Great reception, felt very safe going to the site to get shredding done.

Packed 10 boxes and went there twice today. First time at noon and the doors locked, says to call number, called it and was told walk-ins only 1-3pm. Leave and come back at 2:30. No one answers door or phones after several tries. Going elsewhere, don’t waste your time here

The billing department and accounting do not know what they are doing. They dont apply our payments correctly, they do not send invoices timely and I believe they do not care about their customers.
