My visit was a yearly appointment to evaluate my hearing. My hearing aids were adjusted and cleaned and Tina was great at answering all of my questions and concerns.

Ive had experience with hearing life for several years now. First with my Mom and then myself. They thorough, efficient, explained everything and are patient with elders. They also have providers across the US so if you have a problem you can get it solved wherever you are. I highly recommend them.

I knew my hearing was bad but what I didn’t know was how much better it could be.Went in and Mara put me to the test.She went over everything and then gave me an example of what I had been missing.Well, she sold me, and it was so great to be able to hear everything my grandkids were saying.To top it off, my phone conversations are thru my hearing aids and I can also play music from my iPhone thru them.Just went back for service and I have to tell you that you won’t find anyone more responsive who will treat you better than Mara.Do yourself a favor and spend the money, it’s worth it.Time for an updateIt’s been almost 2 years now since getting my hearing aids. Different crew now working at Hearing Life but still a pleasure to work with. The Oticon hearing aids are another story. In the first year they needed to be repaired and eventually replaced. In the second year they needed to be repaired and one of them replaced. My warranty will expire in 2 months at which time I’ll have to pay for repairs. After paying over $5,000 dollars for these I find this horrendous. Avoid this product.

Went to Mass Audiology - This office does not have licensed audiologist. Joanne Gillespie-Rapa is not a Board-certified audiologist. She is a Hearing Consultant. She was was unable to demo the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. I gave her time to consult with her resources, made an appointment 2 weeks later; When I showed up at my second meeting with Joanne, I was advised after I showed up that the audiologist was unable to accommodate my degree of hearing loss and refereed me to another audiologist. A simple phone call, instead of an office visit would have been more suitable. Do not waste your time with this office. They are not qualified.
