Stop lying ๐คฅ, delivery attempts made, yeh right, Stop abusing out tax dollars, Quis custodiet ipsos custodes? Thats right you are a dishonest bunch, thiefs, getting paid to make up stories..
You have got to be kidding me... I just sat in 80 degree weather waiting for a package sitting in front if the address watching the tracking info... I refresh and said attempted delivery will try on next business day.. No sticker on door never even seen a usps truck been here all day i cannot believe the low quality of service conducted using my taxpayer money. Im less than impressed
Iโve never written a review of the local post office before, but this is well deserved. Stoughton Post Office, Gary and Steve our Carrier are THE BEST!!! We were in Florida for the winter and moved our northern home to Stoughton at the beginning of the pandemic. They were on top of every aspect of this confusing scenario involving three addresses, our mail forwarding issues, held our mail, etc and always efficient, thorough and service with a smile (even while masked). Thanks from a grateful resident.
Every time I have gone to this USPS, I have always had excellent service. Even now during the pandemic, they are working very efficiently while upholding regulations to keep people safe. I think I have had one postal worker who did not show outstanding customer service, but she wasnt rude. She still helped me a lot and I know working at the post office must take a lot of emotional labor. I think theyre all doing a great job, and my packages always get where they need to go.
Theyโll leave a notice or even multiple in your mailbox about your delivery without even attempting to deliver it to you. They do not ring doorbells, knock or even send a notification of attempt to delivery. I just got a notice that they โattemptedโ to deliver me a package today, and I Have been home all day waiting. Nobody bothered to use the doorbells we have that also offer intercom benefits.
I have always experienced friendly people behind the counter!
I live closeby enough that I always use this post office to mail out all my packages. Ive never had any issues using this post office and the ladies at the counter have been super friendly and helpful. I tend to ship my packages on Saturday mornings and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. On the negative side, depending on how busy they are and who you get, you might get slightly cold service.
Wow, no wonder people are using fed ex and ups more often. This place is literally the worst place I have ever visited. The people are rude and incompetent at best. The lady I think her name was Mary was extremely rude and unprofessional. They provided absolutely no help when I had no idea how to mail out a package. Went to ups and they helped perfectly
If youre looking for an experienced similar to that of trying to make a transaction at the RMV then this is the place for you theyve got it all long lines grumpy standoffish staff credit card machines that dont work, all of this housed in an outdated cold and uninviting decor. And what you ask keeps this machine running? Your tax dollars hard at work! I have two words for you... FedEx
The only reason y i gave it 5 stars is so people can see this the stoughton post office sucks the employees are always rude when u ask them something they talk to u like really whats up with u even the supervisor is rude to u i will not go back there to mail anything even though i live in stoughton i will b going to canton sharon or even brockton from now on
The USPS website informed me that a package of mine was available here for pick up on 6/28. I arrived and asked the clerk if she could see if it was behind the counter. She refused. She refused to even punch in the USPS tracking number to check the status for me and insisted the package would be forwarded to my address and that the USPS website was wrong. She yelled the entire time, and acted adversarial despite the simple and polite nature of my questions. I left disgusted.
Postmaster must enforce laws on mailboxes attached to ATT telephone poles. Looks cheap in our town
On January 20th 2016 e Package with the tracking number was not delivered to me, though the post office confirmed that it was received by them, but after that strangely disappeared. Now almost the same situation: on April 15th the post office claimed that my e Package with the tracking number was delivered to the mail box. But there wasnt anything in my mail box. Something is obviously wrong with post office delivery system.
My mother passed away. I am executor. I filed forwarding information on-line. There was no mail, just a yellow card in her mailbox, December 3. I called Stoughton Post Office. Clerk on Monday Dec 5 said her mail was in Stoughton, I could not possibly have filed on line, and would have to come to Stoughton. I came the next day, wasting a three-hour round trip in heavy traffic to do so. Her mail was not in Stoughton. I had been asked to bring original copy of her will, which meant I had to delay filing for probate. Was told it would be in Revere probably the next day. Now, Thursday afternoon, Im told it will take a week or two! I was hung up on twice. So... Im responsible to pay her bills... and I cant see them to pay them. My mother had filed a lawsuit in Brockton court, against dentist who ignored her need for dental work, and I may miss a court deadline. Im dawdling in Boston and should be in NYC. All I get is misinformation. In my line of work, these are called lies.
Iโm giving this post office 1 star but it doesnโt deserve any stars. They delivered a package to the wrong address and the package is lost. This is unacceptable.
My family sends many packages, and I will be going to Sharon or Canton from now on to send them. The attitudes at this place are awful.
The staff are efficient and friendly
Theres always parking, no lines, and friendly employees
