I rented a dumpster To tear down my roof. I had it for about a month and filled it to the line. They delivered and picked up on time. the staff was courteous. But most importantly, they were no hidden fees or nonsense. This is something I always expect it in this type of situation. I’m sure I will do business with them again and I do recommend them.

Had a portable for many months. Product was actually quite good. Maintained and serviced well. I paid the monthly balance in full and all was well. The trouble started when we were done and asked to remove it from our property. I called the office to settle the last months bill and arrange for and removal. I was told they dont speak to homeowners. I tried to explain I wanted pay the balance but the lady was rude and contentious with no payment accepted. None the less eventually the portable was removed and the balance remained open. For months they called (harassed) my wife and other associates to pay the balance. During at least one conversation they admitted they remembered the conversation with me and indicated that was why they were avoiding calling me directly. After over four months, they finally called me for the balance. I spoke with Sue, the office manager, who essentialy called me a lair. She said that the initial conversation never took place as she hears every conversation taking place in the office and no employee would ever act that way. I asked to speak with the owner but was told he would not speak to me regarding this matter.So if Travis, the owner, reads this: you have a great product but a serious problem with customer service. It appears your customer service problems stem from Sue and trickle down. I previously attempted to pay your bill but was told Im not important enough to talk to and then subsequently called a lair. At this point I have no intention of interacting with your company again to include paying the outstanding balance. The $40 balance will hopefully remain open as a reminder customer service is an important part of running a business.To everyone else who reads this, there are other vendors in town who will glay talk to homeowners. Save yourself the aggravation and call them.

7/14/2020, 12:30pm in Stuart on us1 and Indian. I was on us1 and had a green light. Freedom waste truck on Indian went through a red light to turn on us1 and cut me off. I moved to middle lane and he got behind me cutting off another person and proceeded over to far left lane. For some reason he gave me the middle finger. He hit the gas and barreled down us1 in far left hand lane.

Customer friendly staff and drivers. Excellent pricing. Timely drop off and pick up.

A very nice group of polite young men did the work quickly and efficiently. Even swept and raked up when they were done. I will not hesitate to hire them again. I complimented the owner on his polite workers and he told me he would not expect anything less from the people he hires. Great company with good old fashioned values!
