. He and I both really appreciate what you did for us - this is a wonderful company to deal with, especially in such a difficult time.

Being handicapped, getting to & from the airport can be a nightmare! Thanks to TransMobility & our drivers both ways reduced our stress level considerably. The uniformed drivers were kind, courteous, professional & resourceful. Were happy to have found them & will use them again. We highly recommend this company & their services.

Trans mobility is totally wonderful! Kaitlyn worked with our family all the way to the last hour! We did not know if our brother would be well enough to leave the nursing home. They were so kind and patient as our plans were very up in the air! When it was time to go, Ken, our driver was prompt and so courteous and treated our brother just super! He was so safe the way he buckled him in and drove with care and caution! I highly recommend TransMobility for transport. We will be usung them at least one time a month! My brother is 82 and he was so happy. It was his birthday and they even had a card for him signed by The Whole staff! That is fabulous service and wonderful pricing!Thank you so much again!

Driver was weaving in and out of traffic aggressively.03/16/2021 0745Dixie Hwy Jensen BeachVehicle traveling extremely fast and aggressive. Tailgated me for 2 miles while I was doing 35 mph, which is the posted limit.Also had another driver give me the middle finger in downtown stuart.Never worked for you bud! Success comes from accepting the truth. Painting a picture of success gives false sense of security. Its not my name on the side of your vans so its up to you to take responsibility for the actions of your employees. I called in the middle finger incident and felt like my complaint landed on deaf ears so I took to google reviews.

I am so happy with your great service! All of my drivers have been wonderful and on time. I had Joe today both ways to and from appt. Was home in less than 1 hour! Keep up the good work!

Transmobility transported my dad to rehab today from the hospital. They were on time and patient with the hospital process. The employees are like owners at this company! I contacted this company to help my wife get to daily chemo and radiation treatments. We have used them several times now. They are always on time, dependable and very professional. With my wifes cancer, she feels every turn and bump in the road. But the drivers take extreme care, driving slower and meeting my wifes needs to make sure she is comfortable in the wheelchair transport. This company has been a real #BlessingsInTheRain for us.

We needed to take my 93-year-old mother to an orthopedic specialist following an injury to both of her shoulders. Since we couldnt transport her in our SUV, due her intense pain hoisting herself into our vehicle, we called TransMobility. The office staff was pleasant, efficient and helpful. Martin, our driver, was courteous, caring and professional. He arrived early and made the on-boarding process easy. Mom who has white-coat syndrome was already hyper and upset about going to the doctor, but Martin immediately made her feel at ease and at-home. We had a stress-free doctors appointment for the first time thanks toTransMobility. Yes for sure, Id highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. In fact, the first thing I did today was call our visiting weekly nurse to share feedback and to encourage her to recommend TransMobility to other patients.

Called them on Saturday when my uncle (who is in a wheelchair) got stranded at a gas station when his power ramp quit working. They waited patiently while I relayed all of the information over the phone, and were helpful and accommodating. So glad to know they are there if we need them again!

I have been using Transmobility to get my husband to doctor appointments since he has been home from the hospital and rehab. The guys are not just drivers; they carefully take my husband into the doctor’s waiting room and even into the examination room. They have made themselves aware of his physical needs and take care to make him comfortable. Not only do they do their jobs well, they also are truly nice men and fun to be with. The office staff also goes out of their way to make the experience of using Transmobity a good one. I highly recommend Transmobity!!

TransMobility is a great service. They have new vans that are clean and comfortable. The driver (Allan) was a very pleasant and personable fellow.

My disabled adult son uses Transmobility for his doctor appointments. They are on time, courteous and always helpful. Getting to and from his appointments used to be an all-day effort involving pick ups 90 minutes before appointments and waiting hours after to return home. On more than one occasion, drivers were so late, he missed his appointment entirely. We always waited four to five hours to return home. Transmobility on the other hand, is professional and very reliable. Give them a call and experience first-class service My son appreciates the good conversation too!

The drivers Kyle and David are especially courteous, friendly and well mannered. The company does its best to accommodate needs of clients, but unfortunaelty the main office over extends themselves in terms of getting as many pickups as possible in one day. In turn it results in a rushed and overall potentially unsafe experience for passengers. The office is in constant contact with the drivers who are constantly on their phone talking as well as TEXTING AND DRIVING during the pickups and patient drop-offs, which is highly unsafe and concerning even more so when transporting the elderly and handicapped.

Jay was early to pick us up at the airport and very sweet. They answered the phone quickly and happy to be flexible about pick up.

My family contracted with TransMobility in Stuart to drive my mother 700 miles to our home in north Carolina last month. The care, concern and attention to detail was amazing - from Edward Evans, the owner to the drivers and C.N.A. accompanying mom on the journey - everyone was just wonderful. I highly recommend this company for any long distance ambulance type service - they also did numerous short trips while my mom was in rehabititation around Stuart and were just so reliable and caring.
