They have a great atmosphere that makes you fell comfortable with great and challenging workouts. The teachers are really engaging and try their best to make your experience better while teaching you how to protect your self safely and in an easy way to understand. If you have the money try it out it great and fun. Also is the teachers are nice looking all of them

I have all 3 kids that attend classes at Premier Martial Arts. They enjoy their classes and Miss Clue is doing a good job. The kids are having fun and learning how to protect themselves. Great place to come.

I’ve been taking the adult class for a little over a month now. It’s a great work out and their instructors are absolutely great. Highly recommend to anyone that is looking to learn a martial art.

PMA Stoughton is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and fun. Lauren and the others make the curriculum super understandable. You should join for the instructors alone, they are such baddies. And you wont ever be bored because everyone there has a lot personality and good humor.

The instructors are fantastic working with the children step by step to make sure they understand technique all while having fun . I have two little girls that love it and it makes me feel better knowing that they will be better equiped to face lifes challenges with the strength and confidence Premier Martial Arts is providing them with.

PMA Stoughton is a great place for our five year old, Jackson. He has made friends, built confidence and has a fun time. Miss Lauren is a very kind instructor and teaching is natural for her.

I like Kickboxing but, I love Krav! I always feel like I am part of a team while I sweat and even struggle at times. I never expected to meet and become friends with so many amazing people! They believe in you even when you doubt your own ability and will push you to show you how strong you really are. So if you want have the opportunity to meet and train hard with amazing people then this is the place for you!

The staff is great! Energized, engaged and committed to the students! The facilities are awesome and the students at amazing! I drive 30 minutes each way and its worth every mile!

We signed my daughter up almost 2 years ago. It has given her more confidence in her day to day plus given her tools to deal with bullies should she face them. It has also taught her discipline and respect. Sensei Pulsone is great with the kids! Highly recommend!

Saw an Ad for the 6 week challenge and it was one of the best things Ive ever signed up for. It was definitely a challenge but there was always so much motivation and encouragement from instructors and classmates and I saw such great results. Im looking forward to starting Krav classes !

This place is okay. Its not too bad as it relates to instruction. But what irks me about it is their financing. Do NOT commit to a black belt program beyond the year you might have committed to. It will be presented to you as a black belt contract under a strong presumption that you will receive that black belt. But you may not. Nor does it state anywhere in the contract that it is a black belt contract. It is merely a continuance of the previous contract that stipulates you will commit to paying for two more years of lessons. After that, the aforementioned contract renews unless you cancel it. Fine enough, but try cancelling that contract whilst you pursue this coveted black belt. It wont happen, and they will ruin your credit. Also, the supposed black belt training one receives is arbitrary, following no real guidelines, and depends largely on what one can do outside of training. For example, one is required to run a mile in under nine minutes thirty-seconds. This is fine for an adult, but for a child in school it is next to impossible given other commitments. Also, in order to address this arbitrary nine minute mile the children are forced to run around a building and through a parking lot that is very heavily trafficked. I have seen on more than a few occasions where a student was almost hit by a car. If I could get out of this contract, I surely would. But I am stuck, and fear that our child will not see his black belt due to their nonsense contract and arbitrary guidelines that although they think is worthy, might actually present a terrible risk with running through a busy parking lot. Once our contract expires, we are gone. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

I thank God I started going to this place. I actually met my wife here (who is a 2nd degree black belt.).Ive read a few of the bad reviews on Google, and Ill say it like this. If you are looking to simply receive a Black Belt, then you should look somewhere else. But if you want to learn how to 1. Defend yourself in a real life situation. 2. Gain Confidence. and 3. EARN a Black Belt. Then this is the place for you.Were all humans, and we disagree. I dont think RMA is perfect, but I have been interested in Martial Arts my entire life. Throughout all of the schools that Ive attended, and all of the training that I have done. Rockstar Martial Arts is hands down the best in my experience.

