Closed been tho website said it was open! Wasted trip.

Bertacco replaced my watch battery in about 5 minutes for a very low lost good place for battery replacement. The selection of watches and clocks were also nice.

Great!!!! But where did they go??? Cant contact by phone anymore since the 7th of June???? 😅😅

I called 2 weeks ago and asked if they could repair my watch. Bertacco said that due to the make of my watch they are not able to make repairs, and that I’d have to seek help from the manufacturer. Thanks for the information.

Rip off tried to charge us $14 dollars to charge a watch battery .. then told us if its to much to take it somewhere else .. never shopping here again
