The crew was excellent and efficient. Jose and his crew were very polite and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves. The owner was very hands on. She was also very friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced and I highly recommend them.

By reading this review you get 3 tree service reviews :). I wanted to cut down 7 (smaller size) trees on my property for safety and aesthetic purposes. We called Northern Tree Service/Suffern Tree Service/Friendly Tree Professionals. ALL THREE came over promptly and gave opinions and competitive estimates.Northern and Suffern gave me the exact same quote. Friendly was a couple hundred dollars higher.I went with Northern (my folks used them and they were happy which was the deciding factor) and they came over and did a really nice job. One of the owners of the service was there with her crew and they all took down the trees in about 3 hours. The owner was very informative when I asked her questions.The negative about the service which is probably true about them all is that some trucks may need to go on your lawn. They have to drag huge logs across your lawn to put in the wood chipper. That seems to be the nature of the service. Unless you are willing to pay big bucks for these people to chop massive trees into small pieces so they can walk out the logs you will have lawn damage. Northern did do a nice job minimizing the mess. The only other thing is payment. Try to pay by check or cash because they will hit you up with a 3% extra for using credit card. I paid by cash. I will definitely use this service again.

Excellent company to do business with. They are real professionals and completed the tree removals at my home in a timely manner on the both times I needed them.
