I had both of my 10x14 rugs cleaned by Reliable, one at a time, over the last 6 months. I am very pleased with the result as well as the pick up and delivery service offered. Bob was professional and courteous. He would arrange a time and date convenient to me which I appreciated. He would call and tell me he was on his way. The delivery of the cleaned carpet went smoothly as well. I have 2 dogs who occasionally have had accidents and there is no hint of any odor now as there is no longer sniffing of the rug. I am very happy with Reliable.

I have used reliable carpet cleaners for years to clean all my wool oriental rugs and wool design area rugs without any issues. I used this company to clean a reversable wool rug. In doing so they found a few spots which could not be removed. I belive that should have stopped and checked with me before proceeding as the spots made the rug basically unusable.Also, their price was extremely high.

Says there’re open all the time and that is not the case.
