I work at a small donut and ice cream place all the way in Sacramento and this company has helped me with everything and anything I needed. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed emergency service, my walk in freezer went down before an important event. I contacted kool Technologies and even though it was after hours, they quickly sent out Zach who is a very knowledgeable and professional service tech. He fixed my problem last minute and was able to get me up and running just in time for our event. Their office staff is awesome to deal with, I highly recommend them!
