I had the best experience. The day of my move there happened to be a massive power outage and Amanda in the main office was wonderful with helping getting my move to the following day. Day of move was perfect, i had the best crew of three men. Tony was extremely professional and got the job done quickly and with such great care, as if he was moving his own stuff. Tony was the best, i would request him specifically for a future move.

Dontrell and team did a great job. We had to make two stops on the way to my new house. They were on time, very efficient and super friendly. Moving is hard and they made it easy. Thanks!

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! We had a move scheduled for today and I called in morning to confirm, which was confirmed for later in the day. The owner called at 3pm when my window was 11-5 and asked if I use flexibility to move to next day. I advised no that all coordination that goes into a move they needed to come today to move my 70 yr old mother. He advised that he couldn’t make it after confirming multiple times. If you want a reliable moving company DO NOT HIRE ALL MY SONS. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The crew that we had led by Julio for both Tuesday and Saturday were just fantastic! Efficient, pleasant, careful, professional, and very hard working. Should we ever need anything in the future, hands down would go with all my sons again. From the walk through, to the quote, to the confirmation emails and calls, I had exceptional service.

On 6/26 we hired this company to move us.They were good & we were satisfied with our move until we saw several things were damaged.They told us to fill out the forms, take pics of the damage & get an estimate to repair.So we did…that was all most 2 months ago!After many calls & being told they are processing it,We never were compensated. The amount was $265.88.We would not recommend them.

Movers were great for the first few hours until they said they were clocking out for lunch. They said they were taking us off the clock and would meet us at the house. We left at 4:30. They did not arrive at our house until 5:50. When they showed up they handed me a bill and refused to give me an itemized list of hours, or verify what time the 8 hour window would end and overtime would kick in. At the end of the night they billed me for 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM and said that they couldnt show me the break time. When I called on Monday to verify the break time, the receptionist said that they clocked out for half an hour. I said that I did not want to be charged for 50 extra minutes where they were not even at my house and she said she would look into it.The movers refused to move certain objects (any books had to be in book boxes, which we had not been notified about beforehand). Although they did a preliminary walk through of the house to find out where certain items went, they dropped boxes wherever they wanted (generally in the garage or the finished basement) rather than in the rooms where they were labeled. My friend, wife, mom and I were working alongside them and they were very slow, stopping to check their phones, show each other something on their phones, etc. until my friends boyfriend showed up. Their demeanor changed entirely when he jumped in and started helping move alongside them - they sped up and started putting things where we asked instead of just dumping them in the closest location. Im unsure as to why, unless it was that they took a man more seriously than they did four women.I am very disappointed in this moving company. The amount of money it came to was over $2,200, which I had expected, but I had also expected the job to be completed in a timely fashion, to not pay for time that the movers were not even physically on my street, to be refused a list of hours including the break that was over twice as long as we were told it would be, and to be made very aware of the fact that these men are being paid by the hour and have zero incentive to do the job quickly.

From start to finish the Julio and the other man were very polite. Handled my belongings with care. On time and professional. I will use them again when I need to. Thank you All My Sons!

I had my initial move out today. The 2 gentlemen who showed up, Don B. and Tyrell G., were awesome. Not only were they efficient and careful, but they were very friendly and personable. They were sure to carefully wrap up all of our furniture and move them delicately and with care. Aside from the actual move, every step in the process, from the virtual assessment and walkthrough to getting all of the needed paperwork situated was great! The price was also very reasonable. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone who would ask.

Great moving crew - however the cost estimate ahead of time was way too low. Be careful when pricing this company out.The crew I had was three nice guys who did a great job and worked hard, I have no complaints about the job they performed.However, when pricing out the deal before the move, the sales consultant told me the move should take roughly 1 hr per room, plus travel. Even being conservative, this should have taken about 4 hours - we had two bedrooms and a family room, essentially - with one or two kitchen items. We had pre-moved much of our own stuff and left mostly large items to the movers.Instead it took 6 hours (plus travel of 1 hr on top of that). When youre paying $200/hour, every 1/2 hour matters.Again the crew was not at fault, they did their best, but having watched the process, that was clearly an inappropriate estimate in order to make the sale. So make sure to adjust what they tell you.

