All Seasons Septic Service is by far the best septic company I have ever dealt with. They were able to accommodate my busy schedule and as quickly as possible. They were very polite when booking and paying for the services. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a septic company. I called All Season Septic late afternoon in a panic - I had a flood in my laundry room and water was backing up in the sinks upstairs. My immediate fear was that the septic system had failed. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who answered the phone because she was simply amazing - so incredibly calming!! Just the way she handled the call told me that reaching out to All Season was the right choice. Kevin, the owner, personally showed up for the emergency and almost immediately set my fears to rest. As I explained the events to him, he told me that it sounded like a blockage and proceeded to try and clear it. Here it is several days later and remembering the grin on his face when he was able to jet the blockage out still makes me smile.The long and the short of it is that All Season Septic may not be the cheapest service in the area but they are THE BEST at delivering the necessary services. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I watched Kevin and his team do a system check and Title V today. What a joy to be in the presence of a expert especially as I know little about septic systems. The assessment of the system was thorough and complete. I have only this one experience but I have no reservations both using and recommending All Seasons Septic.

My wife and I did a lot of research before choosing All Seasons. We found the price difference between companies was extremely minimal (once you actually understood about the dig fees and location fees). One hesitation we had with All Seasons was that there were some less than favorable reviews. While all the 1 star reviews appear to be from the same family who must have had some very strange experience, there were 2 or 3 star reviews that all seemed to complain about their interactions with a rude employee over the phone. Well, my wife and I always found the woman who answered the phone at All Seasons to be completely friendly and appropriate.Today was the day they came out to locate, dig, and pump. Kevin (the owner) was personally digging along side a younger employee. They were both so incredibly professional, friendly, and they sure seem to know what theyre doing! The picture shows what the yard looked like after they dug up a ton of dirt (they pumped both tanks from opposite sides of the system, not just one side like other companies do) and put it all back together. Can you see where the covers were? Exactly. They left my property as clean as they found it.I will be using All Seasons for years to come!

Very rude staff. The Company also refused to honor a coupon they sent me. Ive been a customer for several years and will not use this Company again.

We had a great experience with All Seasons Septic. We wanted a company that does not install new systems (to avoid conflict of interest) Kevin and his company do repairs, but they dont do full installs. Kevin and his team answer the phone, are very responsive and very thorough. Kevin did the work with help from others, but he clearly is the leader here. He knows all of the regulations and all of the local inspectors personally. My 41-year-old system needed repairs. Kevin quoted them and then came to do the work. His estimate turned out to be conservative, and he charged me $400 less than the price he estimated. The work was neat, on time, and I feel done right. The inspector from my town had no problems approving it and the whole process was done very quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for honest work done fairly and quickly.

Kevin and his crew have been servicing my septic systems at a couple propertys for years, service and prices are always great. I had a bit of an emergency septic situation prior to hosting 25 people at my house and made the call hoping for a miracle.....in short, All Seasons came thru and fixed the problem within a hours. Appointment with them was prompt. The driver was very efficient and very professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of my tank condition and made reasonable recommendations. Office staff was excellent and I have already made another appointment for their recommended next pumping.

This company goes above and beyond with their customer service. I was selling my house and had to get a title five inspection. The septic and its components were not easy to find but they did it! Owner of the company was very knowledgeable and personable and treated me with respect and kindness. I recommend All Seasons to everyone!

Couldnt be HAPPIER with All Seasons: Kevin, the owner, did a Title V assessment for me last year, efficiently and pleasantly, even though he had to deliver an unhappy message. Brian, their tech, continued the tradition of superior service today, demonstrating for me how to clear the filter, should I want to DIY. Quality business.

Absolutely horrible. Would give 0 if I could. We called to inquire about a bad smell in the basement which hey told us should go away when the weather got warmer. Then, without consent, they showed up on our property and pumped our tank, even though they had told us on the phone that our tank didnt need any service since they had pumped it only a year and a half earlier. When I called in to ask them why, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Clearly unorganized and unprofessional. Theres plenty of companies out there who can do the same thing, and Id recommend you give your business to one of them instead!

They were 100 dollars more than another company I called and the lady who I first spoke to was pretty rude. I didnt like how she interacted with me like I was beneath her. I dont do business with people like that. Im paying you for a service. If you want my business then be polite and act like you do. Dont try to brush me off. It blows my mind how businesses treat their customers. I wont be calling them again.

Weve received consistent great service from this company for 6 years running. Theyve offered us advice that saved us money even though they could have made more money by withholding that advice.

Rude customer service. There was a miscommunication on the original quote. It was only off by $10, but instead of apologizing for the miscommunication and working out a way for me to pay the balance I was just blamed and told I must have heard wrong 3 or 4 different times. Rude service is a big pet peeve of mine, so I will not be returning to use them again.
