The office called in the morning because they had a cancellation and asked if we would like that, since the day was going to be over 90° we except it willingly. Terry, Miguel, and Cornelius worked exceptionally hard not taking a break and really helped us tremendously through our move. Good job guys

If you value your time and your money, run away from All My Sons like your hairs on fire! I gave them a $100 deposit to reserve the day/time and was quoted $189 per hour for 3 movers. I asked beforehand if I needed to empty out the drawers in my filing cabinets and was told no. I also asked for at least 20 boxes.They showed FIVE HOURS late, without any communication. They started loading stuff into their truck, even though I was only moving into the next building. More about that later. Then the lead guy tells me that they cant move my file cabinets because they were full, and that they would not empty them out, because they contain sensitive information. So I asked where the boxes were and he told me that they didnt have any. Even if I hadnt specifically asked for boxes, what kind of movers dont have ANY?When they finally did move my cabinets into my new office, they damaged my freshly painted door and wall trim, pictures attached. So, the reason they put all the stuff in the truck is so that they can hold your stuff hostage. They make you pay before they take anything off the truck, and they purposely over estimate the time it will take to unload, saying that theyll issue a refund in 3 to 5 days if it doesnt take that long. Guess what? Not only has it been a full week with no refund, but they did not apply the $100 prepayment to my bill. I called them up to complain, was routed to someone at their headquarters in Dallas and was told that no one in the Boston office was answering the phone, and that they would have someone get back to me. Do you think Ive heard from anyone? Also, I was charged the full price for 3 movers, but one of them was on his phone in my breakroom for at least 45 minutes when he was supposed to be moving me.The icing on the cake was walking back to my old office as they were pulling away, and discovering that they left several things behind. Im posting one pic of the stuff they left under my sink. There was also a huge mirror which I cannot move by myself, and several other items.

Absolutely incredible. Mine was not an easy move - a fourth floor apartment down a very very long hallway. These guys busted their butts nonstop until the job was done. They wrapped and protected everything perfectly. They paid close attention to detail and did it all with a smile on their faces. I couldnt recommend them enough. Best of all, they beat every other quote I got!

The guys that came to move my family & I were very hard working & professional. They were extremely efficient & absolutely thorough. They moved with an ease that would suggest that they had been doing this all of there lives. Not only were they practically perfect with there proficientcy, they were also respectful & polite. I couldnt have asked for a better crew than Jeff, Dan, Xavier & Josh. Although the actual cost of the move was double what I was originally quoted I didnt mind paying it because of the exceptional & hard working crew I had, plus I was showed & Walked through the break down of the payment. I promise you this is worth the read. Save your money and go elsewhere! I gave this company the benefit of the doubt and unfortunately, I should have listened to the bad reviews. This was hands down the worst moving company. I over paid $1500 for three people to move 26 small-medium size boxes, a small three seat table, a queen sized mattress, dresser, 2 piece sectional and 3 small shelves. It took 3 people 3 hours just to load the truck for that small amount of stuff. They kept dropping the furniture in front of us and every time they just looked at us to see if we witnessed it. They broke the middle support bar to our dresser because they were sliding the dresser off the truck instead of lifting it. Their response about the damaged furniture was “oh you can fix that.” They dropped every single thing they were moving. They damaged the walls and floors in our old apartment which now we have to pay to fix. The movers took their precious time and sat around and talked for long periods of time. The people on the phone are not helpful when it comes to asking for a break down of the overpriced receipts. They charged me for a mirror carton that they didn’t even use because thankfully I didn’t let them move my TVs or anything glass. But somehow I still had to pay for it. Even though the lead person on the moving team told me we didn’t use it after I asked to take a picture of the list of supplies they charged us for. So they will charge you for supplies they didn’t even use. I have physical proof that I signed that the movers finished 30 minutes early and they claim I signed 15 minutes early. The prices for the supplies are more than what they originally send you in the emails when you first book your move with this company. So basically they choose random prices and charge you whatever they want. Take your money else where. I promise you, listen to the bad reviews. I wish I had listened.