We booked moving assistance with All My Sons two weeks ahead of our moving day and were told we would hear from them 48 hours ahead of our move day to confirm. We never heard from them so I called 36 hours ahead of our move day and was told they had already dropped our appointment and scheduled someone else. This was AFTER taking a $100 deposit. They said they tried to call us multiple times but I have no missed calls or voicemails from them. Luckily we were able to book a different company last minute.

I have now used this company twice and they are wonderful. Timmy and his crew were so professional, hard working and kind. I would definitely recommend them.

This company was unresponsive to our change in schedules, and one employee SAM went out of his way to lie and misinform others. Our elevator broke the day we were moving out of our apartment. Naturally, we wanted to reschedule. Called the company, explained, and were re-scheduled. Day of rescheduling nobody showed up. SAM says that we “sent his guys away” which never happened. They were simply rescheduled. Beyond this it cost over 700$ for a 2hr moving job. Ridiculous. Multiple things were damaged and broken. They charged us for a whole hour, rounding up. I would not recommend. Get a U-haul and do it yourself.

They had hidden fees, and I was charged over $650 for a move that should have only been a little over $300 per the discussion I had with the rep. I only had six items moved and it took 2 hours. The movers I had were awesome, but the company is deceptive.

Overall the movers did a good job, but I cant give it five stars. The communication on the day of the move was horrible and we had no idea what was going on and had to call the office multiple times. The movers were very friendly and worked very hard. I do feel like some things took longer than necessary, which jacked up the final cost above the estimate. It was estimated the guys would be done in 3-4 hours, it took them 8 hours. So the price was almost 4 times what we expected and we had to forgoe them helping with items we planned so we didnt pay overtime. In addition, one of the beds scratched our floor tremendously badly when the movers pushed it into place, without sliders, instead of lifting. This lack of care at the end of the move left a poor taste in our mouth. Even more concerning, we ask the mover if anything was damaged and they said no. That was not the case. Every room had scratches on the prestine wooden flooring and now we have to repair them, which is very upsetting. I do think a more accurate estimate and care for the movers would have allowed us to have a more beneficial experience. Would shop around more before choosing this company for a second time.

We had the pleasure of working with All My Sons moving company last week. They were three incredible men!! They moved us from a Portland storage unit to Shelton, Ct with a stop in Derby along the way. A big shout out to Alex, Steve and Block!!! They made the move so easy and also made it fun!!! Today this moving company blocked the entrance into my condo, and my personal garage space. I had asked them to move the truck so I could park my car and go into my home. They insisted I squeeze through their huge truck and a curb. I attempted and then realized my car would not fit, I said you guys need to figure this out be cause I needed to park and go inside. They kept yelling at me until 10 minutes later they actually moevd the truck. One of the movers said he was ready to fight today. Overall I couldnt believe how unprofessional these movers are, blocking multiple driveways, not moving their car and then mouthing off at bystanders. Not a good look considering you never know who may need a mover. I would never recommend this place and Ill be sure to tell anyone who mentions needing one that this business hires rude employees.

I only ever review if I HAVE to so please take this as a warning ⚠️ I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before booking with this horrible company… learn from my mistake.What a TERRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. I own my own business and I would be appalled if any of my employees did what this company has done. Let’s not even get into the front offices’ poor lack of assistance when booking but how is the moving truck going to be over 5 hours LATE?! And then the movers are disrespectful and rude to the people who are going to EVENTUALLY TIP THEM??? I’m not sure if people understand how tips work but if you’re going to be rude and unprofessional, I’m more than happy to keep my money. Guess you don’t want it that much.Also, take a look at the other reviews and notice how the “owner” only responds to the 5 star comments. That’s enough to put a sour taste in my mouth any day. If you don’t even care enough to try to respond to someone who has an issue with YOUR business, you don’t care about the business your receiving. I was a little concerned based on the reviews, but WOW!They send a detailed email that outlines all of their billing processes, then call to reconfirm everything BEFORE sending a crew out with the paperwork that AGAIN goes over everything.While they are hourly the crews work HARD and are really FAST!

