The last 6 months with this company have been one of the worst experiences! They continuously promise you one thing and then without warning take it back leaving you no time to find proper alternatives or help your child adjust. They will not go into the schools or go to summer camps with your child either. Our former BCBA left the company nearly 2 months ago and our RBT just now got new goals and they aren’t even relevant to our child!!We’ve had some great RBT’s with the company, but they all leave for other companies due to poor treatment of their staff. Unfortunately, this company seems to be all about how much money your child can bring in rather than the actual welfare of the child. I’m very disappointed with their services and wish we had left sooner.

ABA Therapy Solutions has been an amazing group. Helping us though a transition. I can thank them enough. Owners Gary and Linda Peirce have gone above and beyond. There team of dedicated professional have helped my family and I cannot thank them enough.

This place was basically a last resort because I couldnt seem to get any response from the other ABA therapies that Ive contacted. I had to wait four months for a response from this place. When she finally was getting services, the therapist was coming to the house everyday after school. She was really accelerating in her speech, from saying one word to requesting things in a sentence. I was so proud of her and happy that she was getting the help that she needed until a bomb came crashing down on our high hopes. She got therapy for five months from Nov. 2016 to Mar. 2017. In late Feb. my husband and I were told that Medicaid requirements were changing and that some of the services that she was getting like speech would be eliminated. During that time we noticed the therapist was visiting less and less like three days a week so her services wasnt consistent. When this happened the therapist informed us that she would only be able to come to the house twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays because she took on full time and starting doing other cases during the week. This really set back a lot of what my daughter had accomplished. The therapist and behavior analyst assured us that another therapist would take over the five days a week when they find the right fit for my daughter. Well the therapist that was going to be working with her didnt want to drive the distance and it was pretty much the same for others theyve tried. This past Friday, the therapist and the behavior analyst decide to come the house. The therapist shows up first and we talk to each other like normal while she was doing simple activities with my daughter. Then the behavior analyst arrives. I invite her in and she tells me she has bad news. I so was eager to hear what it was. She tells me that they cant find a therapist who will be a good fit for my daughter and who will travel the distance. I was so pissed at the time but for my daughters sake I was trying to be civil. My husband came home just a few minutes after the bad news and she explained this to him. He was more angry than I was when he heard this. I could see in his face that he wanted to say many expletives but he held back because our daughter was in the room with us. They told us that we would have to find another ABA agency that would work in our area. Its like starting all over again after waiting four months for a response! Anyway, I thought this company provided their services in the whole Treasure Coast area but obviously not! Its like they just threw my daughter under the bus. The only good thing that came out of this is that she is more verbal now than she was. Bottom line is that this wasnt a great experience and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Cannot explain enough how absolutely wonderful it has been having my daughters in the hands of The therapists and techs at ABA Therapy Solutions. They are professional and just plain kind. They genuinely care about my daughter as if she were their own, and as a mother of a 5 year old non verbal daughter with ASD it warms my heart to give credit where credit is due. They have brought her out of her shell and improved so much of her speech and social skills in just the past 6 or so months. Highly highly recommend

When our son was first diagnosed back in January 2014, I tried to get him ABA services for close to 4 months. After getting extremely frustrated with no responses from other companies, I found ABA Therapy Solutions. Within a day of contacting them, I had spoke to someone and not long after that, they were in my home evaluating my son. We have officially been their clients for close to 3 years. They service both my son and my daughter who are both on the Autism Spectrum. Through their diligent work, time, and dedication to my children I have seen them make tremendous strides in communication, social interactions, and play skills, as well as, improvements in problem behaviors. Myself and my husband have learned so much from them and are truly appreciative for all that they do for our family and our children. We are constantly recommending them to all those who need someone of their expertise and we truly feel that they are the best of the best. Every therapist who has ever worked with us has been phenomenal and has truly applied themselves to improving the lives of the children they service. From a parents perspective, it can be hard to find people you trust who will work with your child, see their potential, and strive to help them reach it. ABA Therapy Solutions does just that!