It was costly, but seeing that I was moving about 45 min away, I wanted to be assured my items would be kept in damaged, but unfortunately that was not the case.The day after the move, I noticed a small hole in the wall and the under side of my couch was cut. I (regrettably) elected to waive any further damage claims and take the $150 no questions asked refund. What a mistake!After a couple weeks here, I’ve noticed more damage to my newly bought furniture (only a few months old). I knew the condition it was in pre-move.(See photos) I’ve seen my dresser has multiple deep scores from the movers carelessly cutting the wrapping tape off my stuff; the handle (metal) also cut and chipped; I found another ding in the frame of the door to my room. I fixed the wall damage and frame damage, but I can’t easily repair the furniture unfortunately.One mover also was smoking upon arrival in the truck next to my couch. I don’t care if you smoke, but don’t do it near cloth that holds the smell in. I asked him to not do that and he shrugged it off saying it’s no big deal. It’s MY furniture, it’s whatever deal I make it since I paid for it.They also said two mattress covers were used on the bill of sale, but I provided them (for the couch and mattress). I didn’t see any additional covers in the truck or after the move. I called about the extra $30 charge from it, and was told they would check and get back to me. Never heard from them again.Horrible value, I’ll be telling my friends to avoid them. I thought paying a premium would guarantee minimal damage, but I guess that’s too much to ask for. Ridiculous.

Jeffrey Bembry and his crew made quick work of getting us moved from one town to another. It was impressive to watch because these guys seriously hustled, and this was also on an incredibly hot and humid day. Super courteous and explained completely every step and what I would and would not be charged. No nonsense and I highly recommend.

We had Terry, Window, and Sir William and they were fantastic. They showed up on time and finished early. They were very polite, professional, friendly, and had great personalities. They also took very good care of what they moved.

We had two moves with All My Sons, both were equally disappointing. (The only reason we used them a second time was because we had booked so far in advance and were unable to get another company for the day needed.) The outcome of the move: our new floors were scratched up, the edges of an armoire destroyed, nicks on the walls throughout the house, mattress saturated in rain water, all 4 legs on dining room table chipped, didn’t communicate the need to disconnect washer/dryer and so wouldn’t move dryer. They started off guns blazing and quickly became exhausted and sloppy (example: spinning furniture around on hardwood floors, putting bed back together incorrectly). Both times movers were very young and inexperienced, asked inappropriate questions (example: how much did you pay for your house) and did unprofessional things (example: used bathroom and didn’t flush toilet, ask other guys “did she tip you”). Both moves the foreman forgot an important item at the first location (move 1: their tool box, move #2 screws for dining room table) and second time he actually had the audacity to tell me “I told you to take the screws” and literally argued with me about it. When I called the office to discuss the issues, the manager Sean was absolutely no help and I ended the call totally unsatisfied with how it was handled. I 100% would not recommend using All My Sons for your move.

The actual moving crew were great! Daniel Hart, Osa and Donta were polite, curtious and professional. However, my problem was with the quote being approximately $623 and the final cost was $1147!! It was a small 2 bedroom complex that had elevator that was at their disposal to a first floor house. Absolutely ridiculous!! Even after calling them and letting them know that it was quoted at less the only response was well if you want your stuff you have to pay. So if you get a quote from them get ready to spend twice that much.Definitely not worth the money. Sucks cause their movers are awesome guys. The company is just crooks!!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. I first spoke at length to a polite gentleman to make a reservation several days before the job and gave specific details about the move, the items needing to be moved, the time constraints necessary for the move and paying my $100 deposit. He told me he would book it and pass the information on to the boss and I would hear from the movers on their way to my house. After receiving messages from the company, I returned their phone calls but no one answered the phone. The day of the move the movers told me they were on their way and would be at my house by 1:40 pm. I received another phone call from the movers saying they wouldnt be at my house until 2:15 at which point I reminded them that the storage facility closed at 5:00 pm. They said they would call me back. I received a call from Hector asking me to go room to room again and tell him what furniture was being moved and how many crates and bins needed to be moved. I informed him that I had already relayed all these details to the gentleman with whom I had made the original reservation. Hector then told me that they wouldnt be able to do the job, he was cancelling the job, and refunding my deposit. I was shocked. What kind of business cancels a job, especially one as important as moving within 15 minutes of the time they are supposed to begin??? Hector was rude, condescending, unprofessional and most importantly, unapologetic. Hector obviously has no business sense and no idea about how to treat customers. I called back and suggested he get an answering service so customers can actually return a phone call and leave a message and he gave me the excuse that the answering machine would fill up too fast!!! NEVER USE THESE MOVERS OR THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A JOKE!!

If I could give a zero star review, I would. Ive never been compelled to write a google review for any company until now. I wouldnt recommend All My Sons to anyone. I scheduled my move almost three months in advance, and two weeks before the move they cancelled on me because they overbooked that day. This is a very simple, and avoidable mistake that shouldnt have happened. They didnt offer any solution even after I called them back twice. Its very confusing to me that they were able to so easily cancel my move, but were completely incapable of helping to right their wrong. So, unless you want to have your move cancelled on you last minute with no customer support whatsoever... dont work with them.

