The Drs I met with have been Great here at the Gentle Dental in Stoughton!! Who I can’t stop raving about are the Amazing support staff!! From my first call into them! I spoke with Nadeya she was very informative, friendly & kind!! All wonderful qualities for the first introduction!! She helped me figure out which Dr would best fit my needs!! Then on my first meeting with Dr Ma I was very impressed with Katie ! Very knowledgeable on many different dental issues I have! Dr Ma has been so helpful! Ashe (sp?) her assistant has been too. I had two teeth extracted earlier this month Dr Ma and Kirsten the were awesome. I have a hard time going to the dentist and they were wonderful. Today I had my cleaning and follow to extractions and yearly check up. Again a very good visit based on my dentist, Kirsten and Shannon (my cleaning). Dr.Ronit Smolyar an Endodontist at Gentle Dental in Stoughton is amazing. Like most people, I hate going to the dentist, but Dr Smolyar took care of my 3 root canals in a months time and made the experience as stress free as possible.She was very thorough and made it the best experience I ever had at a dentist office. First, she always took me on time. Next, she made sure everything was done right the first time, so I didn’t have to waste time going back. Believe me, I did not want to be there in the first place, so I appreciated not having anything unexpected arise which would have required me to come back for another visit.Lastly, she made sure I had prescriptions for any medicines I needed upfront so that I wasn’t in pain. This was very important to me. No one likes to be in pain and I found that other dentists aren’t as diligent about making sure you’re not in pain. When I called to ask a question, she got back to me right away.I would highly recommend Dr. Smolyar if you need an endodontist. Its no wonder she won Boston Magazine Top Dentist - 2019, 2018, 2017. Like I said, shes amazing.

Shannon is excellent with cleaning my kids’ teeth. They get nervous about visiting the dentist but she always makes them feel so comfortable.

The office staff were all great! Receptionist, X-ray Technician, Hygienist, and Physician were all excellent! Everyone worked seamlessly together from the beginning of my visit till the end at checkout. The 1st time New Patients offer is not too good to be true! Was able to get everything they offered on the same day. The cleaning too! They had an opening at the end of the exam part of the visit and just fit me in for my cleaning right after. Their equipment’s up to date - the latest technology. And they help you under what all that “1 2 2 3 4 2...” counting business that they do is all about when they’re determining the condition of your teeth and gums. All 4 staff members were very nice. I’d highly recommend this location for dental care.

Everyone at Gentle Dental Stoughton are so friendly and caring and make you feel that you are getting the best care possible for whatever your dental needs are.

The front end person is very nice and courteous. The medical staff are also excellent. The Dentist is extremely skilled and showed empathy, and the Dental Assistant was equally skilled and made me feel comfortable as I went through a difficult procedure.

I have been a patient there for 10 years and all staff members are wearing a smile on their face. They are very pleasant! I really feel welcome going to Gental Dental. I continued to receive orthodontic treatment after my braces was removed and many retainers replacement.Have I mention Dr. Clark?? He is just great! I had a deep cleaning procedure (which can be excruciating) then had wisdom teeth extracted. I was extremely nervous for both but both my dentist and oral surgeon were extremely gentle, kind and treated me like a person! Most times feel like a test subject :( The front desk staff - nice, friendly and helpful. I had an incredible experience- never thought I’d say that about a density visit- HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and I was super worried about getting “dry socket” pain. Dr. Ma was gentle but strong. It took less than 30 seconds and she guided me through the post op. I had no complications and no pain. Please consider this dentist. You won’t regret it.

The entire staff, from the front desk, to the hygienists, to the assistants and dentists themselves are amazing, such talented and kind people!It can be a little intimidating visiting a medical office of any kind during this pandemic but I feel completely safe when going here and know that they have my and my family’s health and safety top of mind. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist, you’ll be well taken care of!

I just had my cleaning today with Shannon. It was a wonderful experience. She is so gentle and she is so much fun. We have great conversations and she makes me laugh. I look forward to my visits with Shannon. She is the absolute best!!!!!

