This department really need to be look at from all levels. They need to realize especially Charlie that they work for the public. If they want to seat on there rear end and collect a check there in the wrong business. The county need to start being accountable for there jobs. They have no customer service skills from the top down

I have been there a few times for meetings. I wish I could get hired to work there.
