I went to the Post Office today at 12:20 PM. There was a hand written sign on the wall that said out to lunch, return at 2:30. Wish I could work from 8:30 to noon, then 2:30 to 5:00, 6 hours. Maybe there will be a reduction in the price of stamps.

I cannot say enough nice things about the customer service that I have received at the Streetsboro post office. The girls working behind the counter are always kind and very helpful. I come here for all of my post office and mailing needs even though I live in a different city.

Took 9 days to get a birthday card delivered around the block. Mailed in Streetsboro and it was going to the street behind me in Streetsboro. Took 9 days. I take my mail to another city to mail now. Lets not even talk about how many times I get other peoples mail. I put in back in the box and I have gotten it back days later.

The worst mail courier ever!!!I’ve almost been living a year in my new address and till this moment I’ve filed too many cases for my lost packages that none of them have been delivered to me, which is really frustrating that as much as i complained about this situation,it seems like it’s not going to work out !

I absolutely love the front desk clerk; she cracks me up every time I go in! People have to remember that this is a big city and the post office is small, so you may have to wait some time. I came from Chesterland, OH and used to have to stand in line for up to an hour at times. Its call patience!!!

Nice staff, outgoing mail always gets scanned in in a timely manner and the front desk is so nice to work with!!

Awful delivery service. Got a note that they came by my house twice to drop off a package, plenty of people were home yet no one heard or saw the delivery person twice? There is noway someone actually came by.And dont try to call in about any trouble you have, the phone rings for minutes with no answer. Worst service Ive ever experienced... and its a post office.

I had a fine experience here. I dont know that ladys name but she was very friendly and seemed to know a lot of the people coming in.

I have been waiting for a next day shipping for about 5 days now. I explained to the lady that what I ordered is very expensive and that it was supposed to be to me the next day. She kept telling me the item has not shipped to the facility yet. I told her it in fact shipped from its original place days ago and that her system has not been updated. She became nasty and said “well technically it’s not considered late until the 5th day, so it’s still coming to you.” Disregarding the fact that I paid $50+ for it to be to my the next day. Then she had the nerve to rush me off the phone and ask was there anything else she could help with. I told her she didn’t even help with what I originally called for so no. Worst service

Worst customer service ever. I stopped in to ask for a piece of packing tape because I didnt have any at home and the lady behind the counter told me no. She said I would have to buy a whole roll of tape. All I needed was ONE STRIP of packing tape. She had multiple rolls open already for when customers need to attach a label or reseal a box. You would have thought I asked her for her credit card information the way she looked at me. Avoid this location at all costs. I recommend using UPS or Fedex over USPS. Way better customer service

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE customer service! Woman who answered the phone was nasty, rude, and not helpful at all. If you dont have to deal with them dont!

The lady was just mean and snippy for no reason to everyone in line. I was kind of intimidated when it was my turn. There is no need to be like this. Ill try to avoid this location in the future.

They get the job done but I have received rude service here from one lady many times.