Mr Andre Redding and his crew (Rayshawn and Isaac) did a very fast and quality job moving my home. They were very professional and courteous with me and my family. Their hard work made a very tough day (moving day) a whole lot more tolerable.I think it is also worth noting that Mr Redding is a veteran of the US army before coming to lead his crew at All My Sons.

Moved our home of 15 years yesterday -- Great service. Guys were on time and worked hard all day. This was no easy move but they kept in good spirits and got it done! Will definitely be calling again in the future.

The movers showed up on time and were pleasant. That is the only good thing I can say. Only one piece of my furniture was wrapped or covered with a blanket. Many pieces of furniture were damaged and largely due to the fact that they were not covered and arrived with deep scratches. One piece that was not wrapped was literally knocked off of the truck in front of me and severely damaged. A lamp was knocked over and sheared in half, this is unrepairable. A piece of a table is missing. When the movers loaded the truck they did not take everything and I spent three more days moving myself. When they decided they were done they took all of the remaining boxes on the truck and put them in my garage and now I am still bringing boxes into the house one by one. They also almost left with my dresser which is 7 long standing on its end and there is no way I could put it down. I had to run out to the truck before they pulled off to have them come and place it on the floor. I contacted Amanda the manager in CT after the move about the damage and she never responded, so I found an email address for someone at the corporate office. This person responded and gave me a claim form, I filled it out and sent photos of the damage. At least 7 pieces were damaged or destroyed, not to mention the other issues and they offered me $211. I had no choice but to accept it or get nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING EXORBITANT PRICES TO WATCH YOUR THINGS GET DESTROYED.

Super nice and hardworking, they packed my home up effectively and moved it all to my new house, carefully taking apart and putting my furniture back together. They were hours late for our move. We had to move belongings to a storage unit and because they were so late the storage facility closed. They first offered to store it for a day or two and then bailed out of that. We had to scramble to find a new place. When the guys did show up they were good, but the move would have been quicker if the guys put down their phones and were more motivated. Would not recommend them.

This is the single worst experience Ive had while moving. This company gave me a 10-6 window for their movers to arrive, took my deposit, confirmed the day before, and never showed or called on the day of the move. At 7 pm on the day I was scheduled to move, I had to coordinate the packing and moving of my entire home. A terrible experience that could have been avoided if I went with another company. This ranks at the top of the most unprofessional things Ive ever seen a functioning business do. When I was finally able to get in touch with someone three days later, they lied and said that someone called me to inform me they couldnt make it (as if that would have been Ok). Please save yourself the angst and find a reputable company, they shouldnt allow companies like this one to remain in business.

Andre and his team showed up right at 8:15 am and packed up a bunch of my mom’s furniture (bed, dresser, loveseat, lamps, tables, and more). Everything was unloaded and assembled at the new apartment by 10:30 am. Very happy with how everything went.

Well priced and on time. The movers Julio, Emilio and Lucas were very efficient and gentle with our older belongings. I was very impressed and would hire them again. Highly recommended. Setting the appointment over the phone was easy and the people were very friendly.

All My Sons has moved me and my husband three separate times cross country and in state. I have used the Stratford branch two times and the management in office is always knowledgeable and helpful before, during and after the move. The movers that were tasked on all occasions were courteous and hard working. I definitely (and have) would recommend their services to any family or friend.