The crew that moved our furniture was absolutely amazing. They brought all of our stuff to the third floor of a very cramped apartment building. They even finished ahead of schedule and took care of all of the furniture. The company management was a little difficult to work with as there were some schedule changes but that was not an issue with the crew. I give 5 stars just for the amazing crew. Zack, Jack and Miguel were our movers and Id recommend them a hundred times! (Please give them a raise)

The movers she had used for a previous move were all booked, almost two months in advance. I started looking online and found All My Sons had availability. They seemed nice and professional and gave a quote after hearing a list of items around $495.They were told they must be done by 12 noon, and my daughter was told they should be done by 10. Long story short, after many calls, and time getting pushed back, the move was done after 4pm and more than double the quote.

We booked a month ago they cancelled the day of the move. We called customer service and the rep started laughing and asked someone if she should hang up on us. Then my aunt called and asked if they have availability today and they said yes. Then my aunt asked how come they couldnt move us today if they have availability. My sister made the rep stutter when she asked her questions about their staffing procedure. Now we are trying to find a place last minute because we have to leave by today.

Rob and his crew were great! They remained friendly and professional throughout the process. Rob was really good about keeping me informed about the steps they were taking and what amount of time it would all take. Everyone at All My Sons was great to interact with. I recommend them highly!

Do not use this moving company! They threatened me when I asked them to clear a path so I could get into the building with my groceries. They had filled the entire area by the stairs and elevator with furniture - a fire hazard. Very unprofessional. I can’t imagine how they treat your belongings if this is how they treat a person. I would have given no stars but you have to give at least one to post a review.

We recently moved from an apartment to our first house and we decided to use All My Sons for the move. The entire experience was great! We spoke to Hector multiple times over the phone as well as a few others (Zach and someone else who’s name I can’t recall) and all of these guys were extremely professional, courteous, and kind. Unfortunately, we had to push our move by a week at the last minute, but they were very understanding and accommodating. On the day of our move, I called in to let the team know that we might need more help packing than we originally anticipated and they were more than happy to oblige and when they had a last minute cancellation they called us and moved us up to a morning slot instead of afternoon (thankfully)! Our moving crew consisted of two guys, Brian and Leo, both of which were very relatable and professional the entire time. They took time to explain the process and helped us with more than we expected. They handled all of our belongings with extreme care and even went above and beyond with the packing, loading, and unloading process. I cannot say enough good things about all of the guys involved in the entire process. Should we ever need to move again we would absolutely use them and we would highly recommend to family and friends! It took a little longer than I had originally expected but only because I underestimated how much needed to be done. I had a wonderful experience when I called and spoke with someone to set up the move. That is where the good experience ended. I was trying to move a 3 bedroom house about 20 minutes away to a storage facility. When I spoke with the woman to set up the move, I explained that I had everything packed and simply needed loading, transport, and unloading. The job was scheduled for 5/28/21 with an arrival time between 11 and noon.I received a call from the local office responsible for the move and was given a time of 8am-10am for arrival. This was not convenient, however I was told that was the time slot, so I moved everything else around to ensure that I was prepared for their arrival. At 10am, there was still no truck, so I called the office to check on the crew. I was informed that they had been sent to another job that morning and were 90 minutes away in Peabody, completing a job that would likely end at noon. I asked when they planned to tell me that the time had changed and was given the response of we were getting around to it. They acted as if they were doing me a favor buy shuffling around jobs to accommodate me, meanwhile I never received any apology for their mistake or any understanding at all for my frustration. I was given a new arrival time of 130pm. I was also told that someone would call me.130pm rolls around and I still have heard from no one, so I call a second time and am told the crew was on their way and would likely be there around 230-3pm. I was unhappy with this but also stuck between a rock and a hard place as I needed my belongings moved and could not cancel the move at this point.The crew finally called me at around 230 and explained they had been stuck in traffic and would be there around 330pm. I asked that the manager give me a call.When the manager (Zack/Zach?) called, he was very unapologetic and basically made it sound like he was unaware of the issue and that it wasnt a big deal and I should be thankful that he was moving things around to fit me in...when I HAD SCHEDULED THE MOVE DAYS IN ADVANCE FOR THAT DAY! I has spoken to the corporate office in TX earlier where Kevin had told me that I could receive a discount to make up for the inconvenience. The manager informed me that Kevin did not have the ability to make that promise. When I told the manager that my storage facility closes it gates at 10pm, I was told that if they crew couldnt complete the offload, they couldnt complete the move...As if that was my fault that they were 7 hours later than I was promised.When the crew did show up, it was a totally different crew that had just driven back from Florida. We were told that the crew was unhappy that they got stuck on the job and just wanted to get done. I will say that they were quick and efficient, however that did not make up for the rest of the experience.Fast forward- we learned that the truck was not packed properly and the crew could have been fined for crossing state lines without any of my things labeled. It was raining and none of my belongings were covered so everything in storage was wet. There was no list made as to anything they were moving. Due to the time constraint with the storage facility hours, I did not have time to go through the inventory as I watched things come in with chips and scratches. There were tables with chipped corners, artwork that was bent, etc. My washer had been dropped and although the crew let me look at it, how am I to know that it works when I plug it in? Simply being shown that the drawer and knob pop back on does not tell me anything about the functionality of an expensive, almost brand new washer.I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The professionalism was a 1/10. The communication doesnt even rank. The move was quick and sloppy. I have more anxiety now about my things in storage than I had before the move. I would highly recommend ANY other company before considering this one.I have yet to speak with a single person (except for the lead of the crew) that has had any compassion or seemed to care at all.

