The guys at Floods Auto are great. Very dependable and they stand behind their work. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need. Their prices are much more reasonable than the dealership. If you are looking for a honest reliable mechanic, look no further.

Ive been going to Floods for more than 5 years now. I cant say enough positive things about them. The owner Paul is a good guy. They do great work at reasonable prices. The biggest thing for me is trust. When I drop off my or my wifes car, Im confident that it will be fixed and that theyre not going to charge me for parts or services I dont need or didnt ask for. Its definitely a non-selly environment. I guess you could say that they figured out a long time ago that the way to get repeat customers is by quality work and not taking advantage of people.The shop does have a small waiting area with a couch. Theres a Comcast wifi hotspot there and a small TV. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done for quick oil changes.
