Dependable was at our home less than 24-hrs from when we booked the appointment, and they were always in touch throughout the trapping process for updates.Our latest issue with the groundhogs popped up during my wifes 8th month of pregnancy. Ken and Jamie responded immediately, and worked tirelessly to make sure that our yard and our house were taken care of so that she wouldnt be under extra stress as we await the babys arrival.For both our skunk and groundhog issues, it was important to us that the company also cared about the animals well being. As much as we wanted them out of our lives, we wanted to make sure they were handled with care. Dependable was very professional and responsive in that regard. This company is now the first (and only) company we call when anything pest control related pops up, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.They are kind, courteous, consistent, expedient, and reasonable - everything youd want in a pest control specialist!!

I had a sudden infestation (which I later found out was termites) and called Dependable Exterminating. Kenny was there the same day with a plan of action. I am happy to say I have not seen one termite since I had my bait system upgraded three years ago. I would not trust my home to anyone else! 🏡

Dependable Exterminating is the best exterminating company by far! I had a pest problem that was bringing me a lot of grief because my 6 year old daughter was terrified of mice. I called three different exterminating companies to service my home and a day after they serviced the mice sightings started again. I searched the web and found dependable exterminatings phone number. I called and they sent Darian the same day. He was very polite to us and very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection, found the problem, and fixed it. 1 2 3!!! I would recommend this company to anyone! Thanks Dependable!

Garrison the tech is great. He saw that I have a cat, and immediately said, No spraying, pets are family. He uses Advion gel instead - a commercial brand used by hotels and restaurants that is *extremely* effective (more so than sprays, I can attest, having once lived in an apartment during construction that caused a cockroach epidemic. Advion killed them all off in a couple of days). He is super careful to apply it to areas where my cat cannot lick it off and ingest it. On the very rare occasion that Ive seen a roach (like after a long rain storm), its been in death throes, thanks to Garrison and Advion. My cat and I appreciate Garrison!

We had so many wasps, yellow jackets and carpenter bees around our property that my children had to run out whenever we wanted to leave. We hesitated to call an exterminator since in our last experience it took a while to get them to come back and I was still killing wasps that were getting inside our home. We then started to see house centipedes also, so we decided we had to try again. My husband called Dependable Exterminating and they came the next day! Their price was great and they went all around our home, inside and out. They followed up on their own a week later, at which time there were only a few of carpenter bees left, and told us we could call if we see anything for the year (all included). The service was fantastic, the men who came were very polite, and I am at peace finally (I hate bugs) in my home. Totally worth it!

We came home from a weeklong vacation to an ant infestation. Within an hour of me leaving a voicemail with them, on their off hours, they called back and were at the house to address the situation. They followed up twice since then and happy to say there has been no incident since.

Garrison exterminates our building and is always promt, sprays the apartment very quickly, and always asks if weve had any problems! We havent had any pest issues since hes been coming to our apartment!

We had a problem with flies that we could not resolve for months. They wouldnt go into traps, they survived the winter, and biodrain gel didnt stop them. We were nervous about how much an exterminator would cost, but Dependable Exterminating was very reasonable. Since there were so many flies we needed two treatments, but they only charged us a flat fee for the service at the first treatment. Both of the exterminators were really friendly and thorough and answered all of our questions. I cant remember the first exterminators name, but the second one was Jeremy. Thank you! Its such a relief to have this problem solved.