Do NOT hire this company. They only reason they even got 1 star is because none was not an option. My family and I had a big move and we hired All My Sons to help with the move and reduce the amount of stress we were dealing with. This proved to be a terrible decision as they were unprofessional, did not follow through with what they were supposed to do and charged me 30% more than the quoted price. They did not take the pandemic serious and the crew of movers did not consistently wear masks in the house even after being asked to have them on. They left my old home a mess with trash throughout the house and yard that my wife and I had to spend several hours cleaning. Two crew members actually pulled out an entire tomato plant from my garden and put it in a moving box that I am sure I paid for. When they arrived at the new house they did not assemble my two of my sons bed correctly and there are now missing screws that I have to try to find at a hardware store. In addition to that, they left trash throughout my new house and yard, used one of my throw blankets for furniture protection and ruined it, and did not assemble the fridge they took apart at the old house or leave me the pieces to do it myself rendering it useless. They have been unresponsive to these issues and I am left without recourse because they refused to unload the truck without full payment even though they had not delivered on the full service. Do NOT hire this company.

Dana was the best. He coordinated the movement of all of his workers, as a a result, the move went quicker than we expected. If your using this company, make sure you ask for Dana.

Manny and his team did a wonderful job. They all work so hard getting the job done right. All I did was tell them where I want my things. They all were very careful with all my items.. they did not take breaks..came in the am, work all the way to noon time...if there was a 10 stars. I would give them all a 10 stars. From customer services all the way to finished. Will definitely hire them again...for my next move...very professional..

I read some of the negative reviews and had a lot of concerns going Into this move. Thankfully they were all completely unfounded. The crew was wonderful. They were punctual, quick, efficient and very friendly. They wore masks the entire time even though they made the whole effort more difficult.We moved from a very small one bedroom that was packed to the gills with things. I was worried about judgment or rude comments, but they were completely professional. They walked me through everything and made sure that I was satisfied with how things were going. They triple checked to ensure that everything that was going had been loaded.Upon arrival at our new place, Dana talked me through the charges and even took pictures of the items to help us avoid any additional charges since we’d shrink wrapped our furniture before their arrival. They were cognizant of labeling on our boxes and worked to make sure that everything ended up in a good place for us.I cannot recommend this company and crew enough (Dana, Jake and one other mover whose name I can’t recall)! This made an incredibly stressful week just a little bit better. I will absolutely use their services again for my next move with no worries at all. As far as some of the negative reviews on other sites, as long as you’re prepared going in and do everything you can to have things ready for them, there are no surprises. I ended up paying less than I’d budgeted thanks to their quick and efficient work. Thank you to All My Sons for a great move!

Hector and Rob were AMAZING when they helped me with my move this past weekend. They were professional, friendly, and quick! They made my moving day go so smoothly and I was amazed at how coordinated they were with some tricky spacing issues for big furniture. I cannot recommend them enough!

I was able to schedule my move from Boston to RI less than a week in advance. The movers, Morris +1 other man, called ahead and arrived on time. They were polite and professional and very efficient in loading and unloading. The price was comparable to other movers in the city, perhaps a little higher, but reasonable given the last minute nature of my move.

DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS IT IS A SCAM.Hired these movers to do a simple 2 bedroom apartment move about 1 mile down the road. They told us they would call us around noon, we were the second job of the day and they would be on their way around that time. They didn’t end up showing up until 8 pm!!!! At 8pm they began moving us and milking the time to drive up the price. 3 movers would take 15-20 minute to move a simple light piece of furniture out. It took them from 8 pm to midnight to pack up a TINY two bedroom, when we arrive at the new place they said we needed to talk about payment before un packing the truck. They then charged us DOUBLE the original quote they gave us. When we refused to pay the new price they said they would drive off with our furniture until we payed. We ended up not being fully moved in until 4 am.This company is a scam do not hired them. They milk the time to drive the price up then hold your stuff hostage until you pay. Everything about this company is fishy?? What moving company works from 8pm - 4 am??? Save your money and hire professional movers.

