Although they appear to have performed good repair, the end doesnt always justify the means:1. Their original estimate of 5 days turned into 9, then 10, then 11, then 12, and finally 13 days to complete.2. Communications should have been more prompt, accurate and proactive.3. Having the continued delays and inconveniences laughed at did not earn any merits.

AMAZING!!!!!! I spent 2 and a half hours calling around all morning to find somebody who would help me with the clear bra on the front of my Jeep. The second I spoke to Ashley I felt comfortable and in good hands. She referred me to Mike at The Stripers and I was presented with an immediate resolution and incredible service. Its never good when your car gets damages from an accident. However, Caliber Collision made the repair process as painless as possible. I felt very comfortable from the initial estimate that this was the best place to take my car for the repair. The customer service (from Ashley) was excellent. She provided me with periodic updates on the repair process so I was never wondering what was going on. The repair was excellent. Paint color was matched perfectly. Absolutely no trace of the dent or damage.

Brought my car in to get the sunroof replaced after it burst while driving. It was evaluated on Friday afternoon, and repaired and returned to me the next day at 3PM; the only delay was parts delivery from Miami. Extremely courteous and professional team.

Absolute garbage, first off almost all of the positive reviews on here are fake. the names are obviously jokes and those people never review anything else. Caliber in Stuart is a joke of a shop. nothing is done correctly or on time. They bill for things not done, that damaged rim i had ? they moved it tot he passenger side from the drivers side and claimed that must be a separate problem. Asked for proof of alignment ? nope we dont provide that, despite it being so obvious no alignment was done. stay away from this place and this company.

We brought our vehicle to CalIber Collision after sliding off the side of a mountain in Maggie Valley NC. We all ended up uninjured, but our suburban was about totaled. I wasn’t sure that it would ever be right again, but Ashley from Caliber Collision assured me that they would make it right. She was so correct. They fixed the damage and restored our 2018 Suburban to like brand new again. I can’t say enough about how pleased we were.

I ran over object on a road resulting in minor damage to the underside of my car. Went to Caliber Collision of Stuart to get a description of the damage and an estimate to have it repaired. I was greeted by competent, professional people in an organized environment apparently driven by their company vision and mission. Met Ashley who managed the entire process of describing the damage, the required repair, the estimate and the repair process complete through delivery of the repaired car. This is more of a follow up review rather than an initial review, however in this circumstance I feel it’s worth leaving a review. After having my vehicle repaired approx a year ago I which my Audi A4 needed to have the hood and front quarter panel painted due to a small accident, I noticed a small almost dark discoloration to the paint job. Because it was above the headlamp I questioned if it was something related to the repair or not. Keith the manager at this location took the time look at it and after assessing it quickly determined that it was something that Caliber wanted to cover under their warranty of their work and labor for all vehicles they repair. Keith stated they would repaint the hood at no cost to me. I questioned about an additional repair and he once again quickly offered and gave me more than fair pricing on that as well. Even though this location is a high demand location they were still able to complete their work on time. They even offered rides to and from the location! Great customer service, they really went the extra mile! I would recommend this location for any paint and body work weather big or small!

Absolute perfection! My mother hit my sons car and we were in need of a body shop for 2 cars. Caliber Collision in Stuart was recommended by the insurance company. Everyone was polite and professional. Laura even helped with the arrangements at Enterprise. Ray would call and give us updates so we never had to wonder about the status. I had some body work done on my Yukon here. The staff was very professional and customer service was amazing. They dont cut corners and did a great job. I was expecting to cost a lot more than it did and was pleasantly surprised by the value I got! I am going back because of some minor damage and am looking forward to working with them again! Put 700 miles on my car while it was being repaired and had someone’s white dog tear up my back seat. Hair and scratched Everywhere!! I have before/after pics, but it wont let me share those here. Fixed my car but trashed it at the same time. 0/10 WOULDN’T recommend!!!!

My wife while traveling on I-95 had some debris thrown up hitting the hood of her car, no dents just a lot of scratches. Called my insurance to file a claim and was told to take my car to Caliber repair in Stuart Fl. Upon arriving we were greeted by Barbers, a Very pleasent young lady who did everything to make us comfortable, from coffee to donuts and even Fresh popcorn!. Finally another very personable young lady came looked at our car, the estimator, she said give me a couple minutes. Took our car into the shop where they were able to buff 99 percent of the scratches out! I was Extremely pleased with what they could do in such a short amount of time. Come time to pay the bill I was informed there would be NO CHARGE! They were Happy to help! UNBELIEVABLE! First let me say Barbra at the front desk is excellent someone should snatch her up. Went here because insurance recommended, two week repair took 5 weeks. Wrong parts ordered etc. Ordered parts as they were getting ready to install instead of ordering all at once. When completed it really wasnt. I had take vehile back for another whole day which I could have repaired myself in an hour and they had to send it to a third party. It least the third party got it right. I was told to come at 3 got there at 345 still had to wait. I was told i would be kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle had to call numerous times. I asked for them to text they called. Very bad experience would never use again. In Stuart Fl.there are many other good choices.

Someone sideswiped us in TX just before we left for the winter in FL. We were looking for a top rated collision shop to fix our new new car we had only owned for six weeks. Caliber did a great job, were completely professional and stayed in touch with us every day about progress. I highly recommend them.

RUN! Dont walk away from this place. I took my car there because it was one recommended by the Insurance company. They overinflated the repair estimate to the point that the insurance company was forced to declare vehicle a total loss. This rendered a very nice car which needed only moderate repairs worthless. Their attitude after they realized they would make nothing on the event was poor at best. Go somewhere else!

I just want to give a big shout out to Caliber collision they did a fantastic job on my Kia. On the 25 of September some lady decided to back into me at a red light and completely damage my front bumper/ radiator and etc.. the lady’s insurance company recommended caliber collision and I went with them! This place is great, I had a couple of fender benders a few years ago and I never got around to writing a review. But seriously, they were so accommodating, they even cleaned out my car which looked like Cthulhu lived there.

We were given an estimate to replace the front bumper of our car after it was damaged by the protruding rods of a curb. We were told that the estimate could change if more damage was found once the bumper was removed. The final bill was $188 more than the estimate. No additional damage was found. We were told that the bill was more because the company instituted a new policy since the estimate was done that required additional diagnostics and therefore charges. We should have been told this when we dropped the car off or the additional charge should have been waved since the estimate was done before the policy change.
