Will not return calls, will not complete work, will not assist or actually do the work. After last year, I was reluctant to use them again, but, I did to my horror. Contacted them in August. Took several calls to get any activity only to be told they were too busy for me. Finally, made some progress in October! Only to have it not be completed and for them to tell me tough luck, by the way here is our bill! No filed taxes, no explanation, nothing! Just pay the bill. Asked for an explanation or assistance, which I was willing to pay for. Nothing. Just pay the bill.