This move took place in massachusetts. I am in my 60s many moves, this was the worst i have ever experienced sadly. arrived 2pm. three men clearly already exhausted and immediately asked to use bathroom, asked if had iphone charger they could use and said had not had lunch. one item that had been requested for packing was 55 tv. Did not have any approprite packing materials. I provided bubble wrap and when their mirror box did not cover tv suggested take moving blanket and tape, I was charged $75 for unusable mirror box. they could frankly barely move took 4.5 hrs for small one room of stuff. final charge $1100. total scam DO NOT USE. I do not usually post reviews.

An unbelieveable scam. These guys stole my furniture, for the pieces they didnt break. One of their drivers pulled a knife on us and took a wallet.Learned afterward BPD is investigating multiple assaults related to this company and the people they hire. TLDR; Downtown Boston move, driver got in an accident, lied about location and road conditions, canceled on me twice, dont use!!I had used All My Sons previously and they did an overall decent job for the price. I live in downtown Boston so moving is expensive and I dont have that much stuff so I made the mistake of hiring them again.The day of the move they call me at 7:45 AM saying theyre about 30 minutes away--right on time for their window! I tell them that theres a road closed by me which makes getting into the neighborhood difficult so theres an easier way to take if they look in advance.Well, 8:30 rolls around, then 9, and I havent heard from them. I cant get a hold of anyone so Im just waiting around. Finally the office calls me at 10 and tells me that the driver got into an accident (hit a car parked on the street) because they didnt listen to my advice and tried to go the route with the road closure and got stuck with a tight turn. But luckily theyre only one block away so once theyre finished exchanging insurance they should be there shortly.Somehow they missed my road (it was a straight shot to me--I saw them drive by) and then got lost AGAIN within the one-way streets. Im on the phone with the driver and the office manager (who was very nice, although ultimately unhelpful) giving directions. Its now 11 AM. The driver claimed there was ANOTHER road closed (I checked, it wasnt!) and that the truck didnt fit down the narrow streets. They also claimed that they couldnt park out front which was untrue since I had reserved a moving truck parking spot. Also their stories werent lining up since how can they claim they couldnt get to me while also claiming that they couldnt fit into the spot in front of my apartment!Meanwhile Im watching countless moving trucks drive by me as its a busy move-in day in the city. They allegedly switched to a smaller truck but that wouldnt fit either.Finally the office manager said that his guys were getting annoyed since they had been trying to get there for three hours and were just gonna go to the next job. So now Ive lost the $140 that I paid for my parking permits and my mind since how is any of their mess-ups my problem?Luckily, I didnt have to be out of my apartment that day and had another place to sleep so I agreed to reschedule for two days later. Two days later, they call me at 8 AM to say that they have too many moves booked and that theyd have to reschedule me again. I told them no, that they already bumped me and he said there was nothing they could do. I just canceled them and got my deposit back (thankfully).Completely ridiculous. I dont understand how they can run their business like this. Will never use them again.

I had All My Sons for my recent move. I called in last minutes and they were able to schedule me right in. Justin and Mark were awesome! They were professional, polite, nice, positive, and hard working. From the start to the finish of the move, they did not take a break, kept their high spirits, checked in with me every step the way, took care of my furnitures and house, and got the job done. I would definitely call them if I have to move again.

The crew I had was a wonderful,experienced professional group of guys. Handled everything on a high professional level. Dealt with my neighbors accordingly and politely because they had to occupy the service elevator for a small time. I highly recommend these guys and will use them again if I need their assistance

Three gentlemen arrived at my home of 20 years to move us to an apartment as we sold our home.Mike, Brian and Bill.They made a deeply difficult move for us go like clockwork. Their personalities were reassuring and light hearted. We managed to feel better about leaving our sons only home he.has known.True professionals and kind.

While Ive been on hold with this company because no one will pick up the phone to try and address my issue figured Id write a review. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING SERVICE. They are thieves in every sense of the way. From lying about what time they showed up (and still charged us) to doubling the price of the quote, the real fun happened when I realized valuable handbags and sunglasses were stolen! After the HR department forced me to go file a police report before they would even consider looking into my issue, they out right denied the claim and didnt bother to explain why. If you need to move use ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY. They dont care about their customers and will try and take every penny they can.

To make matters worse, the new complex we moved to didnt even shovel the walk way. They pushed through it and were able to get all the heavy items in with ease. These guys deserve a raise!!

