I have been coming here for a pretty long time now. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice but when I visit I always have a mixed experience with the haircut, during my experience I told the person to cut a certain part of hair only a little bit and the person cut my hair way too much to the point to where I had a bowl cut. I even said I didn’t want it to look like a bowl cut I just wanted it trimmed a bit. When I go to get a hair cut, the main thing I want is people to listen and here I don’t really get that and they seem to just do whatever they think they should do. Besides from that the place is decent and I recommend it you only get your hair shaved pretty low. If you have longer hair that is more complex, I do not recommend unless you wanna take the chance of it not looking like how you want it to look.

Normally i give good reviews on places that i have been. My last coloring was horrible. Instead of blond i got a very red color for my roots. They need to keep better records of peoples color and have a back up system if the computer goes down.I may not be going back

The old fat “Karen” with white hair is unbelievably unprofessional as well as ignorant and pretty. She wasn’t pleasant to work with, completely botched my hair, wasn’t even straight and my color was so blotchy. I am not one for confrontation so I left and had to pay to get my hair redone. They were smoking inside the building or at least I think because the entire store stunk. I will never be back. Not only was she rude to me and others, she wouldn’t stop using hateful terms to talk about previous customers.Ashamed of this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME AND GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

It’s an unfortunate occurrence when an employee at place like cost cutters can’t even cut a straight line. I can’t remember her name but she was a blonde curly haired old woman. And she completely botched a trim and it looks like i have a mullet. Her hands reeked of cigarettes smoke, she was rude, did not pay attention to what she was doing with my hair, and seemed to lack basic reasoning skill as she was argumentative with everyone. Will not be coming back here at all. Hopefully they find a new profession.

Sammy colored and highlighted my hair, which is thick and falls pass my middle back, and did a fantastic job! My hair is so soft and I received so many compliments and that’s why I decided to leave this feedback. I’ll definitely be going back and Sammy will be the only one to touch my hair! Worst haircut. I dont know if my hair is so difficult to cut, but my stylist who was older and experienced offered me the same cut as hers, which would have been great. Very stylish. I wound up with a buzz cut. I looked like a hairy egg.

Heather is wonderful. She is very pleasant and I have never had a bad cut. She seems to care about the customers and takes the time to do an excellent job.

Loved my experience. Ariel was thorough and knowledgeable of her craft. Highly recommend.

The girl that waxed my eyebrows made them too thin and they werent even. At the end of the service she expressed how they werent accepting cash needless to say that infuriated me. She said if I used a $20 to pay for service then I would not get any change back. So at that point I told her my service should be free than, well that wasnt happening either. She claims there was a note on the door, there was an it was all crumpled taped to the door. Who pays attention to the notes on the door, I guess I will from now on. Needless to say Ill not be returning to this salon.

Ellen did a good job on cutting my hair, but the whole attitude of the place has changed since the name change. Prices have increased not been cut since the name change. I loved Best Cuts and was a customer there for over 15 years. Not thrilled with Cost Cutters and may be looking for a new salon for my coloring needs.

Arielle has been styling my hair for over a year now and it always looks healthy and beautiful! She does an excellent job whether I need a color, cut, or style. She is awesome!

I work here and everyone needs to have patience when they come for a haircut times have changed not only for customer but for employees as well we have a lot of sanitation to do between haircuts so be happy when you get haircut also if you get a haircut not up to par the hairstyles is not perfect she may or may not be going through stuff in her life remember you are not always 100 percent perfect dont write off the whole shop just that girl.

Heather rocks, Ellen does too. They are all pretty special. I leave laughing and relaxed. Its a spa like relaxing environment or you can be in and out in a flash. I call 5 minutes out and happy every time. You go, ladies of the scissors...

Im not very well versed in getting haircuts but the woman who cut my hair did an excellent job. It was definetly weird getting my haircut with a mask on but thats just the world we live in right now. I went from looking like a ragidy stoner to a young professional. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who asks! Thanks again everyone!

They did a great job on my Moms hair

Not a great experience. I had to ask the ladies two times to cut the hair on the sides and back of my childrens head. It still wasnt t cut, so after I paid $29.00 for two childrens hair cuts, I went home and fixed it. I will never be back.

I always get a good hair cut and the people are always friendly. Im very happy with the service.

5 people waiting and they’d rather talk then cut hair and do their jobs. Waited over an hour and an lady getting her hair colored finished up and the stylist took her daughter ahead of all of us waiting not even checked in just took her in front of us Very Rude!

I called at 10 to closing from the Hampton Inn. Explained I was in late getting into town and needed to get in before my interview tomorrow. Was told it could happen but when I showed up at 8, closing time, they said no thank you.

Arielle does a really great job, she is the manager of this place and the ladies all work together to help insure that your color, cut, and style is done the right way!

Went in for a hair cut. Never had my hair professionally cut, and after visiting this place, still havent had a professional cut. Terrible. Its crooked and she didnt do what I asked. Paid 22 dollars, now I have to go home and cut it myself. Beyond piseedoff at this place.

They did a great job cutting my sons hair for picture day and will definitely be going back for the holidays!!

They give a decent hair cut but if there is a wait be prepared for the 15-20 minute wait to turn in to an hour. The stylists have some mouths on them as well.

I received the worst hair cut Id ever had at this location. The young lady cutting my hair complained the entire time that she HATED cutting hair and was only doing it to placate her mother and aunt. My hair actually looked more like clumps were cut in random locations all around my head. Nothing was even close to being even. Needless to say I will NEVER set foot in this Best Cuts again.
