It was good and fast to get the rental, i just had some issues in the weekend, i wanted to keep the car for a couple days more but there was no way to talk to nobody because it was closed till the next week day so when i returned it, it was way more than what i expected, they just multiplied 1 day by whatever days i kept it instead of making a little less per day for multiple days. But other than that it was very good service, would recommend it.No, i will not remove the review or change my mind.

Everyone here is so helpful. They help guide you through the whole rental process, never leaving any questions unanswered. They have so much knowledge about the vehicles available, and do everything in their power to fit you with your vehicle of choice. Very professional team. Very satisfied with the help when i go here. Alex and Arthur both did great jobs assisting me. Will continue to be a loyal customer!

Just an all around good experience. I was happy with the car given to me. I probably shouldnt have gone with the black leather interior in the summer but thats on me. Was quick pick up and drop off, no nonsense. Prices were reasonable. They had a nice military discount.

I am a frequent renter at this location. They have a nice selection of cars, and a very friendly staff. The customer service is always excellent!

Thoroughly inspect the car before rental and make sure any damage is documented.When we rented the car, there was a dent in the left front door. The Enterprise representative did not want to record this on the documentation as it is such a small dent we dont need to record this. When we went to return the car, the same representative noticed the dent in the door and said we were responsible. The dent could not have been there before as they would not rent a car with such a dent. Luckily I had taken a picture of the dent and the odometer before we took the car off the lot and was able to present this to the representative. Because of the evidence we are not being asked to pay for the damage.

Love the Stoughton office. Its the only one i use. Love the staff there. Always so pleasant and do their best to take care of you

I had a great rental experience at Enterprise. The customer service was great. Both gentlemen I spoke to were professional and kind. The car was ready when promised and the drop off was easy. I even received a phone call during the rental, checking in to make sure the car was o.k!

I am a gold member, renting for years. Due to my past experience with a young lady, I said I would never go back to Enterprise or refer clients.Accidentally I called and spoke to Joe, what a difference. Polite, respectful with great customer service, wonderful personality. What a gentleman. One of the best experiences I ever had at enterprise.. New team in Stoughton again.

The local office in which I booked my car was very nice until I noticed an error in the booking dates. When I called to say the rep put in the wrong return date, I was not able to get the car for the same rate quoted. I had to go online and find a deal on my own. I ended up getting the same vehicle from an online site at a cheaper rate and the local office would not match? The day I went to pick up my vehicle was a snowy one! The store called me to ask if I could come in early and I asked for them to come and pick me up and they could not. I thought this was one of your major advertising incentives!! I received my car with an upgrade and noticed after the windshield was cleared from all snow and ice that there was a crack in it. I called and the office was closing due to the snow and they did not have any other cars for me to swap out. The crack was not in the way of driving so I continued on my adventure. The rep noted on my file that I was not responsible for the cracked windshield upon return at another location. I was also instructed to try and switch out my vehicle once at my location. Doing this was not as easy as I would have liked and in the end I decided to not do so. I had to call numerous times to see if a vehicle was available. My final straw was when the local rep told me to call the 1-800 number to see if a vehicle was available and I told him that is how I got his store number from the 800 rep. Your system does not speak to each other well. I had to get phone numbers for every location and start new to see if a vehicle was available. The final straw was when I asked for a rep to come and bring me the swapped out vehicle and take mine back, only to be denied again. Thats twice that Enterprise didnt come and pick me up like you advertise. I have rented many vehicles from enterprise and I have to say that this time I was not as happy as before.

I use the Stoughton branch for all my rental request. It is a very convenient location. The guys there are the best. They are always friendly and helpful, you couldnt ask for better. The cars are clean, no smokey smells. Eric usually assist with my rentals. He remembers the customers and greet them with a smile. This means a lot to those of us in the boomer generation. I had a very great experience at this location the transaction was very smooth. Arthur and Alex went out of their way to make sure I would be content with the vehicle for the weekend, gave me a free car wash pass and called Saturday to check in, These guys were very professional . I only received Stellar customer service Enterprise locations Im actually looking forward to renting from this location again if needed.

The people at Enterprise in Stoughton Ma. were awesome, the vehicles are very clean, they go over the vehicle with you and all the paper work so you have a full understanding of everything, Very friendly staff. If your in the area go to them you will not be disappointed.

Overall good experience renting from local Enterprise. Representative was friendly and efficient. The only negative was a very dirty windshield interior. I had to stop and clean it.

I asked for a rental today for Friday pick up and Tuesday drop off ant I was given a rate of over $78.00 per day. She said the rates change. She checked and said yes you did pay $52.95 the last time you rented but the rates change. I have dealt with your company way back when you were in the Brockton, Mass location. I just made a call to Budget in Dedham, Mass and over the phone I got a rate of $53.95 and got a reservation from them on the spot . I am very disappointed in your company.