PLEASE do not do business with these people. The low reviews are more accurate than the high reviews. Whatever they tell you the price is going to be, expect to pay 300 more. It’s all a lie and scam. I wish I had listened to the reviews but I was like maybe they just had a bad experience. Nope. Do business with anyone else. They are so nice when you’re booking but once they get your deposit their tone of voice changes. Josue is very rude. Book somewhere else.

We hired All my Sons to move 12 miles. They moved 4 twin beds, one queen bedroom set, and a living room set. It took them 8 hours and they charged us $2,200. Highway robbery. They had NO boxes to move at all. They were polite but so slow like they wanted us to pay more because it was by the hour. Never hire them!

After long look on line and calling several other movers I tried All my sons. I spoke on the phone to a man named Wayne. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional and very helpful but was really sold me was how kind, personable and friendly he was while we spoke. He was fabulous and a credit to the company. I desided right then and there to go with this company. I talked to 3 more people before the move each always professional, helpful and friendly. On moving day the the Foreman of the move Zachary Trainor called me twice (because a small change in timeliness due to traffic) to make sure I knew exactly when they would be there. After they arrived, Zack went over paperwork quickly while the other mover also named Zack started moving our things to the truck. The move went as perfect as a move can go and to the exact time that foreman told me. Both men worked diligently and in a good fast pace but again what made it even better was how friendly, efficient, helpful and kind both were to us. The foreman Zack was specialy helpful and answered every question we had and helped with any advice we needed on move. He was terrific and quite humorous. The price was better then the others I checked and the main office even called half way through the move just to check that we were satisfied so far with the move. I have already recommended this company to a friend who might be moving next year. Billy and Hector from All My Sons Moving helped me with my most recent move and they were amazing! I dread moving, but they were so efficient and made the whole process so so smooth. Ive used many other moving companies before and felt like my items were completely cared for. I will use All My Sons Moving for future moves for sure!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is AWFUL, rude, and when they make an error, will not own up to it. I called and booked two movers at a two hour minimum of $139 to move a bathroom vanity from my 1st to 2nd floor. I was quoted $278 and paid a $100 deposit. To my surprise when the movers got to me at 3:30 in the afternoon (which was supposed to be a morning appt, as when I booked, I was asked if I would like morning or afternoon). The balance was $358 after my $100 deposit. I then asked the worker to call his supervisor as I had an issue with what I was quoted compared to the remaining amount. I was then told there was an additional $139 travel fee plus an additional 10%. I would never have booked this company and paid them $458 to move one piece of furniture. I talked to three different people, and all they kept saying was “ there’s nothing I can do for you”, And basically insinuating that I was lying. Go elsewhere!!

Overall very good job, hard working movers, very punctual, friendly, carried heavy stuff up narrow twisting staircase. But experience as a moving customer would have helped as we misunderstood a line item on the estimate. The estimate includes a 10% fuel surcharge. For a move of 7 blocks within Boston, I didnt think fuel would matter so i didnt even think about that line item. But just be aware the 10% applies to the total move cost. So if your move ends up at $1,000, the fuel surcharge is $100 even if you just move around the block. They told me every Boston mover will have same surcharge, so just be aware no matter who you use. Supplies also added about $100 - we did all boxing, but charges were for the plastic wrap on drawers and use of quilts, etc. Again, googling this, its a common charge so budget that one too. Big picture, they did a good job and Id recommend All My Sons.

NEVER use this company!!!!!!! I wish there is a way to give zero stars for a review. After showing up 30 minutes late (and charging us for the time when they werent there), we were charged double the price of the original quote. Their unprofessionalism of the movers started once they did arrive and informed us their boss was angry we didnt need to buy tape or boxes. I guess they needed to compensate themselves by stealing valuable handbags and sunglasses. After contacting their HR department, they forced us to file a police report and then ultimately denied our claim. I regret ever thinking this company was good to use. If you do use them to hide anything valuable, pack everything yourself and set a timer. We lost so much money and time with this company.

The people at the call center do not know what they are doing. They misquoted our job, assigned too few movers and it ended up costing us $2000 to move 3/4 of our house into a storage container in our driveway and 1/4 to a home 12 minutes away. They didn’t even have to unpack anything, as it is going to storage. We were already fully packed, but because they only sent two people to handle our move, we paid the price. As experienced movers, I had loads of tape, moving blankets, wrapping plastic and extra boxes so they had no reason to charge me for materials. I’ve now followed up with them for 2 weeks to see if they will remedy this issue and have gotten the run around. Just today, they sent me to a claims department for me to fill out paperwork that will likely go nowhere. This is the 4th time I’ve moved within MA and I’ve never been charged this much. There are much more reliable companies out there!!

