I visited this car was just now. First off my car is still dirty. The other thing it broke off one of my window visors. Poor service, I don’t recommend this car wash. Waste of money and time.

This is the worst service ever, I regret to ever even sing up for a membership with this car wash. Make sure that if you’re going to cancel a membership to do it immediately, they told me at the site that as long as you cancel before the 1st of the month I should be ok. I didn’t have the brochure with me and they charge for a service they don’t even provide. Don’t sing up for a Diamond membership because your car will not receive the service that it said you should receive.I hope you have a better experience than I have. I hope this is helpful.

The staff at this location are very friendly and professional, plus the car wash was one of the best Ive had so far dispite the fact that its not a touch less location!

This gas station site is clean and has great to solve daily needs from gas to food and daily items needs. Came into site for gas and saw how huch was available for car inside and out. There is an atm at this location aswell which helped me with spare cash. This site sells gas and diesel and a huge selection of treats and drinks for your trip. It also has a car wash on the side can bundle deals. There is a car wash station and vacuums in the back. There is also a air machine on site. Great location and service is always nice.

Crowded place Everytime I go there no vacuums or anything free but its pretty big

So I went for a vacuum and accidentally sucked up one of my car buttons... Yeah I know dont please, But the nice attendant opened up the vacuum for me the next day. I searched couldnt find it but that was a great gesture good place

Dont go here. If you do....pay with cash. They have skimmers on a few pumps and have done nothing about removing them. I know we arent the only ones here in town

Worst service in management ever I came in to get a car wash told the guy $10 wash he ended up charging me $30 I called the number multiple times and it showed up to the carwash multiple times to try and fix the issue and every time they told me the manager isnt here today I went in and had the lady at the counter call the manager both employee and manager were extremely rude saying they dont owe me anything how dont you owe me anything when I told you $10 and you charged me..im never coming here again I come here 4x a week

Those. Bays. are past there prime or need major work. Just wanted to use the high pressurized rinse. To remove the salt on truck. It just keep oozing out. Soap even on rinse. and yes i double and triple checked went to another bay and same thing happened so wouldnt advise waisting your 5bucks. Cause going to be disappointed

The female general manager is combative and defensive. Her people skills need work. I went in on Friday I had 30 dollars I bought a paper 2 dollars I asked for a car wash 13 dollars I said put the rest for gas 15 dollars. I was given 13 dollars in gas and charged full price 2.15 When it should have been 1.71 a gallon. I went in the store to fix the problem but the new guy didnt know how to, so I left and figured I would take care of it today. I tried to explain it to the female general manager, what mistake. She told my receipt wasnt right and that I was wrong. Bottom line Customer is always right, train your employees right and not everyone is out to get you. Im still owes money but I will eat the couple of dollars. If you have a problem see someone that will help you with a smile not someone who thinks your wrong before you even speak. The female general manager is not the one to see.

Worked in the rear of building before there was a store...... I was looking for a job and all controls and things i saw made me realized operation of the carwash. I need a job. I applied on a friday spoke to one of the oeners or mangers idk and dont really care...... He told me i have the job and start monday he will call. Nothing thats disgraceful i left one message each day with no response

I just moved from AZ to Canton and when my car was transported it was filthy so I took it to Stoughton Car Wash to get a wash. My girlfriend and I sat while my truck (2007 Toyota Tacoma) went through the car wash. About 2/3rds of the way through the car wash my truck stopped and we just sat there waiting for the car wash to stop and someone to come. Finally someone came and helped us get out of the car wash. When I looked at my truck the right front fender was damaged (nearly $ 800 worth). Now the owner of the car wash is saying not only will he not pay for the damage but I owe him $ 4,000 damage to his car wash. It isnt settled yet but has the potential to get ugly. Dont go to the Stoughton Car Wash.

Well this is the biggest scam ever. I am a part time Lyft driver and decided to get the unlimited carwashes for 29.99. Everything was great till i went to wash it on 3/16 and was told in a very rude manner that my pass was no longer accepted and to back the car out of the car wash. I called 3 times and left a message for the owner who never replied. This was after my account was charged on 3/1 29.99. I have read the contract again and never saw anything about Lyft drivers being excluded. Nor on the huge billboard on 138 in canton. So with no answer from the owner and getting nowhere wither the manager Anthony my next step is putting in a complaint with the better business bureau of Massachusetts. Then maybe solve it 7.

Cigarettes are cheap but certain employees do not belong in a customer service position. They are rude & have real attitude problems. Myself & others I know have stopped patronizing this establishment because of said employees. I wonder if ownership/management knows how their workers treat customers?
