I wasn’t going to write a review, but when I get an email asking me to review the products they sent, and they couldn’t return a phone call, I decided to write a review...just not about the products.A week after placing an order, there was no tracking info or any email that my order had been shipped. I called on a Friday (unfortunately after they had closed) and left a very detailed message regarding my concern. I left my phone number and a request for someone to please call me and let me know what’s going on.Ironically my package showed up that afternoon which is nice. The fact that two weeks have now gone by, and no one even bothered to call and see if I received my package is a little mind boggling.Yes I got my products, and to some it may seem nit picky, but I’ve ordered from another online detail supply with A+ service (which I kind of thought was the norm) and will go back to them as they apparently value and resolve all customer concerns.