Great staff! I have 2 children who go here and have been going for over 3 years. My wife and I have seen real growth for our children through their therapies. Great company!

We moved from GA almost 2 years ago and have been using this company since then. They made our transition to FL seamless while providing ABA services to my son right away. The whole company has shown great care in the treatment of my child. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our BCBA and RBT. They go above and beyond and I have seen such wonderful progress in my son since we started with this company. I would highly recommend ABA therapy solutions to anyone.

When my son started this program he could not even call me mama. His made up language name was Sasha. I have no clue why. All I can say is within 3 weeks he was calling me mom, mama, mother and has not used any other term. He had a developmental score of a 1 year old when he began as well. He has only been in this AMAZING program for four months and scored a 2.8 last week at his IEP. Evaluation. The staff is not only very professional but we consider them family. It is a team effort. If the parents dont work the program the program doesnt work.

We have been with ABA Solutions for almost 2 yrs and it has been such a wonderful experience. Our little girl has improved tremendously from the hrs of therapy with the staff from ABA. Couldnt be happier.

Be very careful when placing your children in their care. After many grave concerns with the care of my children, most of which I was lied to about and only told the truth when linda cried to me saying how sorry and mortified she was to find out by several parents and her own staff of the neglect of my children and a few other children. Sadly I made the mistake of buying her tears only for the next day to be stopped by a parent in parking lot with concerns and being called early to pick my daughter up for a diaper rash she got from yet again them admitting they only changed her once in four hour day. I questioned why again and why they tryed to prevent me from immediately picking up my child. When i arrived Linda would not speak to me and i told them i would be pulling my children out and opening an investigation.because she had fired half her staff for finding them not suitable for children but refused to tell me what that meant in earlier conversation and my son was in the care of the therapist linda named unfit. They didnt seem to care about the kids, enough to have a reason or even apologize for all the lies and neglect and so i discharged my children that day only to come home and an hr after leaving their office cps shows up to my door stating my daughter had severe neglect to her private region. I immediately complied and took my daughter to a very evasive physical exam and cps closed my case in 24 hours...But shame on linda for trying to hush me by making such a hurtful grave claim in an attempt to have my daughter taken...please question a woman who claims to care for special needs kids and uses a voiceless child for her own nasty agenda. No little girl should ever have to get an exam so intrusive like that and a mother watch her child cry because shes confused.All this spite from them because i am a very proactive mom who asked one too many questions they couldnt answer that day. My story may not be your story but maybe i question its because im not the first parent they have done this to and scared into silence

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants whats best for their child. The Analyst and the RBT are both phenomenal. Ive seen so much improvement in my daughter since she has been receiving therapy. The RBT is very patient with my daughter no matter how much of fight she may put up at times. Ive learned so much just by observing her working with my daughter and at times joining in. The dedication, time, and hard work from the Analysts and RBT is amazing. Before the therapy my daughter lacked social and communication, and the basic play skills, and now she says mama papa and bye bye she is also playing properly with her toys. Ive never felt judged by them because of the things I didnt know when it came to my daughters behavior and I think thats very important when it comes to someone working my child ( or yours) that I know is unique in her own way, and when I didnt understand something they never hesitated to answer to the best of their knowledge. I truly feel the RBT and Analyst both are Godsend and know Im seeing so much from my little girl its like her mind is just blossoming away (and I love it!) . They made the impossible, possible and I will forever be grateful for them and the company.

The RBTs they hire never seem to be the right fit for the job. We have come across mediocre individuals who are supposed to be dedicated in doing their job for the passion, not just for the paycheck. It is very disheartening to see this go on especially when expressing concerns about it and the outcome of their solution being very mediocre just like most of their therapists. The RBTs are also seem to lack the understanding of the concept of being on time.
