I dont like to write negative reviews. I feel it will have an impact on the companies business, but in this case, I have to. Ive never dealt with a company where I was yelled at for asking questions by the secretary! Wait, it gets better: The owner actually hung up on me when I asked what was actually done for the $355 charged since my elevator stopped working again 3 days later. They misdiagnosed the problem, charge expensive service calls, and my elevator is still not working. However, they will come out again and try to fix the problem for another $300! These are the same people that inspected the elevator and serviced it a few weeks before.
