Sent me a bill 5 days after charter for a pet charge of $500. We have a well behaved 20lb hypoallergenic dog. I was told the additional cost was needed to clean the plane after pets but the pilots told me they were flying a charter right after us so there was certainly no time for “extra” cleaning. We left the plane spotless anyway. Any company that wants to add extra nickel and dime charges after the fact either doesn’t want repeat customers or has financial problems. Regardless I will not be flying premier again and would not recommend to anyone I know.
Excellent, upscale, and personal service. Premier sets the bar for true professionalism while aligning to the individual needs of each client. I highly recommend them!
Worst experience ever! The flight coordination department and flight crew members were the only honest healthy people on that company.The employee who sold us the flight told us what we wanted to hear to make us sign the contract and did not comply with absolutely any item, after they get your money, they move to the next possible client and will never pick up your calls again, only the flight coordinators listened to our needs.This company have no respect for their clients and their word is worth nothing. Your $$ is their main and only interest, zero morale and/or customer service. Liars!
