What a ride customer service lady today normally it is always good but not today lady is rude

I never had issues before and I would still do business with them. Reason I only give 3 stars is because during this crisis they haven’t made adjustments to add an option so that you don’t have to go in person to make a payment on your loan if your not comfortable being outside. That would help a lot.

Very bad experience. They offer public notary services went 4 times different days and no one was available to notary a letter. No more bussiness from my self or friends. They offer services that are not available. This is false advertisment.

Walked in 2 hours before they closed and there was nobody there. I waited about 10 minutes read how much they would charge for cashing a check and decided if they wanted to take that much money from my check there should have been someone there.

Terrible experience number 3 cant cash a personal check because of an check my ink scribble on top of the check wont cash work checks, really quick to turn you away here whats the point of having a cash Blvd/netspend hub if you treat card carriers and customers like this wont be back and recommend you dont either!

Horrible customer service I had a money order and the lady said I dont feel comfortable taking this ... after I was there for 30 minutes than I went down the street and the other place had no problem cashing it since a money order is just like cash

Worst cash checking place I’ve ever been, staff is super rude, didn’t help not one bit took them forever, the short fat girl has a super rude attitude and should be fired, if she worked for me, she would’ve been gone along time ago.
