Saw this car driving way too fast without any care for the road, they need a new driver.

Ive been using this place for 2 years, they are excellent. Every time I need anything I call in and they take care of it. Whenever they have had issues going in the house they always make sure they can get in.

Have biweekly service. Reps are courteous, professional and efficient. They leave the house in wonderful condition and even play with the dog. Highly recommend!

Weve used Merry Maids for several years now, and they are so easy to work with. The team is accommodating and flexible, and everyone is so nice! The cleanings are always top notch, and the team is great about focusing on specific areas upon request. Merry Maids is also completely trustworthy and so honest. A shampoo bottle broke in my shower during a cleaning, and - after looking up the price - a representative called me to apologize and offer a cleaning credit, which was totally above and beyond!

This was the second time I have used Merry Maids, the Stoneham location. The 3 people that came to my house (Marianna, Gabriel and Marlene) were professional and did a great job. They were here approximately 3 hours and did everything scheduled to be done. I would highly recommend that team and the Merry Maids of Stoneham.

Our son has special medical needs and they are so kind to him and know they must be careful in there cleaning and know that they should let us know if anyone is sick and shouldnt be around us or in the house. Merry Maids left a gas burner on in our home while cleaning - filling the entire house with natural gas!My wife called me frantically while I was at work. She noticed she had a headache then discovered that the gas was on.After turning off the gas, she fled the house with the baby, called our doctor, and when I got home I still smelled gas throughout the house.Accidents happen, but Merry Maids refuses to give me a refund. Apparently thats against their policy.Sorry, but I refuse to pay for you to literally poison my family.

Everytime after these ladies left my small apartment, I found dust bunnies under all my furniture ( they dont move furniture), they didnt dust my ceiling fans or anything. Worst of all is that they charged my card without my authorisation and took money out of my account. I am suing.
