Person was quick and efficient.

I have been going there for a long time & know at one time over a year ago there was & unhappy person working there not for long. She is no longer there. My experience there has been a very good one. Quick, efficient & friendly. You can plan your time so it is not so busy like the noon time hour & late afternoon. No frills, ordinary but they do a great job. It is not a job that I would like. in the basement all day & your schedule is Hurry Up & Wait, Hurry Up & Wait. As their busy times & slooow times .

I arrived shortly after they open for the day. There were four or five people waiting and I wondered how long I would be having to wait. The staff were courteous and the processing went along faster than I expected. I dont think I waited more than about 6 or 7 minutes before I was called in for my tests. The medical technician was efficient and did not even answer the ringing phone while she was working with me. Id say a very good experience!

Quick, professional, and kind. Went in at 8am on a Thursday and had absolutely no problems.

Went in to get fasting blood-work done (was already quite faint/dizzy), the place was completely deserted except for the nurse. I expressed mild concern about passing out due to already being so dizzy. The nurse told me I wouldnt be helped---that nobody (neither her nor doctors upstairs) would help if I fainted, they would just leave me there and call 911. She wasnt joking. She clearly hated her job--and made other unfriendly/unhelpful remarks. Maybe it was just this one nurse but definitely NOT a good practice for a lab and terrible thing to tell a patient. Been a few days now and still no results. I intend to go to different lab in future.

I had to cancel due to long wait time not because there were lot of patients but because the front desk woman was taking along time to enter pts info . asked me to go nearest hospital at 4.20 pm . Regret my decision of switching from MGH

One star is being nice . The girl who collected my mothers specimen today was abs rude every time my mother comes here she has the same nasty attitude . If you don’t like your job quit don’t make patients feel uncomfortable