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Cannot be emphasized enough. Booked a local move ONE MONTH in advance and my truck didn’t show. 5 hours after they were scheduled the office manager told me it was “my fault” for getting on his schedule only a week prior. No calls to update us AT ALL. Told me they’d get here when they get here. SO unprofessional!! Guy was smarmy and condescending. NO idea how to treat customers. STAY FAR FAR AWAY

When an unexpected incident caused me to change the date of my move, they were completely understanding and accommodating. Tim and his team were incredible! They truly went above and beyond and made this a seamless, easy, wonderful experience. This review would have been 5 stars (the moving team was great), HOWEVER, their logistics is TERRIBLE. Upon booking, we were guaranteed first pickup of the day. After receiving no confirmation call the day prior we called to find that they cant promise that we will be first, but we are were on the schedule to be second. Fine.Day of move, they failed to communicate that the team of movers scheduled to originally come to us was running way behind. The new team they scheduled to move us didnt show up until an hour AFTER our 6-hour window of arrival. When we brought this to the branch managers attention, he was very sarcastic, unprofessional and unapologetic. Terrible customer service from management. Also, from what I have heard, short-change their staff on hours worked. BEWARE.

Julio and his crew were right on time. They came in, they surveyed our unholy mess, then they dug right in. We were on the second floor, and we moved into a 3 floor townhouse. They kindly disconnected our washer and dryer. (Evidently we were supposed to do that, but the dispatcher didnt tell us.) They were fast, efficient, exceptionally professional, and most importantly, they were very, very pleasant. I hope never to have to move ever again, but if I do, I will definitely give them a call again.

Booked a local move with All my sons The representative by the name of Clemente Napolitano created an account in our name with credit card information and supposedly “forgot” to process the order. We tried calling the office to confirm our booking and the response was rude and cold. No apologies at all. It was a bad overall experience.

While I only moved across town, the team at All My Sons from the office staff to the actual movers were professional, courteous, concise, and friendly. Moving is a huge hassle, and especially stressful in the middle of the winter and during a pandemic. The whole time I knew exactly what I was going to pay, when the movers were going to arrive, and what the process would look like. They sent the contract to me right after the initial phone call and followed up twice. The day of the move, the movers called me about half an hour before they arrived and were on time. The team who came to my house, Julio, Emilio, and Luis were very kind, easy-going, hard working people. I felt comfortable with them, which is important being a woman in a house with three men she just met. I could not believe how quickly they packed everything up and then unpacked the truck at my new residence. I would highly recommend them for your upcoming move.

Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with my move. Multiple items were either damaged or ruined - our leather arm chair, sleeper sofa, 2 rugs and multiple scratches on furniture. Using All My Sons will cost me thousands of dollars at this point, unless they agree to replace my belongings. Very disappointing to say the least.

Overall, I had a great experience using All My Sons Moving. The movers Eric F. and Robert were fantastic. They were on time, fast, and efficient definitely worth the money spent. However, the estimator definitely underestimated the move from Vernon to Middletown by about 2 hours, which made the end price about $260 more than originally estimated. If you decide to use one of the excellent crews from this company, just be prepared that the actual move may be more than the estimate.

My moving team- Justin and John arrived on time and followed all COVID safety protocols. We reviewed the items in my home which I needed to be moved (I was moving furniture around within my home) we reviewed the contract and they quickly got to work. They finished the job very quickly, cleaned up everything and asked me if I needed anything else moved before they left.I have used this company before for a big move into my current home and when I needed to move furniture internally I had no hesitation calling them again.

FABULOUS experience!! Justin, John and Ricardo are the dream team!! Efficient, extremely conscientious and courteous. The guys left everything neat and no debris. I will definitely use All My Sons again in the future.

I was quoted at 5 THOUSAND dollars more than other companies I received estimates from.Estimator saw I was a single mom with health issues, and instead of being helpful, tried to take advantage of my situation and must have thought I was an idiot. He tried to get me to agree to quote in same conversation- and when I said that I was going to double check those numbers with my father- his tune sure did change 🙄 and then tried to start explaining why he estimated so high (half of the estimate was for transportation- I’m moving 3 miles!!! and for packing supplies- which he tried to explain off suddenly.Would never use and will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use also.

