What a wonderful experience very welcoming the shop was extremely clean stylus was pleasant and the haircuts and highlights for very reasonably priced and what an excellent job I am referring all of my friends and family keep up the good work

RUINED ME! Exact OPPOSITE of what I said. Crystal clear over and over what I did NOT want! Makes major decision while doing hair WITHOUT consulting me. HORRIFIED! Damage done for many months. Cant even comb it. Cant go in wind. Cant fix it.

Just relocated to Stuart and apprehensive about having to get my hair cut with someone new. Leonora, made that easier for me, she is professional, took the time to listen to me and then cut my hair exactly style & length that was comfortable to me. The salon is clean, masks worn, able to make same day appointment and priced right! I am happy with the service and my haircut and will be going back. :)

Im not saying my hair looks bad but it deftly came out a lot shorter than I wanted it I told her no more than 2 and she took at least 5 off my hair and then I asked her not to use the cutters that take the fullness out of your hair because my hair is very curly and I like my fullness she did it anyways. Fortunately my hair grows fast but I will not go back . They do a better job at the beauty college

Good haircuts at reasonable prices. However, they say they don’t take appointments but they’ll tell you on the phone that someone is scheduled for a color. Don’t quite understand. Many times I have to sit and wait even if I get there when it opens because someone did have an appointment. They should take both walk-ins and appointments.

Never answers phone. Says there open but no return voice mails, I dont think anyone works there

Summer is awesome. I went in for a cut color and style and came out extremely satisfied with the results. She listened to what I wanted and gave me beautiful results. I would definitely return and recommend summer as my stylist. Love her. Love my hair.

What a lovely stylist they have at this location. Always happy very professional and goes out of her way to meet your hair needs. So sorry I misplaced her car but she has red hair I just think she caring and loves her job. Shes going places you dont see that very often anymore

I started going to the stylist Summer 2 years ago now and she never disappoints! I went from dark brown to blonde with not a hint of brass and no damage. Definitely the best stylist I have ever gone to for color. We built a relationship and I could never trust anyone else like I trust her with my hair. Thank you Summer I’ve never been happier with my hair !

I had my hair done by Debe about 2wks ago and couldnt be happier I have followed her for many years and have all ways been pleased with my results. I have gotten to know all the ladies here and can tell you do not listen to people who call them entry level because I can tell you everybody here currently has been licensed for 10+yrs.

Benny did a great job on my hair. Didnt think he would be able to work on my hair since im a guy and have long hair. I went for a wash and blow dry and he surprised me on how he takes his clients hair serious. Would highly recommend him

So I went to get my hair cut and straightened...Benny hooked me up....great conversation.. perfect .. honestly I was a little worried being that the salon is in Walmart... my hair was going to be messed up ...but I cant complain great prices an service...my best friend got her hair cut by a nice lady blonde highlights there as well she loved amazing...I will be going back

Omg Deb was gone so they said ? I walked by and there she was I was so thrilled . Never again will I ever go to some one else. Gave a cheaper salon a chance well you get what you pay for! If your reading this review note Smartsyles is reasonable and yet you get stylist who are very well rounded.

Majority of stylists at this location are entry level limited skilled hair trimmers with little to no customer service skills.The recent price increase exceeds their skill level.

Ive never had a worse haircut! A simple bob came out 2 inches shorter on one side! I had no choice but to have the African american lady cut it after yelling at another stylist that it was her turn. She was on her phone during the ENTIRE service on speaker with someone talking about the other coworkers and how she will get even. This woman should not be doing hair. She then tried to fix it by styling it and then charged to style it! I will never be back! DO NOT LET THE AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY TOUCH YOUR HAIR!

I recommend Benny good customer service very friendly I love how he did my hair ! On top of that he styled my hair and lasted all night will be going back for sure !

My stylist wad fired for no reason and they have this incompetent stylist to fill her position? The black lady is very nasty! Very bad business move! Clients will leave as long as she is gone!

I came to Stuart after Hurricane Maria. Also, losing my home, I lost my stylist in Puerto Rico since I had to stay here for health reasons. I dont have a home yet but I already have my stylist, Bennie. He is super helpful, experienced in his profession and customer service oriented above all. I am happy and happy to be a Smart Style customer and that Bennie has been the one who attended me. Im calmer now. Well-groomed hair, cut and with a tint that goes with me. Thanks Bennie. Youre a sweetheart.