They were two hours late. Damaged my couch and night stand I will never use their services again and will not recommend them to anyone

Robert Cassidy led the moving team that got me transitioned from Cambridge MA to Bradley Beach NJ. From start to finish his focus was on Customer satisfaction. He and Tyson worked well together moving swiftly but also carefully while loading and unloading my things.I would highly recommend All My Son’s & suggest you ask for Robert Cassidy if you want a job well done ☘️

Morris Fisher was very responsive when we needed to organize where each item was going, and he was professional and and quick when he had to move the moving truck multiple times for cars in our lot needed to get out. Overall, we felt that this was worth the cost! All of our items were transported safely, and we could not have done it without them.

We just had All My Sons move us and they did a terrific job. In particular I appreciated the professionalism of the foreman Manny. We were remote and he walked us via FaceTime through every room in the house and through our yard to confirm everything was out and then did the same at the storage facility. Great guys and super professional. Would highly recommend!

Brian Navarro and his co-worker took extra care by wrapping up tv, couch, cushions, bed, and mattress. They took their time, in a timely manner, to make sure my things were safe during the move and transfer of items to the new place. Very pleased! Recommend these guys!

Daniel Roman and Edgar were professional and worked fast. It was a bigger job than expected but they were moving and smiling the whole job! It was the coldest day of the year and no complaints. Hector was responsive checked in before & during the move. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I would rate zero starts if I could. Canceled my move and told me they were booked 48 hours before my move, a day after I called and they confirmed that I would be the second move of the day. I payed the deposit and had a reserved spot over 21 days ago.

My dad passed away 2 weeks ago, so all his furniture had to be moved. This was by far the best moving company that I have ever dealt with. The 2 movers names were Mike & Juan, I just can’t say enough about them, they were amazing, such respect & hard working men. It made my life so much easier having them. I would use them again without any hesitation that’s how great they were. When I first called the moving company a gentleman by the name of Hector answered the phone, he was the best & assured me that everything will be fine with this company & even scheduled me for the next day, & let me tell you he was so right. The best moving company around!!! I give this 5 stars, if I could give more than 5 I would!!!

I was impressed with the calling from management during the day of the move to make sure all was going well. The team was on time and completed the job to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend using this service. Everything arrived in its place and without incident.

Had this company pack and move my house, what a mistake. These unprofessional teenagers showed up to pack the house and carelessly packed things that I even warned were breakable and extremely fragile. During the move itself multiple instances of broken furniture occurred, which I understand and can accept things happen. HOWEVER, the movers themselves didnt tell us when something broke. We had to find out by going around the house and checking our furniture for damage. We are now in the unpacking stage and we find more and more things that were not packed properly or were told would be taken care of with some decent care. This company is a absolute joke and I was strung around by broken promises and liars telling me they care about your move. They dont care. After paying close to 6k in total for everything im left with broken furniture and broken fragile things that I was told would be packed properly. I will never use this company or promote this company ever again.

I need to give a little behind story to my review. This will be the second year I lost my parents 3 weeks apart during the the winter holidays. This is a tough tough for me and my daughter. Since I decided to move the day after Thanksgiving, coupled with covid pandemic this was a very unusual holiday for my family.However, Jefferey and Mark were absolutely wonderful. I did a poor job( which I thought was pretty good 😊), securing my items. Jefferey was so pleasant and professional. He thanked me for the work I did start, and and very professionally explained he needed to tweak my work so my items was safe for the move. They worked very fast and hard, and secured my items in a way I could not have imagined. Moving is a dreaded necessary task, well these men made it fun, less stressful, and were fascinating to watch work so quickly and expertly.Mark and Jefferey are very personable. They made my shy daughter comfortable and happy during these pandemic days. Everything was explained from start to finish. They put my items in the places I requested. The icing on the cake is they beat me to my new address, testament that these men care about the consumer and ensure they represented “ Son’s of Movers”, as a model go to moving company. I will recommend this company to all my colleagues, and pray they are lucky enough to have Mark and Jefferey show up at their doorstep. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. In fact, if this company, (run in Boston by ZACH, the manager) was the only moving company in Boston, I would advise to do the move yourselves. The workers/movers were not the problem in this situation, but as long as Zack/Zach is still working there - dont even bother.To start, we had booked this move over 3 weeks before our move in date (06/01/2021). We booked for pick up, transport, and drop off for three locations. The quote was for a min. 2.5 hour transport with a one hour travel, for a potential quote of $491, which was fine. The move was booked for noon. They also charged us for a $100 deposit.The movers did not come and start the move until 1:15. 1 hour late. The first pick up took around 20-30 min to transport everything to the truck and the next pick up location was around 7-8 min drive away. IT TOOK THE MOVERS OVER 35 MINUTES TO GET TO US complaining they were lost/went to the wrong location. We were growing suspicious that they were taking their time to go over the 2.5 min time. After the 2nd pickup, we had told them to follow us on the drive to the final location so they wont get lost again. We wanted to talk to the movers to make sure our balance did not include their lost travel, it would be ridiculous for paying customers to have to take the fault because you guys couldnt figure out a 7 minute drive.By the time we got there, we had an outstanding balance of over 700!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Zach explained to us that we are experiencing this charge because the movers estimated that they would be done at 4:30, when it was only 3:30 and they were starting to bring things up. No way they would stay until 4:30, Zach was starting to take advantage because we are young but we refuse to fall into it.The balance was fixed and we paid it. At the end of the move, Zach had called us demanding there was a mistake in the charge and we owed 130 dollars - but according to our statement balance, we had paid the correct amount.The movers had left, and Zach continued to harass through phone and email with a sleezy bill that did not take off the lost travel time and he still wanted us to pay for the 4:30 mark.To put into context, the reviews here and other movers in past experiences have complained that Zach/Zack always does this and I even saw another review that Zach charges over 30% more than the estimated quote prices.This is sad for a company, honestly. I understand you guys want to get money out of people but to be demanding money, asking us to do the math and lacking professionalism is way out of line. Its a shame that I will do everything that I can do to refer people to OTHER COMPANIES.I will continue to copy paste this review incase this company tries to silence my experience .

