The guy working here is nice and helpful.

I went to this store to buy floor for my house.. I asked multiple times if I needed anything else for proper installation. I was assured and reassured by multiple people at the store that I had everything I need.. I spent near $3k on the floor and spent tons of time and money getting it installed in my house..I should have known by the quality of the product that there would be problems.. I had a few boxes worth of floor that had parts of the print missing or corners already broken off they allowed me to return the the few boxes worth that was bad but finally the job was done! come to find about a year later my floor is cracking and falling apart. Now they claim I should have put something else under the floor before installing.. really? You wasted my time and money.Do yourself a favor and get your floor from somewhere else.

If only i can put 0 star I would. I recently went to stockton location and checked their laminate selection. Jim was very helpful and convincing thats why I went ahead and scheduled for the measurement. After that 1st visit, Jim takes a while to get back with me and I have to keep on calling them. Logan construction was the one who did my measurement and informed me that the store will get in touch with me. Unfortunately until now they havent called me. Therefore, i called the 800 number and spoke with Cameron and ask for my refund from the measurement but unfortunately until now they havent processed it.They seem to be very convincing but dont get fooled!!!

My experience with the salesman, scheduling, arrival, workman, product, great job, and follow up. Everyone was awesome !!!!
