I am going to spend over $10k to have my pool remodeled. My contractor highly recommended I spend an additional $450 to get a proper leak test done to prevent any future issues. I reached out to Edgars, and while he did answer the first time, he seemed dismissive. I figured it was due to it being the weekend. He did admit to me having called his cell phone. We made an appointment for the following Monday. When Monday came, I called 5 minutes after our scheduled appointment and did not get an answer. I text him and he responded by telling me he wasnt going to make it. It was then that I asked to reschedule. I let him pick the day so it would best fit his schedule (not mine, the customers) and he said for Thursday. On Thursday, I text him two hours prior to our appointment and never received a response.At this point, Ive concluded they are rude, dismissive of their potential (and possibly current) clients, and unprofessional. Ive read other reviews and I now see what they meant by Edgars being rude.

When I purchased my house, there was a nice pool, but it was in a bad condition. It definitely needed some repairs. And after i saved up some money, I started looking for a swimming pool repair specialist that could help me out. I had made the stupid mistake of not keeping the water level at the necessary minimum so I got a pump burn out. The pool repair service I got from this contractor was really something. I guess I had forgotten what a good service looked like, but either way, I have nothing but praise for the team. Keep up the good work!