The movers used materials without my consent and then later charged $110 for using it. Additionally, they damaged our dining table, floor lamp, one kitchen equipment and lost 2 screws of bed during disassembly/assembly. When I reached out to the company after moving to file a complaint, the person just disregarded all claims and made it sound like we were at fault and there was no fault of the movers. This was my first and last experience with All My Sons. Would neither hire them in the future and would STRONLY NOT recommend it to anyone.

The workers are great the company it self is horrible.!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PICK A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY ! THEY CHARGE 113$ material fee for ONE MATTRESS BAG COVER TWO BIG BLANKETS and a half roll of tape .. they help me move one room! The total was 878.$ TERRIBLE!!! They lied about calling to confirm. DO NOT RECOMMEND I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Even the General Manager DID NOT WANT TO OWN UP TO HIS MISTAKES EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING THE TRUTH.

Hunter & Dan arrived 15 min earlier than scheduled time (and called 35 min advance of that to alert of early arrival time)... they worked fast and efficiently, even when the skies opened up just as they were unloading the truck. They were professional and respectful, very nice and friendly as well! Didn’t complain once about the pouring rain or the 3 flights of slippery wet steps.It was worth every penny. It ended up taking 45 min longer than was originally quoted which was a bummer for my wallet... but, I saw a lot of bad reviews about this very thing. My advice would be to assume an extra hour on top of what your quote is. If it’s a whole house, I’d add 2 hours. Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances can delay a move. Reduce the stress for everyone involved and budget for it to be a little bit more.I appreciated everything they did for me, it was a stress free day on my end (even with pouring rain) thanks to them!

We took their service to move from 1bed 1 bath Woburn MA to Wilmington Ma which is less than 7 miles and they took 75 minutes to get the stuff to new location and charged it as travel time. They took about 5 hours to load and unload the where we have done all the packing and kept everything ready to be picked. For this chaos they charged us around $ 952. Too expensive and management was rude when I asked a question why are they charging us before delivering/unloading the things? Instead of explaining or convincing the customer they started to demand for the payment. Management sucks!! Please stay away from this ridiculous company!! I will never use their services or prefer to someone else.!

I used this moving company last week. I don’t generally write reviews but I truly felt compelled to send in my review. First of all when I called the company I told them I needed a move done in five days . It was not a problem . I was most impressed with the two movers Leo and Simba. Leo called a half hour before they were due to arrive and said they be on time and they were. They were very pleasant amd efficient . I could not believe how quickly they loaded the truck up with boxes and furniture. When they arrived at the destination they started right in unloading everything not one single mishap. There was an issue with the elevator and they had to share it with another occupant of the building.. They kept unloading the truck having everything right in front of the elevator every time that it was their turn to use it. I have no idea how much moving companies charge per hour. This company was worth every penny. The move took a lot less time than I thought . Also the building had a concierge. After the movers left she came to me to inquire about them . She said she was very impressed. The only thing I would change next time is to give more of an advanced notice. That way I can request Leo and Simba again! Thanks guys you made the move so very easy for me!
