My main reason I would return to H&R Block is because of Theresa from the, Ma sight! She has done my taxes I think the last 3 or 4 years an she is absolutely wonderful! She had a great personality always bubbly an smiley . Theresa is a wonderful asset to your company!

I tried to do my taxes myself to see if I could do it, but I didnt trust that I was truly getting such a large refund back; I needed peace of mind and you guys verified my taxes quickly; in fact, I was receiving an even larger refund than I had anticipated. I loved being able to simply drop my documents off, and receive an email with plenty of options for how to pay H&R Block for the service, and receive my payment(s) from the government. I had ok experience at h and r block the person doing them wasnt very personable to talk to me about taxes being done,, and they have these commercials on tv about upfront pricing, but no one told me what i would be charged and just told me the total at the end and it was almost 300 dollars just held up the paper with all the prices, and was like oh its because of this form and that one but didnt let me read the paper or explain what the charges was forlet

The structured cost per form is excessive. It costs me 3-4 times the amount I was paying just a few years ago with HR Block. Im not sure if the reason is it is a higher cost Im MA as opposed to NC (Im talking about the HR Block charge, not the amount of taxes I owe), using a corporate office rather than the small hometown office, or the new structured pricing format. Either way, after 15 years, its time for me to find another avenue to do my taxes.