My wife and I decided to hire them last weekend for the move because they seemed nice and helpful over the phone and reasonable priced. But once you book and they charge your credit card you find out that there is an additional $159 just for driving to your location. We were never told that before booking even though we spoke on the phone 3 times.But thats not even the biggest problem. When the crew arrived, we were surprised about the bad attitude one of the guys had. Not just unprofessional but rude. We packed everything in boxes and wrapped in bags and plastic to save money because we knew they will charge you astronomic prices for bags, tape and boxes. But they complained that the bags we have are not good, obviously. Then we asked about the free tools for disassembling a piece of furniture as I was told in the email the rude guy said nothing is free. We showed him the email where it was clearly written that he said ignore that email. I never in my life heard this. Then he went outside to the others and yelled they want free stuff and started laughing. Also, they scratched the walls in several places in the old house. Constantly complaining that they should not take thins or that, this needs to be wrapped in certain way, etc. We had a Uhaul and we had to take the remaining things ourselves. Not to mention that they would stop to smoke, while we were charged hourly. But what bothered us the most was the attitude and the rudeness. Thats what turns a pretty bad moving company into a horrible one!! And then, at the end when the tip was according to their attitude, they started complaining, obviously.I get that this job is not easy, but it is very easy to be a nice person, especially when you are expecting tip at the end.Will advice everyone I know and everyone I come across not to use All My Sons Moving & Storage.

Stay away from this company!!! Although movers were very nice, company didn’t send enough men to do the job. Movers even complained about the management doing this all the time. They overcharged me another $1000 at the end because the job went overtime- not my fault. Multiple items were damaged, boxes weren’t unloaded to the correct rooms as marked due to exhaustion of these men. Company doesn’t treat their workers or customers as they advertise .Awful experience!!!

I used All my Sons for my recent move and while their movers were polite and professional, as the move went on, things went down hill. They moved several pieces of furniture that were damaged in the move. Instead of telling me, the movers on multiple occasions tried to cover up the damage or just not tell anyone. Items that were packed by the movers seemed to have gone missing. I tried to contact management after the move was completed to follow up, but both my emails and calls were not returned. I guess once they receive payment; they don’t feel the need to follow up. Quite a disappointing experience for the cost of the move. Wish someone would have reached out to make the experience better. Would not recommend.

Eric Herman was very responsive and called upon arrival. Very helpful with the move. His crew Justin and William and Eric Herman were very careful with all pieces of furniture and made the whole process as smooth as possible. I’m not one to right reviews but they deserve five stars and more. I would highly recommend!

Spent 30 minutes on the website submitting my inventory and a request for a quote for a move from Brooklyn, NY to CT, where their office is located. Got a call from an agent who said, According to the zip codes, its a 1,371 mile move from our office so we cant do it.Me: its from NYC to CT, its 71 miles.Agent: Thats not what the computer saysMe: Right, but 1,371 is like your office to Omaha.Agent: Well the computer wont let me do it, it says 1,371Me: Right but obviously theres a mistake, lets forget the computer for a second and figure it out and get a quoteAgent: Hangs up. Doesnt call back.Thats a bad omen. If the front end service is like that Im pretty fearful of the backend!

Horrible service. Keeping items as a ransom. Employees not on time, showing up late, extremely high bill, this business bags yo be shut down immediately. Literally top 3 worse businesses in the country.

This company was used to move my sister in laws belongings from my house. The workers came into the house unmasked and did not ask if they could use the bathrooms, just used it as if they owned this place. Furthermore, one of the movers started at yelling at me when I asked them to make sure their masks were on. Absolutely unprofessional. Do not use this company.

Only the moving manager, Tim, knew how to pack and move things. The other four guys were confused and did almost nothing. They left me a mess in my new home.

William and Eric were not only very friendly, they were efficient and handled all my items with care. If I ever need something moved again, I know who I am requesting! These two are a great asset to your company! Thank you all my sons!

The 3 man crew with Tony, Louie, and a 3rd friendly gentleman I forget did efficient, careful, and friendly work in unbelievably hot and humid working conditions, and they did it with a smile. Would recommend!