Years ago i trained with 2 of the instructors there and ive been training in various martial arts for over 20 years. They are 2 of the very few instructors i would ever train with again. As for the 2 negative reviews one said the place was cliquey yet they only went that one time and only talked to that one person in the reception area.....seems strange to have that assumption without actually meeting anyone. The other guy complained about kids running outside. Granted parking lots can be dangerous...lets be realistic when you were a kid you went outside riding your bike/playing/etc all around theres no difference, and if its a real concern i think he should address it with his sons instructors not post negative reviews. Also someone complained about being sceptical of a contract.........no schools do month to month anymore and if they did then theyre not interested in you or your childs ability to set goals and follow through with them.

I highly recommend this school. It has made a difference in my life. Every school has its own culture and community and this one is special. The teachers push you beyond your comfort zone but in a supportive way while also recognizing that people have different abilities and limitations. The fellow students are also supportive and welcoming. We are all trying to learn and improve together. John Tiano has been doing martial arts since childhood and is very serious about it but he is also committed to using martial arts to help people to make a difference in their own lives. This school is not about machismo. It is about personal development. But the martial arts training is top notch. As an adult, you can study Krav Maga, extremely practical self-defense coupled with physical conditioning and real-world scenarios to prepare you to fight for your life (the kids study Kenpo). You can also study Muay Thai and sparring. Drills are used to develop the basics, and you develop in sparring at your own pace. Other reviews mentioned the contracts used here. Long-term contracts are typical in this business. However, here you start on a six-week trial program. If you enjoy that, you can continue on a six month contract. Only then do you have to decide on a longer term contract. By that point, you should know whether you want to be serious about this training or not. Signing up for black belt training does not guarantee that you will be given a black belt. It means that you are on a track to train for a black belt. A black belt is a mark of skill, accomplishment, and dedication and you very much have to earn it. One review said that this place is for fanatics. In my own experience, in order to put in the time to learn the curriculum and advance through the belts, you have to be so dedicated that it becomes almost an obsession. I would say that many of us are obsessed about our training. But we have fun together while training. Anyway, I’m very glad that I found this place.

I started here about 6 years ago with just kickboxing on a groupon. I then progressed with Muay Thai and then joined the krav program. I am a black belt in Muay Thai and it was not easy. Every belt is earned here, not just given to you. It is great atmosphere and a family atmosphere. Great instructors and a great workout on top of it. The krav program gives you real life situations. Also the krav has taught me some valuable lessons and I have gained more confidence. I would highly recommend this martial arts school.

I started training in American Kempo Karate when I was in 4th grade. The instructors at Rockstar were those same instructors. After I received my black belt in Kempo, I injured my leg pretty bad and was unable to continue training. After about year out of high school I saw a facebook post from the owner John Tiano, and it made me want to go say hi seeing as I havent seen him since I was about 10, now 20. I walked in and was greated with nothing but respect from the Instructors that didnt know me and with love from the two that taught me how to be an honest, courteous, and modest person. I signed right up and have enjoyed it ever since. I have now been traing with them for about 5 months in the Krav Maga program, and I have learned a lot. I am stronger, and I know that if and when the time comes when I am in danger, a family member, a friend or even a complete stranger is in danger I will be able to help defend them. We train so we dont have to fight, but when the time come if the time comes, we train so that no one else has to get hurt.

I have been training at Rockstar Martial Arts for 5 years now and it has changed my life!!! The atmosphere is amazing and I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the door! It was so clean too! I started out taking kickboxing classes, they were awesome and I saw results right away!! I became happier just by training. Within about 6 months I decided to try Muay Thai. I was able to advance my training and learn so much in 3 years. I recently earned my black belt in Muay Thai. It wasnt easy! If it was easy I probably would have been bored and stopped! The instructors are seriously the best ever and so encouraging.Im now currently working on my black belt in Krav Maga in addition to continuing my Muay Thai training. Its amazing that I can train in so many different forms of martial arts all in one place. This is what makes me happy and gives me balance! I will continue to train and grow with the best people around! The members are the best and Ive made so many friends! They are my family, my home away from home and I love it here!!