Everyone was so kind Iwas a wreck worying about upcoming root canal and prep work for a crown I had absolutely no pain with root canal or other work I had no dental insurance and was able to get exam xrays and cleaning for $57 as new patient and help with payment for the rest wonferful people in front office andpain free experience

My son went regularly. 6 wks after cleaning on a follow up he was told he had severe plaque. Had bi early checkups. No problems reported had 3 cavities. One of which needed a root canal

Gentle Dental, in Stoughton, MA, was my dentist for many years and then I was deeply involved with taking care of my father. I missed many years going to the dentist, not good! So, I called up five days before New years trying to take advantage of my insurance, and the secretary got me a couple of appointments before the end of the year! I went and met a new, really nice dentist. Im not not fond of dentists but, Dr. Guerra was great. He told me what the x-rays showed, and started working on me right away. Ill have most of the work done before the end of the year. Everyone was so nice and understanding of my fibromyalgia, and t he extra pain that it gives when I have Novocaine! Thank you Gentle Dental and happy New years!!! SJC...I just went back for an exam. The Covid protocols are in effect. My dentist, Dr.Ma is so nice and thorough. Another good visit.Thank you! We have been going to Gentle Dental for close to 15 years now and have been very happy there with all their services. Dr. Kelleher is terrific and all the Dental Hygenists are excellent. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My family has used all their services from routine care (check ups, cleanings) to crowns, root canals, wisdom teeth extractions to regular fillings. They have done an excellent job every time and are always patient and explain things ahead of time. We are very happy with Gentle Dental of Stoughton and would recommend it to others!

First time visit in an emergency due to a broken off front tooth. The entire staff was fantastic. Pleasant, professional, kind and explained in detail my options. The dentist who extracted my tooth cane in from home to do it for me. They are rushing my temporary tooth to have it by Monday so I’m not walking around missing a front tooth. I rate it a 0 just because Dr. Joel H. Harrison, Oral Surgeon was terrible and did not know how to care for the patients, he was not sympathetic to my pain on 10/6/2015. I had a tooth that needed extraction and he totally ignored what I was trying to tell him and wanted to extract another tooth that was before the tooth I needed extracted. When I asked to spit he told me that I could not spit in his office and that I needed to swallow my spit. When he gave me anesthesia he was very rough with my mouth. He shook my mouth several times before anesthesia and mind you I was in pain. I ended up leaving that place and went to the previous dentist where I got the root canal, he then called an oral surgeon from another medical facility who did an emergency tooth extraction that same day. The dentist at Gentle Dental wanted to extract a tooth that was never a part of the Extraction. I will NEVER Go to Gentle Dentle again. They might be good but Dr. Harrison isnt. I am sure if someone had treated his family members in such a manner, he would be very angry.

Dr Joel Harrison has extracted four molars in the last six years and he deserves the highest rating possible. You couldnt ask for any better oral surgeon.

Ive gone here for about 5 years now. I see Dr. Kelleher, and his whole staff is friendly and pleasant. They are very easygoing and are always looking out for the patient’s best interest. Recently, I desperately needed a filling and they were able to fit me in the NEXT day! I’m not a huge fan of dental work in general, as most people aren’t, but I am definitely glad I was referred to Dr. Kelleher when I moved to the area.

I had a service in April, but gentle dental didnt bill the insurance company until August. At that time, I had another service done at a new dentist, I did purchased a secondary insurance in July to cover this later service. However, because the new dentist sent the bill before gentle dental, my primary insurance paid him first, and decline gentle dentals August claim. Now gentle dental sent the bill to me. All those hassles are because of gentle dentals delay in filing the claim. What a mess! I am not suppose to pay any out of pocket for both services. I already filed a claim to bbb, hope gentle dental will take the responsibility.

Gentle Dental is the BEST dentist office I have been to. My children, parents, husband and I have been patients at the Gentle Dental Stoughton office for over thirteen years and have NEVER had a bad experience. Weve seen just about every dentist,hygienist and specialist there for one thing or another and I have nothing but praises for one and all! It is a pleasant expierence from the moment you enter the office. The front desk staff are always pleasant and greet me with a cheerful smile when I walk through the door. They are kind and helpful when trying to accommodate my crazy schedules for both me and my family. I have seen every hygienist there and love them all. They definitly put the gentle in Gentle Dental. My sons always gave me a bad time when going to the dentist but, since we started seeing the crew at Gentle Dental that all changed. They actually enjoy their cleanings and so do I. Dr. Kelleher is wonderful! My husband is having a new partial made and everything is going smoothly. He is very pleased with the doctor and his most competant assistants. Lisa, Sandra and Ana are amazing! it doesnt matter which one you get because they are all friendly and professional! My father saw Dr. Harrison for extractions and can I just say he was amazing. My dad is a huge dental phob and actually said the visit was great! Extractions and all! (Can I just saw WOW!) If you havent noticed- I am more than pleased with this office and would recommend them to one and all for any of your dental needs!

Screwed up my cavity went to my old dentist he fixed it, had to get a root canal .. they still kept calling me after I said no thank you I wanna go back to my old guy who is a family friend ....it got soo bad i had to block their number and change it ...