From scheduling my move to moving - All my Sons Moving & Storage was great and made moving a lot less stressful. Anthony and Kyle arrived on time, verified everything they were moving, carefully packed my belongings, moved them to my new place, checked to see where I wanted everything and were very efficent. I would highly recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage.

I will not use this company again. After the first morning, all the masks came off and by the third day, no one wore a mask contrary to their stated COVID-19 guidelines. I asked their sales rep how to best provide a gratuity and followed his suggestion. Then I was told by the crew my tips werent quite enough. They never used any floor coverings to protect wood floors and carpeted areas. It has been two weeks now and weve opened more boxes. I definitely will not use this company again. Boxes are marked incorrectly, clothes and comforters are shoved into boxes damaging lampshades and other items. UPDATE: It is now May 18th and I have yet to see a response from the company. This should tell you all you need to know about their attention to customers.

All My Sons Moving came through for us. Last minute the mover we booked bailed on us the day before closing on our house. We called around and All My Sons without seeing what needed to be moved gave me a price and sent over the paperwork very quickly. The men showed up on time and had everything out of my house in 2 1/2 hours. The next day we moved in to our new place and the process was the same. They showed up on time and moved us in quickly despite the many stairs we had. Highly recommend this company. Selling and buying a home is stressful enough and All My Sons helped take some of the stress away. Thank you guys.

Julio Busanet and his crew - John, Luis and Ricardo C. were AMAZING! They were professional, efficient and they made the move more fun. They treated our furniture and home as if it was their own and went to great lengths to ensure nothing was damaged. I have used several moving companies in the past and I will only use ALL MY SONS going forward. I cant speak more highly of our experience from the initial phone call until our move was complete.

I was charged twice on a $2,000+ job. Over $4,000 taken from my account. I have been trying to call every AMS number since yesterday and cannot even get an answering machine. Very distressed.

We had the great experience of having Tim, Dave and Keith move us into our new home yesterday. They greeted us by name upon entering our home, carefully moved all of our furniture with damaging anything, they were very professional and efficient. I had the best experience using All My Sons for my latest move. (Im only sorry I wasnt familiar with them the last 5 moves Ive made :) The team of three, Anthony (Tony) Misurale, Kyle Franco and Derrick Thompson (aka Twenty-two) couldnt have worked harder or more efficiently moving me out of my home in Stamford. Two locations for pick up and Tonys masterful job of packing the truck made Day One a success. Day Two began early in NJ.This time, Derricks spot was filled by Lucas Simeone, another courteous and hardworking mover. They artfully packed my garage leaving room for my car and placed everything according to my direction. They had the truck emptied by early afternoon which was a feat in itself. Jason and Amanda in the office, Tony, Kyle, Derrick and Lucas on the front line, thank you for your collective effort in making my move run so smoothly, start to finish.It is without hesitation that I recommend All My Sons to anyone looking for moving services. You wont be disappointed!

All My Sons was incredibly professional and timely! They followed CDC guidelines and made our move effortless on our part! They helped with packing/wrapping furniture and lamps which we werent sure how to pack. Highly recommend!!!

Warning to anyone thinking about using this moving company, DONT! It is their normal practice to under quote your job even after counting boxes and furniture. Sent two disgruntled employees who showed up 6 hours late and cosigned that they usually get the brunt of customer complaints for jacking the price up $500+ before touching anything. They showed up with little to no packing material claiming they left it at last job, then they entered premises with no masks the whole time and my husband and his friend ended up helping load and unload most of the truck. They damaged pretty much everything they moved. They also ended up taking over 6 hours to move 8 boxes and 6 pieces of furniture so now our bill was well over $1000. We had over $600 in damages (including our couch which eventually we had to replace) and were only compensated $161 even with photo proof. They damaged stairwell in our new building and lighting fixtures, damaged fresh paint in our new apartment. Worst moving experience ever!! I would give no stars if that was ppssible.
