Shadai was very informative and walked me through my taxes step by step so that I could understand. She was also very patient with me and answered all of my questions. When my taxes were finished I felt confident about the finished product.

I had specifically let the women doing my taxes know it was two states and wasnt told about fees til the end. Which were much higher then anticipated had I known ahead of time it would have been helpful. I felt taken advantage of

Went in to get help with filing an injured spouse claim. The rep I sat down with wasn’t very knowledgeable and had to look up almost every step on the form she was completing. I paid $70 for the rep to tell me that I was not an injured spouse according to the form only to find out that I indeed am after getting a second opinion from another tax expert. The form that was filled out for me by the rep at this location was completed incorrectly. Not only has this wasted time, I am out of $70 for services technically not rendered or rather rendered incorrectly while having to pay more money for another tax professional to help me complete the process correctly.

Didnt even go here and all of the sudden google is asking how was trip ?????
